1000 Satoshi is actually quite high, considering that it has nothing to offer yet. I like it more than cinni, bc,wc since it has a reasonable stake which will motivate people to hold onto their coins. If I want a low stake coin I'd buy peercoin not WC,Cinni or BC...that was a nice move on the 20% stake and got me interested. Definately going to try and snatch some if price goes below 100 satoshi (might happen). I know what will hapen once it hits Poloniex or Mintpal....
The only thing that will prevent the price from rising is the pre-mine, dev holding 0,5% or 1 million will keep fair nerds away and price low because of fear of dump.

Out of 3 Wallets only 1 works. Sadly the fattest wallet is the most broken one. The HBN client is pretty bugged tbh, because 1 wallet just destroys hbn process as soon as I try to load it. The second broken wallet will load, I can see the balance and then instantly crash.
I'm going to compile my own wallet with ubuntu and try that...then I call it a day...
Is there a way to extract the private key and inject it into a new wallet.dat?

Foolishly I didnt date the hbn wallet backup like I do with btc. But it is very likely from version 1.3.1.

Hi guys, I've got a serious problem.
My wallet is broken. I've tried on several computers with fresh wallets. I've tried to load my backup-wallet but it always crashes the hbn-qt.
I've tried a different OS now but still cant access my funds. Are they gone forever now? Is there anything I can do?





edit: I get around 4 different errors, depending on what wallet backup I try to load in I've tried the new beta, which also couldnt load my wallets. Damn, should have thought about that before putting real money in some beta software.
I'm open for suggestions.

I haven't mined any of those coins but when I you want to sell them I would go for vertcoin, when you want to hold them I'd pick darkcoin. Vertcoin uses 2x as much watts and cards run way hotter. That is just an assumption based on my mining experience with n-factor & x11(hiro)
I'm going to mine a few DRK too in near future, I loved x11 on hiro.
I never understood whats special about vertcoin other than n-factor which makes no sense for me.

It seems to be fixed now. Funny thing is that it started with rejects but mainpage showed me hashrate but no income. When I looked at home I had 100% rejects in cgminer. Mined other coin for few hours no problem, tried blocks factory again...100% rejects. Then I tried a few pools, all worked. Tried again 1h later 99% accepted. I havent lost that much because I could pull one of miners stragt off but the other miner had team viewer process closed so I couldnt stop it for 4-5h. You should have something in place what redirects hashrate :/

someone might want to get the word out there about HBN? I dont know what unique properties it has besides the ones I posted there already. I think a whitelist for people who are "new" to the game might be a nice thing not to get burned on first contact with cryptos.
