1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrop !! is it worth it ! on: September 16, 2018, 08:33:52 PM
There are still good airdrops that can generate you something, you just have to look around the garbage, also do not expect much of airdrops, remember that what the number of coins that you can earn will be directly related to the amount of effort it requires, so that's why airdrops are usually  worthless
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe in ETH? on: September 16, 2018, 08:13:38 PM
I think that it is not necessary for people to believe in eth, to be successful, they just have to realize that it is a good currency with an excellent development platform that could provide us with many new technologies, when people understand that, many will buy ETH because it is a currency that has no loss.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people/users are afraid to invest in Crypto? on: September 15, 2018, 07:59:14 PM
I imagine that it is because of all the risk that has spread that you can lose your investment quickly because it really is quite a volatile market, especially the altcoins that are usually the most attractive for new investors because they believe they will make astronomical profits with little effort.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Competition between altcoins on: September 15, 2018, 06:37:27 PM
That's right, this is part of decentralization, there is no one controlling everything in particular, but don't be fooled, even the alts are being promoted, only now we have a fairer playground, because everyone can make use of bounty hunters to make marketing events, that's the difference, but still can come a whale with its millions to try to play with the market.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the price of ethereum dependent on bitcoin? on: September 14, 2018, 11:19:01 PM
I don't think so, because although ethereum is dropping enormously at the moment, those movements in the figures were the product of different things to the bitcoin drop or rise because lately, bitcoin has been very good despite the drop in ETH, so I think the two are not correlated.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What ICOs do you like the most? on: September 14, 2018, 10:42:58 PM
Right now I'm involved with kartblock and they have handled the ICO quite well, have some responsible managers who are strict on the accounts but do the counts quickly and efficiently, they want to be an e-commerce platform, ie a marketplace that will serve for different products and customers, so I hope they are successful, since that would help greatly to mass adoption.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will banks disappear because of cryptocurrency? on: September 13, 2018, 06:18:41 PM
I doubt it a lot, banks have been institutions that are present from ages before Christ, so they are quite rooted in our culture, also I think bankers are smart enough to know that they have to adapt to the new eras, the most likely scenario is that they implement the cryptos as investment funds.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple or Bitcoin on: September 13, 2018, 05:50:28 PM
I think that ripple could replace it as the favorite transfer currency, transaction times and fees are negative things for bitcoin, but you also have to understand that they are necessary for the evolution of the currency, ripple for its part will not have those drawbacks, but its main interest is still the banks, and that is something that many people do not like.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HODL or REGRET!!! on: September 12, 2018, 11:40:01 PM
Especially in these bear markets, it is important to remind people that the best option is to make hodl, the best quality that investors have is patience, with that quality you can take care of your investment and remember that only those who stay end up making profits.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto Market all RED today. I am so scared on: September 11, 2018, 11:35:45 PM
I believe that the bubble already exploded in January, we are only feeling the waves that are hitting us every month, sometimes the market is destabilized more than normal, so the most advisable is to continue doing hodl until everything is normal, remember that you do not lose until you do not sell.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think ETH will be bounce back? on: September 11, 2018, 11:25:10 PM
As most people comment here, ETH it's too big to fail, even though it's being affected by everything this year, ETH is still a very reliable currency that is always developing, it has a very solid community that I think will recover very soon, being optimistic probably at the end of the year.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do investors think about ICO? on: September 11, 2018, 10:46:52 PM
Many times I wait for the dump before investing in some ICO, if the ICO is really good sooner or later can be recovered, so I stay with a bag that is probably worth 100% more in a couple of months, so the most important thing in this market is to have patience.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to make money on the fall of the market. on: September 10, 2018, 09:17:34 PM
If you don't want to get too involved in trading (which can be extremely lucrative right now) the best thing you can do is to hodl, try to buy a bag of currencies you've always wanted to buy or are interested in and keep them for a few months until the market looks more promising, you can also trade and look for investment signals, but that's much riskier and complicated.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why KYC is important? on: September 10, 2018, 09:10:44 PM
KYC I think it is important but only for exchanges, with that, we can avoid scams when we try to trade with our cryptos, but an ICO would not need to receive that information, because the only thing that should interest them is the amount of money they are receiving from investors.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Airdrops and Bounties useful? on: September 10, 2018, 08:26:39 PM
Many good coins started with ICOs, which included bounties, if I'm not mistaken NANO was one of them, and now it's quite well positioned, also ETH I think it made an ICO, so we can still have good coins that come from ICOs, the important thing is to find the right one.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't hold Bitcoin for long time. on: September 09, 2018, 10:19:00 PM
Although it is always a good idea to take active measures to increase your investment, I believe that investing in some altcoins in this market is extremely risky, I have seen how ripple, eth, and neo collapse in a matter of weeks, so it is better to keep bitcoin for now and treat alts as a high-risk investment.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why wouldn't you invest on ripple? on: September 08, 2018, 10:18:59 PM
I think Ripple despite being a good investment option, I think it goes against the philosophy of cryptos, as it seeks to centralize transactions by integrating banks as middlemen again, so despite being able to generate good profits in the future, I do not support their philosophy.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the rise in 2018 be the same as in 2017? on: September 08, 2018, 09:25:52 PM
hmm in a way I hope it is not so surprising and explosive as that would trigger another bear market in the market and we already know how disastrous that can be, so the best thing would be a stable and progressive increase of the currency, for example, if bitcoin reaches 10k by the end of the year that would be more than enough for me.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with 3 ETH? on: September 07, 2018, 08:38:32 PM
Personally, I haven't looked a lot around crypto games, but I know the game called crypto kitties, it's a pretty popular game like tamagochi or pokemon, I recently saw a new kittie dragon that's worth about $170, so there's money there, you just have to know how to make it.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH, road down to $50? on: September 07, 2018, 07:26:47 PM
I believe that like all coins, they do not have a real value, only the one given by consumers, ETH has gained value and recognition because it is an extremely useful currency for the development of applications, so its value is given by users who use its platform to program, that is why it is so important that the coins have real uses, because that extends a lot the life of the project.
