81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LIGHTPAY COIN & My Greatest Regret In Recent Time on: July 05, 2018, 03:08:39 PM
That always happen to each and every altcoin in the market. Based on my experience, it is not advisable to buy an altcoin when its price is on upward movement. Are you aware with the word bull trap? Besides, I don't see that LIGHTPAY COIN listed on coinmarketcap and that altcoin is not even that popular as far as I know. In trading or investing, altcoin price change negatively or positively is unavoidable. Moving on is the best way to wipe those regrets and find another altcoin to invest in which is more popular and profitable.

While I agree with some of your points, I beg to differ from your stand about investing in popular altcoin. From personal observation, there are many less popular altcoin doing great and turning their investors into multi bucks holders and getting them a smiling face. Don't get moved by popularity and forget to think about this.

I only have similar question of: How do you know a good altcoin to invest in early. Because I feel investing early is key. Coins don't get listed on COIN MARKET CAP from day one. I think. So LPC may be planning on that. I heard that all this listing requires huge money. I initially thought it were all free. Lolz.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the market gonna rise again???? on: June 30, 2018, 06:42:31 PM
It will rise again for sure, we still don't know when but it will rise because it has been dropping a lot a time from now, probably by the end of the year we will get a rise on the price.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin future on: June 30, 2018, 06:37:51 PM
The price is currently down and they keep dropping, but even after that the altcoin business remains as a good options to get some profit, but on the long term, because we will have to wait a time until it recovers from the drops on the price.
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are your plans with your Altcoin? on: June 29, 2018, 04:20:31 PM
Now that the market is down, it would be better to hold patiently, expecting the prices to rise on a few months, or if you have some money you could try investing on a few altcoins that may look promising at a low price. Study the price of the bitcoin because altcoins seem to fluctuate depending on the price of BTC.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will every crypto coin survive? on: June 29, 2018, 04:17:46 PM
No, definitely not everyone of them, it depends on their development and how much effort the team behind it implements , I would say the majority of them are destined to fail, only by the fact that there's too many of them.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is NEO still worth investing in? on: June 29, 2018, 04:14:40 PM
Well, NEO seems like a good and polished project but, it is going down day by day so if you are looking for a short term profit it would be better to change your expectations and invest on some other cryptocurrency.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is the price of bitcoin so high on: June 28, 2018, 10:14:44 PM
Bitcoin was the first cryptocurrency to appear on the market so a lot of time has passed since its release, it is also considered a model to create more currencies, which also increases it's value.
88  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what do you think about pump and dump? on: June 26, 2018, 04:17:07 PM
Timing is important and should be considered if you must profit in pump. If you already had the coin stalked in your wallet that was bought in dip, you are most likely to profit from pump events because the price generally would go up in an unprecedented way. But this usually do not last. It maybe with 5 to 6 hours or a 24 hours event I think. People who lose during pump events are those who try to buy while there is a pump event thinking it will keep pumping but there after, it enters a big dump. So I think for new investors it is not advisable to buy in pump. Just stay off. But if you had your coin stalked, it's an opportunity to sell and make good profit.
89  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 10 Mistakes you should never do in crypto trading✌✌ on: June 26, 2018, 03:50:00 PM
This is helpful. But can you explain what you mean by "do not trade with your emotions?" How is that possible? Thanks for feedback.
90  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The secret of successful part-time traders on: June 26, 2018, 02:02:02 PM
Joining a community or more is essential for success in Crypto trading. You will get to learn from others and receive signals also. The points you've raised are noted but emphasis should be made on learning and practicing the skills you've learned in Crypto trading. No one becomes and expect or successful over night. Patience is needed, consistency and the passion to surf even in an unfavorable market conditions.
91  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Satoshis instead of Bitcoin on: June 25, 2018, 06:17:21 PM
I started out always looking at the $ value and burning my head calculating in bitcoin. I learned it lately too to always use the satoshi value since satoshi is the fractments that makes up bitcoin. Bitcoin is so large to be calculating up, down and center. Take the lesson and work with it. Do your trading with satoshi.. That's easier to calculate.
92  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The best time to take profit in Trading on: June 24, 2018, 07:16:47 AM
Deciding when to exit is very difficult especially for POS coin that most shows you the predicted price for next block which promises to be higher in profit. Everyone would want to stay longer while anticipating such prediction from the team so as to get more profit. I am in such moment right now. I hope to also learn more from this thread.
93  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: day trading effective? on: June 24, 2018, 06:57:51 AM
it can be profitable if you know what you are doing. otherwise if you are just playing around and buying things wishing they go up instead of really making educated trades, then it can not be profitable for you.
for example when you say "the whole market is red" it means you are not seeing the market because even during the "red" times there are opportunities to make money. for instance in the past couple of days DigixDAO was pumped and gave a nice profit although everything was red. so did at least half a dozen other altcoins. and that is ho you day trade in altcoin market, you find these coins with a pump coming and invest in them and dump as soon as you are satisfied with the profit.

Excellent remark. There have never been a time when the "whole market is red". Seriously even if you are using just cmc to watch the market, if you leave the top 100 coin page down the page, you will realize there are other projects thriving in the red. Though I initially use to think this way though. Now talk about coin that are not listed on cmc. If you follow certain projects, you will realize there are good opportunities to make gains even in the red.

Secondly, always have in mind that the market fluctuates and so, it goes up and down. This is where day trades capitalize on. Buy the moment it's down and sell off when it rise. It may be with 10 to 20% profit. All the same, profit is being made. So you see?
94  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What should I learn to be a professional trader? on: June 23, 2018, 07:29:01 AM
Since there is no board to certify anyone as "professional crypto trader" hence your years of experiences, personal observation and study and testimonials of periodic success will help you know if you are on track. However give time to studying charts of individual altcoin, its potential and utility each time before undergoing to purchase. This you should do daily. It is not a one time study.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why altcoin is better than bitcoin? on: June 23, 2018, 07:14:24 AM
Bitcoin has built a legacy that is had to break if not impossible. They have stood a test of time. Altcoin can only try but can't, I guess and will not beat bitcoin in terms of value. The bitcoin company have been consistent in delivering promised value and always developing. With the multiplicities of altcoin it will be difficult to break even.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Ideal Bounty Campaign! on: June 22, 2018, 11:24:15 PM
I participate in a bounty that I know at least a member of the team or someone who have an insider information more about the project. I need to know if the team are working hard to deliver on their promise. I consider the allocation to be distributed as bounty rewards and the requirements if I can meet it.
97  Economy / Economics / Re: What i believe will come on: June 22, 2018, 03:40:27 AM
I think there shall always be banks in the future and an upgraded bank that will come in terms with Crypto and exchange between fiat and Crypto. I dobnot think cryptocurrency will ever wipe away fiat. Money is a national identity

99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Time to Sell Altcoins on: June 21, 2018, 06:42:57 PM
We will have different answers for you. Based on individual preference or trading style. I have a friend who sell his coin at first order after ICO and as soon as it hits exchanges. All the same, trade in profit as much as you can.
