Honestly i don't know when the ETH gas fee go down because there are many platforms using high gas fee in the network.
As long as they still using high amount of gas fee, the others will have to follow to using high gas fee too.
Maybe small traders better to using other blockchain than Ethereum so they won't lose too much funds from the gas fee.
Those platforms were not causing the problem in ethereum chain but I see that there are some addresses that is used to spam the network with very high gas fees. Idk whether that's a trick that used by the ethereum's competitor to make people move to another chain but you can also watch it on etherscan because the address is very active sending zero transaction with high gas fees. The small traders are not able using ethereum chain again. they have been moving to the BSC. |

I have ever read someone created a thread about buying the old garbage coin and he was getting lost caused by it goes even deeper. Try to search for another gem that is not yet increasing. It might happen when there's a regulation for crypto. BTW paypal will never risk its users from using the payment system that is not yet regulated. Paypal must also comply with US law and that will make paypal will be delay crypto adoption as a payment system or funding. It looks like the massive adoption is coming to the cryptocurrency. The regulators are still creating the regulator framework but I'm not sure if that will be fully regulated as we know that crypto is decentralized. About point 1 and that depends on bitcoin, the dominance of bitcoin increases a lot but it doesn't mean altcoin will be always following it. Sometimes the opposite thing is happening.

The developers of token should also try to search for another smart contract platform just ti distribute the traffic otherwise it's gonna stay like this for another year, the sharding which supposed to take care of the fee also not really helping isn't it?
Sharding is not yet implemented and how can you sure if that's not helping the platform and users? There's a solution that already introduced by the developers but the problem is any ethereum improvement proposal must have passed so many audits and approval from the community (miners). There's no perfect defi, i guess if YFI code was fully audited especially on its flash loan feature but the vulnerability will always there.
