I hope you can manage to get what you deserve. But OP has said that he's been playing there for a really long time so I don't think that this is something that's targeted or deliberately done by the casino, probably it's because the fact that there's no live support that it's like that. Good thing OP was able to cash out. Nothing on the website. It's back up and I was able to cash out. Because of the amount it has to be approved, hoping by tomorrow it is.
With this experience, would you still play at their Dash casino and were they able to respond to you when you messaged them? I will still play there, it's never for much at a time. Remember I hit the Royal. I have tried other casinos and they seem to just suck up your money. I do enjoy playing here. |

Nothing on the website. It's back up and I was able to cash out. Because of the amount it has to be approved, hoping by tomorrow it is.

From what it looks like issues started last summer, they would fix it and they would come up again. I hope they fix it right this time. |

I have been playing video poker on the Bitcoin/Dash video casino for years. I have never had an issue with payouts, always fast. Well in the past week the site says I can cash out because my deposit hasn't have 2 confirmations yet. Check the explorer and it has over 5000. I send an email to support and they tell me the admins need to look in on it. Last weekend I hit a Royal Flush for 40+ dash. Can't cash them out.
Send another email to support, same response. Today the site it down, go to it and get this message:

The Bitcoin Casino is still up, but the dash casino is down. I have over 60 dash I have been trying to cash out. I'm hoping it's down to fix the cash out issue, but I'm starting to worry.
It was my first time hearing and knowing that there is a dash video casino, and as you said until now, it is still like that and has not been opened normally. I don't know if their platform is under maintenance or not. The 60 dashes that you have on their platform are also a big value, because currently one dash is worth 34 dollars; its value is also 2040 dollars. I hope their platform is still in good shape, and when they resume, they will release it immediately. Be careful next time, too. My deposit was less than 15 dash, I got lucky and hit a Royal Flush for 42 dash! Hoping!!! |

The link to their telegram group has been posted here by those who have manged to chip in their comment before mine, you can join there and post your question or enquire Like others have said, the account of the admin of that casino on this forum has been inactive since April this year, so there is a high chance you not get any response soon if you tried to reach them here, what I did suggest, like I've done before is you join their group on telegram enquire from there what is going on, the group is pretty active as I also joined there a couple of minutes ago. I joined also. Now we wait!! |
