461  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you trust, BNB or ETH? on: December 30, 2020, 06:33:04 PM
I trust both projects, BNB is a Centralized exchange token and it's supported by great team that cares about the future of crypto itself, I could hold bnb token for long term without worrying about losing money, Ethereum is the second best as we know it, the difference between this two is decentralized and smart contract from ETH.
462  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: You want something good as UNISWAP and 1inch ? on: December 30, 2020, 06:23:38 PM
The only way to avoid buying the wrong tokens from a new exchanges is to make sure they the Exchanges is well supported, popular and more talked about, I knew 1inch and uniswap when they are introduced to crypto world and they are talked about by well known crypto services but still one have to be careful
463  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the biggest issue for beginners ? on: December 29, 2020, 10:58:53 AM
Emotional issues  Grin, either when holding for long term, investing in new projects and also crypto trading, I'm always hooked to my emotional feelings, still hard for me to control 100%, now I only have to zero my mind when making a decision, may God have mercy on me  Grin Grin
464  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbie seeking for a answer on: December 29, 2020, 10:56:42 AM
Yes, he is the founder of this community.

satoshi announced it here: Welcome to the new Bitcoin forum!
Hmm, now who says that this isn't the right place to be for any crypto related discussions and also finding answers about a project too? There are many things one can learn on this forum, thanks to satoshi and other admins 🙏, I honestly don't need other crypto forums since everything started from bitcointalk forum...
465  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Knowing about this forum will help more on: December 28, 2020, 11:51:14 AM
This forum is very important for any new startup projects, any project that failed to create a ANN page on this forum will lose investors interest, even satoshi the creator of Bitcoin used this forum, if newbies can spend time to do research they will end up landing on Bitcointalk, I'm so sure of that, another thing is newbies don't plan on learning, everyone always want to earn first
466  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: How to buy bitcoin anonymously without ID in Australia using cash? on: December 28, 2020, 11:45:16 AM
You need to find P2P platforms to fully stay anonymously, binance don't require any KYC verifications but it's still a Centralized exchange, meaning you can still be tracked, go to uniswap or balancer and buy your BTC or other
467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Be careful with the Gokumarket exchange on: December 27, 2020, 12:29:16 PM
Stop using any exchanges that are not popular, they are always 99% scam exchanges also abstain from any project that aren't popular and not well ranked on coinmarketcap, newbies need to be very well aware of this forum, it's existence is to keep them on the right track
468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: did I make mistake? on: December 27, 2020, 12:25:30 PM
now Bitcoin price has increased 17.5% in the last 7 days and now the price is $27,750.69, then BTC Domination is 70.9% with Market Cap amount $727,677,130,354, but Ethereum price is currently $644.61 and is down 1.44% from the last 7 days, so I bought Ethereum with all my money (money that I use specifically for investment), because I believe Ethereum price will soon increase very high (bull run) following Bitcoin price movement and of course I will get a very big profit from investing in Ethereum (my target for Ethereum price is $1100-$1400), because I believe if Bitcoin dominance decreases, then it will make the price of altcoin increases (including the price of Ethereum).
You did the right thing, don't be confused because Ethereum failed to increase, it's not altcoin time already, you already said that btc dominance is growing, it shows that Bitcoin still have some powers to surge even higher, all you need is patience, you want your aim to become true? Hold your horses
469  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who are the 1% of traders who earn with trading? on: December 26, 2020, 10:17:42 AM
The remaining 1% of traders that really make hell of money from trading are rich whales who can easily manipulates the market to make their own gains, they hardly end up in losses, their huge funds or assets is their true power
470  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sec vs Xripple and in the future vs BTC? Is it correct? on: December 26, 2020, 10:15:16 AM
Are you trying to say that SEC will go after bitcoin in near future? That's almost impossible because XRP is centralized, that's why give SEC the power to go after XRP, bitcoin is fully decentralized and the maker is no where to be found, who is SEC going to arrest? Maybe this is even why Nakamoto vanished into thin air?
471  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it the same? on: December 25, 2020, 05:41:21 PM
A failed project is a failed project, the reason why they failed are of different reasons, either they exit scam or the team abandoned the project or other it's all failures, some use cases are useless in crypto and people don't like investing on them for some reasons, this means that not all introduced projects are scam, some just failed it is, that's why diversity is the best in crypto space
472  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbies! Beware of using Centralized wallet like Coinbase. on: December 25, 2020, 05:36:34 PM
Coinbase is a big crypto platform that's under reliable team but it's better to be in total control of your funds than putting it in care of other people, remember that something unexpected can happen in near future, I trust coinbase but still I don't full confidence on them, you will have a rest of mind if you keep your funds in trust wallet or other dex wallet
473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is XRP worth buying in 2020 and 2021? on: December 24, 2020, 12:02:04 PM
Is Ripple worth investing in 2020 and beyond? ... According to the online forecasting service, WalletInvestor.com, XRP is a “bad, high-risk 1-year investment” option. In one year, the price of the coin is expected to fall to $0.02 by December 2020. In five years, they predict this cryptocurrency to trade at $0.029 in February 2025.
I don't use any crypto forecast platforms to make decisions on which project to buy or hold, since 2017 almost all of the forecast from different platforms are wrong, XRP is facing some challenges this time around with SEC and that's why the price is down, some weak hands let go due to fear, this isn't the end for XRP and I believe it will perform better after the hassle
474  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi hacks [history] on: December 24, 2020, 11:54:49 AM
Decentralized Finance in the event of a hack, you have no one to complain to, and this is probably the main reason why I do not use DEFI to the full.
Well said, it's the perfect place for scammers to roam about without any fear of getting caught in the process, it's why I feel unreliable on any DeFi projects, I invested in few strong ones like ChainLink but most new DeFi projects are not safe
475  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / A little word of advice is enough for the wise on: December 22, 2020, 09:04:12 AM
If you are still using centralized wallets like coinbase and others that requires email logins only it's better to move your funds to a wallet have give you access to your private keys or Mnemonic seed, do not be surprised if you are asked to pass KYC before you can withdraw your funds, even if coinbase go easy on users some centralized wallet may use this as a opportunity, if you don't know the difference between DEX and CEX wallet kindly go here to learn know

