hello
i am requesting my loan be transferred from my current lender to someone else who would be willing take on the loan.
my reason for the change is because i now want the loan to be in escrow due to its value but lender has refused stating it was agreed upon that it would be held by him. i agree with him and there was a agreement but i would like it in escrow all same rules applies where if value falls i supply more collateral.
my request is
3.7btc be paid to zazarb. the interest i will pay to him
new lender interest rate 2% wekly
coins will be held with escrow with mutual agreement on escrow
repayment date 23rd december 2015
i must also make this clear zazarb has given me no reason to suspect him for me to make this decision.

Although your collateral is currently higher than your loan, it has low volume and some volatility at past. It seems -no offence- you have intention to dump your VNL coins by getting loan. Maybe if you can offer more liquid altcoin, you will have more chance to get your loan. i could dump now to get more than my loan that is required Yeah, you are right, Ive just noticed the buy book. But my second concern is still valid. After 4 weeks , VNL can lose its value more than 20 % (ofc like most of other altcoins) I think youre not dumping your VNL coins , in fact you believe its value but still 0.9 is huge amount of loan and I have doubts for VNL to cover the colleteral. Anyway, good luck with your loan. Hopefully, you can find someone who have positive thougths about the future of VNL and get your loan. like i said if the value drops it my job to provide more collateral or my collateral is sold. im not trying to convince anyone but this is what i see looking charts even if it falls it wont drop below 8k heavily, so to cover the loan i would just need to pay an extra 1500 coins to cover the loan at 8000 sats. |

Something i'm thinking as a solution to the funding issue Bitcredit will open an investment option as follows: 1) a % of the pre-mine will be divided proportionally among investors based on % of the total that they have donated. 2) We will add a stipulation that a % of all emissions (blocks) are to be distributed to each of the investors proportionally. 3) Organizations spun off BNs on the network will allocate a % of their gross profit to the investors. (this is the real good part) The above may change slightly based on community response but that is the gist of it. The funding target for this drive will be set by what the community wishes to fund and will determine the % that will be allocated to investors. Thoughts? certain amount of blocks going to developers is not liked so i dont think that some early birds should get reward forever. they may not even be invested in it later and they would be still earning not attractive for newcomers also would you need the organizations permission to allocate 0.1% to investors. the less fee the better just my 2 cents if i had the money i would donate |
