I've been working on Waves NG subject today just to get a better understanding of that new powerful development of Waves. One thing I am wondering is, does the higher throughput of transactions comes along with higher security issues? And does it has any impact on the network stability?
Not as far as I am aware to both of those questions. On another note, the closed beta invites have been sent out yesterday. Anyone get in? they were already in and had fun testing it read it from Slack. |

It will continue to be improved and worked on in 2018. |

Lately I am observing that several ICO tokens are on the Waves platform, I hope that with this the appreciation of the project is greater.
Because Waves platform is as good as Ethereum, later we'll see more ICO's on Waves chain. Sasha is keeping a bit low profile because Vitalik is more young and enterpreneur. low profile on the stage, BIG profile in the backstage!  |

Theres so much to come from Waves in the next 3-4 months - but is anyone else a little worried its going to be coming in a down market  Well, to completely adapt a famous quote from J.R.R. Tolkien (aka Token): "It is our part to master all the tides of the (crypto) world...what weather we shall have is not ours to rule.” Which is my way of saying that Waves is doing its very best to master all the tides of its unique space. That is all that can be done. The "weather" (or market conditions) that will greet all that is to come is not Waves' to rule. Meaning no one can control it. But Waves can make its own weather to a certain extent. A true tidal wave doesn't care if it's a rainy or a sunny day. It simply rolls forward inexorably on its powerful path forward. Well said! EMBRACE THE WAVES! Ride on stormy seas and ride on calm waters! 2 years folks. 2 years. around May/June 2018 when WAVES turns 2 years old. Its the Tradition of WAVES to always go by '2'. First it was 2 weeks. Then it was 2 months. Now, its 2 years. Also, the whole world is waking up to this CRYPTO FIASCO. 1st world, 2nd world, 3rd world...damn...i bet even the fishes in the seas and oceans want some WAVES. Nvm the whales on Land or Water (are there any in the Sky?) We aint gonna wait that long. BUT when we do, it is because nobody is planning to sell all their WAVES at one price. Always be in the game. Always Ride on WAVES. |

I don't think so. This is not the same as 2013. This year 2017 is way better than 2013. And it is completely different unlike in 2013 that is just a pump. Now its because of the demand, the growing community.
That's exactly what the guy above you said. I wish people would actually say meaningful things instead of repeating each other. It could also be inorganic but the chances of that are unlikely. Inorganic growth examples include pretty much all altcoins, as there's just two major groups with coins in them: HODLers and investors pumping money into them to keep them afloat. agree too on this. 2017 is way different than 2013. however, there is one difference that may make this year to be more troublesome than 2013: 1st August UASF. Will it be Bitcoin's 1st HardFork? What will the consequences be that comes after it? Right now, a Global FOMOmenon is happening. But will that FOMO become the opposite on 1st August for Bitcoin? So far up till today ever since 1st January 2017, it has been way better than 2013. 1st August remains to be seen. |

If you cant invest money. Try investing your time. Its business not miracle. 2 hours per day in my opinion is too short. But if you have skills and talent why not. Try joining sognature campaigns but it wont give you 1btc per month.
I agree with your words, and this is what I'm doing now, although it takes a long time to get 1 bitcoin but I'm really happy to be in this forum, I can get bitcoin from campaign and science about cryptocurrency world. actually, signature campaigns can give you 1 or 2 bitcoins in a month. the possibility is there and in the past few years, it has proven to be possible. But its not a guarantee for all signature campaigns. Firstly, you gotta be a Hero/Legendary so that you will be earning more than a Member can earn. maximize your earning power. Oh and of course, you must not have a negative reputation. so no trolling and avoid negative conflicts. just stay on the safe side by helping people, answering questions, offering your opinions, etc. Secondly, depending on how hot the altcoin is, once you have earned enough and when it gets listed on the exchange, you can sell it for quite a sum. 1-2 BTC in a month is very possible. |

You have to be very active in Altcoin announcement section where you will get all details about the newcoins launching and as soon as they start the thread immediately you can post about you can do translation work on which you are good and when they give your confirmation with all details you can start it.
So like this only translation work goes on. Apart from that in Service section you can start your thread about what type of translation language you are doing and which extend you can do it.
In addition to what Jayshree85 has said, once you start and you are known to be an excellent translator, they may even request for your translation services in the future. this doesn't necessarily only apply to new coins that are launching. some of the popular coins right now are still in need of translations. Because of Wiki or some news that needs them. |
