Just to keep everyone updated...

I'm still working on the marketplace, also found a problem with the KTK online wallet which stopped the api from working correctly (as a result it stopped the KTK payments working on the MP!) so to save some time I now have someone taking a look at fixing that, while I continue on the MP.

I'm currently working on the Amazon S3 integration and Stripe payments. Both of which I underestimated the time to complete. The S3 code is more important and will be finished first.

The the vendor product files are to use Amazon S3. Instead of using our own server to host files, they will be uploaded directly to S3. Saves server resources but is more complicated to get working for multi-users and making them secure.

When the S3 code is complete, one option after that is to go live as BTC payments are already integrated. Or wait until we have KTK payments enabled as well. The stripe payments could be added afterwards once it's ready.


Anyway, I'll post another MP update when the S3 code is done, and then decide the next move.

I've been in a few boardrooms throughout my life. Some non-profit public service type organizations, transportation and logistics corporations, a medical research firm, and others. I don't worry about losing contracts. I believe the shortest clearest way to make a point that will get or keep things on track for rapid production of high quality output is way better than pretentious pseudo-Shakespeareian wannabe aspirations. I've never been in a position where anyone COULD fire me, so I kinda always have that in my favor. I guess if I were middle-class, needed the job, and could be fired, yeah maybe I wouldn't be as blunt as I am.

The new dev asked us to keep his name unrevealed until he makes sure that he can continue the project and he can solve all the upcoming problems.

I didn't wanted to post anything as long as i am not having something for sure, but i am sharing with you a small update.

I got many offers from devs or wannabe devs that they are willing to try to fix the wallet, but you shall understand that i am very picky in handing over the source of a unique coded coin to an unknown developer.

Finally yesterday i got an agreement with a very trusted developer from bitcointalk, he agreed to revise the code and check it if he can solve the problem. As per our agreement the new developer will post in the thread and announce in public that he is continuing the development as soon as he figured out exactly what he has to do. Don't expect miracles in a few hours, based on his statement it may take a few days until he understands everything and figures out the fix but it seems that finally, after so many delays and problems we are back on track.

That is not accurate.  The support ticket link goes to our page and you have to open a support ticket.  The fact you just emailed support@zendesk cause it says that in the text isn't our fault.  Please don't FUD about it.  We get hundreds of support tickets properly every day.  Additionally we are on IRC and Twitter 24/7.  We are here to help, but please don't push blame when you guys push a hard fork in a 24 hour window

That said, we are cleaning up and performing a full audit before opening up.   We'd like to see the chain start moving before we do that.

I am waiting for my RSU on NXT still. I have sent several PMs to the dev with my info, but get no response back at all. Have most people received their assets by now?

no when they were destroying the coins some transactions became invalid so they were forced to delete the wallet.dat that contained the unsold coins. This was all explained in the first thread.

Coins cannot be touched but will remain on the blockchain.

That said, the payouts for the Zenpool have pretty much been in the 0.0006 BTC/MH range as far as I can recall.

Note that this is the output before maintenance/power fees. These are 8 cents/MH, but with the very low price on BTC, the service costs are substantial and are currently in the range of 1/4 of the profits.

I think it is a good idea to have backup explorer. Ill get onto getting another one up
