who else has the feeling that bitcoin will keep going down?
I am not against bitcoin nor do I want to spread FUD but every day I am with the feeling that bitcoin will continue to lower its price. In spite of that, I still keep my cryptocurrencies.
I think people like you who thinks negatively of bitcoin everytime the price went down has the big impact why the price keeps falling. Actually people with mind like you do are one of the reason why the price would continue to go down because of your negativity and spreading negative thoughts to other people's mind especially new investors to come and join will definitely think twice because of your negative thinking. |

Nobody seems to be talking about it here on steemit but the price of cryptocurrencies has been taking a beating this past week. If you're new to cryptocurrency and you haven't developed the discipline to hold on to your coins during times like this, it could be a very scary time specially if you have invested your money as I did. I am, of course, speaking from my own experience. It's only my third month on steemit. I've only bought SBD two months ago but I've seen the price of steem double and then drop down below the amount I purchased them within that short time span. So I did what any newbie coin holder does during drops in prices. I read everything I can about the topic. This is what I've learned so far . . . Every Existing CryptoCurrency is Still Coupled with BitCoin This simply means that all other existing coins are tied to the price of Bitcoin. If Bitcoin drops, all other coins drop. If bitcoin gains, all other coins gain as well. Allegedly, Bitcoins extraordinary price surge last December was fueled by price manipulation centered around Bitfinex and Tether. The Sky Isn't Falling The crypto market has seen its ups and downs for several years now. We know that you can lose money if your timing isn't right. Overall, the crypto world isn't doing so bad. As for me, I will continue doing what I'm doing, accumulating as much SP as I can no matter what the USD value is. I know it won't keep falling forever. It might take months to go up again but I don't care. I'll just keep doing what I've been doing. Well, I think that the market is down because of what we think is the worlds’s way of telling us that bitcoin is unstable and it is suffering from setbacks such as this if we are not careful. I think that bitcoin is a pill that we swallow and think that it is a potion that can cure all of our ailments when in reality it just means that we are becoming more and more dependent on it without really studying what it is than what we experienced from the past Your right. The up and down price movement is normal in the cryptocurrency what is abnormal for me is when people reacts negatively and makes harsh comments about it every time the price is down. I just dont get it! People or investors must study first before they join into this business they must understand that volatile mean constant change of price it will be down and up and on the same u and down movement. |

Remember Market is Volatile, anything can happened at any given time, market react base on the Volume of investment put in by numbers of investors in the trading market and had NO RELATION on this Celebration even if we consider that they use Bitcoin to buy gift or what ever it is just a fraction of the market cap.in trading market would be posted. You have a point but its not far from the truth that muslims who has bitcoin investments might use some of their money from the cryto space due to this celebration because it is important to them. But yes if this happens for sure its not the reason why the price will deteriorate. |

Bitcoin reaches their lowest level which is 7,142$, many people have thoughts that bitcoin is die at it will not rise again but they don't know that investors are happy to see this much low price they are buying bitcoins and by november we will see bitcoin growing. So if you want to get some real profit invest in bitcoin now !!!
This is absolutely ridiculous speculation, bitcoin's price has been like this in the past years it grow and it drops, i think the only difference is the people's expectations is getting bigger and wilder each year. |

Chart from 2014, when Bitcoin was $300, predicted price of $10k for today — Nov 22nd, 2017. We're at $8,200. (If we add Bitcoin Cash and Gold prices, we'll get close to $10k). Next milestone on chart: $100k in summer 2021. And next: $1M in 2027.  This is a hyping topic. Will i hope it does! but right now lets be realistic and lets keep our hypothesis near to the truth and not make bold and over prediction. |

Bitcoin and altcoint fluctuate where market prices go up and down at any time, but you can prevent price reductions by holding prices down! Do not get involved in the wrong problem and make you sell below your purchase price and obviously hurt yourself and the other coin owner ,, keep enduring and the price is definitely going up !!
This was actually what happened in the past weeks i have heard a lot of investors will panic selling when the price started to fall to 7k again this is sad that people could easily get scared and are willing to receive loses just to salvage a very little of what left. Because they sold out and not wait for the sun to shine either way if they have waited they could have had a bigger chance, sold out and still at losses end. |

Personally for as long as anonimity factor in bitcoin is not covered then no matter how the authorities will trace the transaction the bad guys will use this flatform. It gives them time to hide and cover their tracks before the legal people can catch them. This is a fact no matter how we denie and this is negative side of bitcoin but im pretty sure the creator of bitcoin will so enhance and find ways to develop bitcoin and make it more better each year. |

