Of course, this business is going to penetrate into big financial sector and bring service to people in an easy way using blockchain technology, it will bring more people in contact with cryptocurrency.
I hope it serves to bring more people into crypto - to see all its benefits. I think so too, but they're going to need a big user base to demonstrate what it can do. It is great idea,but implementation is toughest part,but Workchain has experience needed fot this to be success,so im definitely optimistic, It is also quite difficult to get noncrypto people interested in using crypto which will be needed for this project to go global. Its true that people's interest in crypto is not yet big enough and many are afraid of volatility. To overcome this problem, at WorkChain.io, we are implementing solution using stable-coin like TrueUSD, which is always 1:1 with USD. This approach will bring crypto to people and they don't even need to know about it. They will be earning TrueUSD which is same as USD and spending it in real world using their crypto debit card. Using TrueUSD they are already in crypto ecosystem and barrier for exploring the rest of ecosystem. So TrueUSD is something like Tether,and we will be able to use that on exchanges?Or it will be internal currency? if it can indeed be implemented, then this project will indeed be an extraordinary project. but by looking at the cases in each country that have not been too interested in crypto I think this will require a lot of time and funds so that this project can work. goodluck Currencies like TrueUSD ultimately are related to an inflationary currency like the USD that constantly loses value. In near future it will be just used to transfer stable value using blockchain and funding crypto backed card. But in few years, or maybe even before that, when you have goods that you can purchase, we are sure that they will be used for daily purchases. The problem with using unstable cryptos on cards is also about the tax calculations. Therefore it would be good to have in-built tax software or something like that which assists the people in keeping track of everything properly. Yes, taxes are something that we are thinking about on a different levels. For example, we might work on making standard interface like ERC20 is for tokens, ERC__ for calculating taxes, so governments can issue their own. |

I've been checking more about the workPAY and workLOAN highlights and I see this part "Brilliant Investing Choose to contribute your workPAY stores with workLOAN to give your cash something to do quicker than any customary type of contributing"

But basically the payout also works as a loan because the platform/loan giver gets the money later. Depends, if employers is directly involved there is no need for a loan. workLOAN, now it has better name - workADVANCE is just advancing already verified work. So there is no a real loan, employees are earning for already performed work and since employers are not in the system they will need to pay additional fee. Based on location these fees can be in form of interest, standard fee or tip. |

For this project to be initiated and successful, perhaps impossible. Countries may not care and pay attention to the tokens of this project. Getting to the token of the commonly used project takes a lot of time and money. I do not think this project is feasible !!!

Now that you mentioned using crypto debit card with true USD, do you plan to release your own debit card, or there is no need for that? Issuing own debit card is a long process. Its usually better when you have full control, but for start partnering with existing one is going to be our goal. We have analyze current crypto debit cards and options are really limited, but at the moment WireX sounds like good start. |

Does the team have any kind of AMA in plans?Would be nice to have the chance to ask the team about some aspects of the project and team has more time to really explain intricacies of it.
It would be nice to have AMA on Youtube, teams used to do them on Youtube and talk to us, now most of them just do it on Reddit and feeling is nit the same... Also it can also be on their Facebook page as some of the icos now do this without ease. And doing an AMA is also an advantage so investors will put more trust to the team as they will see the faces. And it just somehow prove that their project is legit. That is true,AMA will give bring extra legitimacy to the project! Sounds good, its awesome that you have questions for us. Is there any list of countries that do? It can't be only USA? However, we in Europe use the term paycheck for getting paid monthly for work so I don't know are you referring to people that get physical checks or what? This is global product, but there are different regulations about crypto, taxes, etc that we are already exploring and it will not be available world-wide from day 1. |
