It's been rumored that Crypto-city is working on a communication system, is it true?

I can now confirm that the rumor you’ve heard are indeed true and the communications systems are in the pipeline. However, I do not have a finite date as to when it will be implemented as of this writing. Given that we are are trying replicate the real world economies based on crypto, we want to make sure that we have a rock solid platform with the majority of bugs worked out of it before we start throwing more stuff on top of it. So needless to say, the communications system will not make into the upcoming updates in the next few weeks.

Cryptsy was a total disappointment. Certainly put a lot of people.back to square1.

There's really not many exchanges with a decent alt-coin volume. It's slim picking these days. I even started my own crypto community in an effort to rally everyone together in a single place.

Yes. Yobit does take a bit of getting used to. It took me a while to get used to the interface as everything is compact. After using it for a while it's not bad. You just gotta dive-in and roll up your sleeves.