I Never thought that I Have to see bitcoin is under 7K USD again in This year. Because we already did this about a couple of months ago! And now Repeat Bitcoin is under 7K USD! And the market trend says that Bitcoin can go under 6K USD too. But what is the actual reason behind this vast fall? I haven't seen any robust lousy news or anything like that, Then why bitcoin is continuously decreasing? My friends are laughing at me, who sold their bitcoin when it was 14K USD! That time I told them you guys are doing wrong, Hold your bitcoin, Bitcoin Price will rise again. And now I am regretting really  Dont be just keep your spirit high, the price will recover soon, and wait until then because it will be your time that your friends who are laughing at you will feel sorry that they did. The potential of cryptocurrency is just starting and a long the way there will be rough roads to pass and this is one of those but as the necessity will rise for the use of this platform so is its price will increase. |

Hey everyone, I just wanted to say. If there is a post that is of a troll like nature on this forum, the best way to make it go away is to simply not reply to it. Posts with a super unrealistic and or dumb title gets bumped back to the top when yo reply to it. I keep seeing posts that should have been dead months ago because people reply to it. Remember the people that want BTC to fail also post on this forum. When spreading FUD it's easy to start like 5-10 posts knowing that all of your positive replies will bump them all to the top. Just looking out for us.  Really? this is good that i am inform about this because i am honestly bvery quick to response on those negative comments in defense to bitcoin because i have strong belief on it. So i kind of get easily pissed off when i read negative once but now i know that if i do im kind of helping them so i wont reply anymore. |

I think the price of bitcoin has been like this before it goes up and it goes down. But of course people would always want the price to go up so once the price goes down we hear alot of ranting and negative reaction. Come on people youve never learn. This is cryptocurrency its volatility will always make the price unstable so lets just enjoy this and be wise with our decisions. |

Do you think that Bitcoin has become too slow to compete with the relatively quick alt coins out there? Is it realty competitive to have a slow community rather than a centralised decision making in development?
In other words, does the community effect of decentralisation enough to counterbalance the difficult decision making processes?
I think they does but thd income is lesser compared to that of bitcoin. so i still vote for bitcoin to be top one cryptocurrency. |

My suggestion to everyone would be to be calmed, don't be greedy, have a patience in everything. Success will definitely touch your feet, never ever quit. Bitcoin's price is always volatile, as we see it's dump price and the market is red, never lose hope.  Always remember this one " He who quits does not succeed, he who succeeds does not quit". My best tips right now especially with the recent price condition is always: 1. be wise dont listen too much on negative propaganda against bitcoin. and 2. No matter how bad it seems to be the price volatility has a great deal of turning an bad hairday of price into an abrupt and unexpected profit. and last no. 3. when all others are selling you hold. |

Yes, we all have seen some kind of drastic price fall from last few days. As a feature of financial instrument I think this is not so unnatural. And so I do believe it will be back shortly. Your opinion will be highly appreciated.
I have seen better days of bitcoin and also seen the same trend right now i think this not new anymore but we know it will go up again and will recover soon. I have strong faith it can boost up soon. |

There are forms of cheating that have long existed and been battled in more traditional financial markets, but cryptocurrency’s lack of serious regulation or monitoring may have given these old scams a new place to thrive. For i dont think it is possible unless one person hold half or more than half of bitcoin. But i wonder if this thst rich why would he do manipulation? Why does increasing mining competition mean that people who have taken the profit on their Bitcoin purchases will be making a loss?
I think on the contrary miners must be increase more because more and more people are getting to know or opening up to the crypto mode of payment, and soon i believe it can cater into more services such healthcare, transport education and other vital needs in the society. |

If i will be given a chance to do a project with cryptocurrency then i will be making an all in one digital wallet for all crypto that includes bitcoin and all altcoins using same wallet address. I have seen too many digital wallet from known digital wallet for ERC20 tokens and for bitcoin digital wallet but i never saw a digital wallet that will cater all the digital currency either bitcoin or altcoins. If i have only the capacity to do it like having a good team developer and a financer then i guess i could make a revolutionary digital wallet.
I think this is not possible one for safety reason because personally i always has to create different wallet for each transactions also with every other altcoin that I join into. I do this to avoid hacking or getting scammed. |

First advice is you have to learn more english language this is how you could communicate better and avoid error such as what youve experience.. and secondly next time you must take very careful of the details of whom to send or if someone will send you then you have to provide him the correct details only that you can eliminate errors such as this. |

But he actually did not state he is against bitcoin or cryptocurrency. In some of his interviews about cryptocurrency he even stated the fact of how it has help increase the economy world wide and that it has great potential. |
