Don't be scared, there are a lot of things wrong with the market right now but that does not mean that the price of the coin will never recover. People are taking money out of the market, this is what happens after we have a massive bull such as the one that we had in january.

I don't see any thing which is not normal for this market.
This market is highly volatile and risky. And that's the basic rule of any base profitable market. And this market is highly manipulated. And at this time there is very few good news for this market. Many of the token is in red. But  don't worry about it's just some healthy correction in this market. Keep everything you have and if you have some fiat to invest then go for some good token. And this market is just started and it will go a very long way.

The price in December was indeed a bubble and it has bursted but I don`t know about the recent price, it seems as a normal price right now and the 6k level is a very strong support level. I believe the market won`t go to zero and it is not a whole bubble.
