That's awesome! Come on folks, let's see if we can bump it past 200k soon! that post is a little outdated We have received some generous donations recently, increasing the project development fund by 100K+.
Reminder: the bulk of the fund is expected to be apportioned among the development team as incentive for working on the project, but there is a mandatory vesting period, including for the lead developer, which means the coins won't be moving at all for a long time (at least a year, but generally longer). Donating to this fund helps support the project but also help support the coin value by visibly locking up supply.
A portion of the development fund may at some point be sold and used to pay for project resources and direct expenses (hosting, etc.) but that won't be done at all until the coin has established a meaningful market value, and in the near term at least these expenses are expected to be very small. Currently the lead developer is paying all of the hosting costs.

Bump for BBR.  Boolberry is a good cryptonote coin, with or without Supernet. It had a fair launch and implements some original ideas not used in other cryptonote coins (its not just a clone). Monero clearly has more developers working on their project and more supporting services. However with a market cap less than 1/40th of XMR an official GUI and some original features (related to database size and mixin levels), I like the risk/reward ratio for BBR. http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/boolberry/http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/monero/Good choice, makes sense for anyone holding XMR to invest in a bucket load of BBR (given it's clearly under-valued & is the most innovative Cryptonote coin). with the plans we have we have a good shot of taking its throne, but its not about passing another coin but building good services for users to use and the plans here can get more interest. in it for the long haul this should be trading on a exchange i have contacted bittrex and richie has said he will take a look at it to list it. |

can somebody explain this concept for me? Dibbits Auction Items offered by DIBBIT will allow users to call DIBS by using their tokens. All auctions will start at $1. Each bid will cost 10 tokens. When a bid is placed, item value will increase by $0.01. In addition to value increase, each bid will add 30 seconds to the auction clock. The final bid received when the clock hits 0 will award the item at final value to the winner. Users can bid when they want, as many times as they wish. if auctions start at 1 dollar does that mean you have to bid 100x10 dibbits =1000 dibbits to bid 2 dollar on an item? Does that mean that luxury items for example diamonds and gold will be sold for a few dollars in auction value but in infinitely more fiat value when viewed from the point of Dibbit exchange value? So in my example, I could be the buyer of a car for 2 dollars, yet if it costs me 1000 Dibbits and a Dibbit is a Dollar I actually paid 1000 dollars for a car that is valued at 2 dollars? Good, dead, so move on.... Strange when GRID was trading at 150 sats, people were saying that it was DEAD and then when it suddenly hit 450 sats, people were saying i sold my coins that i bought at 150 sats  There is always a interest in people that are on a thread. you just try to create enough FUD to buy cheaper, i already bought and i'm trying to make people buying this coin, and all the other people don't care about DIBS, so every person posting something in the thread either want to create enough FUD to buy cheaper or to push the price higher, there aren't any people in the thread just for fun. we will talk in a few days lol wouldnt be surprised for you to say i am arranging a takeover to sell your bags didn't you say that on GRID too.... it seems that you were wrong on that one... please dont put words in my mouth, i havent posted on grid. il buy in when this is low and then you announce your fake takeover to sell back into your orders. |

so basically the code allows the user to increase its pow hash to mine weak blocks getting more coins. clever and dodgy If that code has dodged someone like earlz then obviously it has to be a very clever stuff ,luckily i didnt had much coin ,so i dumped them for a loss of 0.02 BTCi was just buying but just dumped no loss |