476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Escrowed very important for bounty? on: December 21, 2020, 02:11:02 PM
Escrow is really not mandatory, teams have the right to say no to escrow strategy if they like and this doesn't mean they have bad plans for their promoters, bounty hunters need to focus more on promising bounty campaigns only, not all projects will meet up to standard but some will keep their promises, it's just the way it is
477  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we all fools on believing the word "HOLD"? on: December 21, 2020, 02:06:00 PM
Altcoins under top 20 on coinmarketcap are risky for long term holding, I won't dare hold such coins unless they make it into top 20, these coins can how long in few months or years after launch, some of them are built to live for short life span, you need to be very careful around them, now that altcoin season looks possible it's better to hold and see what you can make out of it.
478  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solve taking profit problems. on: December 20, 2020, 09:41:22 AM
There is no need to warn people about greed, they will eventually learn after few regretful decisions, I learnt mine after 2017 altcoin season, I was so hesitate to take profits, I was new then and I thought the pump is only getting started, now I don't care about how much I made in a week, month or year, when profits are available I take it.
479  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: It's too damn easy to become a developer nowadays on: December 20, 2020, 09:33:46 AM
there is no certificate of qualifications to be a crypto developer, tokens are so damn easy to build through smart contract platforms
Certificate is from their source code. If their projects are created by source code of other projects and they only change minor details: project names, token name, ticker, total supplies, blocktime, block rewards. Those projects are scam.

I don't consider people who create and run scam projects as developers. They don't deserve to be called as developers.
Very right but it's really a mess that we can't know which developers deserves to be called one, on LinkedIn there are many people with fake qualifications on there, trying to find companies that will hire them to work online, it's such a shame what crypto space have turned into in this part, I wish for regulations but it still won't affect many projects like privacy coins and DeFi projects for example, only centralized exchanges and projects can be affected
480  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: get-eos.com - is it a scam site? on: December 19, 2020, 01:17:52 PM
It looks fake, I'm guessing that the website will get access to your recovery seed if you import it into through the website or you can be asked to make deposit before getting the airdrop, I can't even find the details about this giveaway on block.one, can't be trusted
