if you are wanna doing self listing and that menas if you should go to the dex. as far as i know if you will never find a cex that will not charge you the fees. the fees will always be a part of negotiation with cex and you cant avoid it. the only chance for you to use uniswap or idex. small cex needs at least a few thousand dollars until 2 btc to list your token the only choice for you is dex |

Some people have been suggested fork or etherdelta but afaik if etherdelta is a dead exchange site and it can't be accessed again. forkdelta is still alive but you don't even need to listing your token there consider when you are using erc20 and your erc20 already listed on the forkdelta instantly.

You must see how much demand for your token. you can't determine how many tokens that must be put into the liquidity pool. You can start with various amounts. It's better to start from the small amounts. Basically, it doesn't matter a lot how many tokens will be locked on the liq pool. Try to talk with yourself. Actually its not the bounty hunter fault because the majority of ICO's today distribute and give the tokens to there hunters, after 2 to 5 months maximum, based on my experience, and surely the price of the token, the coin will go down -50% because of lack of development, update from the devs leaving the project behind or turned to scam.
There are so many scam icos with very bad behaviour. The solution that mentioned by the thread started already discussed so many times by the various BM. I remember it's not only him but some bounty participants were actively suggesting this solution to the BM but it depends on the ICO team. If the campaign has been creating by a good project and it's easy to discuss this as they have a fund to launch the btc or ethereum campaign. |

We didn't know how far bitcoin will go. if we are trading altcoin with bitcoin and that will just make us get a big loss caused by when we are trading it and bitcoin price is still increasing a lot and that will be eating our profit gradually.
