1  Other / Off-topic / Re: Black Friday, how do we avoid scams? on: November 28, 2018, 12:36:42 PM
The products i bought were on a real discount.. i mean i've been watching them for months and the price lowered significantly on Black Friday.
But the main problem was that on the website it was a picture with the real product and what i got was a replica.. That's what annoyed me!
I guess we risk our money until AI will be able to sort out the real deals..
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Supporting new projects can lead to a better future. on: November 28, 2018, 12:31:32 PM
In a society that faces psychological pressure, depression and anxiety.. I think that humans should leave aside the selfishness and lower the urge to make profit out anything and start supporting projects that can increase their overall well-being. I think we all wish a better future for our children. Don't you?
Are you currently investing in any project? What's that about?
3  Economy / Marketplace / Re: A marketplace that has no owners? on: November 28, 2018, 11:39:11 AM
I found recently this article ( https://www.decentpropaganda.com/virternitys-distributed-exchange-network-could-put-crypto-exchanges-out-of-business/ ) and it's more or less what i was talking about.. a marketplace with no owners.. a trading place for more currencies.
What do you think about it?
4  Economy / Marketplace / A marketplace that has no owners? on: November 26, 2018, 12:34:20 PM
I think there is a need in having some sort of marketplace of any kind that will have no owners basically..
Picture a marketplace that is like eBay/Amazon but has no physical owners instead is built by people for people through crowdfunding. Is that achievable?
I guess it could, right?
5  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is wrong with today's society? on: November 26, 2018, 12:26:49 PM
It seems to me that there are two words which can describe our society in its fullest: money and loneliness.
It`s all about money today: people focus only on money alarmingly often, which makes them miss the rest of their life. They tend to miss the point that no matter how much money you earn, they make no sense if you can`t enjoy spending them.
As for loneliness, we do everything on the social media to make other people pay attention to us. Everybody is so eager for attention nowadays, it feels like these people won`t be able to survive if they`re left alone.

I agree with you.
I think the purpose of social media is being misunderstood nowadays. I sometimes feel that people are actually eager to make other jealous. I think there are some that actually live and enjoy the misery of others..
There is a fine line with social media and it's so easy to make one step to the left or one to the right.
I can only wish for a future life where we could be all totally equal and with the desire to be happy instead of being happy on others misery.
Won't that be a good thing?

I've been reading somewhere that in the future we might be able to have a marketplace in the virtual space that will be the exact opposite to what eBay/Amazon or other only exchange market are today. Some sort of virtual space where all the negotiations and trades for the goods are available online instantly. I gave it a though and i guess it can be a good space for e-commerce and it will protect parties from possible frauds.
Something like this will help us end the online scams i guess. What do you think?
7  Other / Off-topic / Black Friday, how do we avoid scams? on: November 22, 2018, 01:16:42 PM
I think all over the world, Black Friday is on the 23rd of Nov. All my social channels are full of promotions and ads about it to the point that it drives me crazy!
Anyways, in the past I had both good and bad experiences.. from buying things lot cheaper than normally to buying cheap things that proved not to be what described on the website.
How could one know if he's getting the right deal? How do we know if the price we paid wasn't increased little by little in the last 3 months?
Do you think in the future there can be some AI to filter all this offers so we can have fair deals and original products? Will this affect the sellers somehow?
8  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is wrong with today's society? on: November 22, 2018, 01:10:17 PM
I am able to overcome my feelings or depression.. but i can't not notice others.
As i have said before, why people don't care anymore about others? I don't think that's normal.
I can only wish a better world will be created for us.. so we can live without having problems like the ones I have mentioned.. a disease free world where no children has cancer or leukemia, a world where people are not cruel to animals, a world were people don't kill one another for no reason, a gun free world..
Maybe with all the tech that is developing atm, they will be able to create that.
9  Other / Politics & Society / What is wrong with today's society? on: November 20, 2018, 11:21:52 AM
Have you ever felt alone and depressed? Have you ever felt that nobody likes you? Have you ever walked on the street and felt that everybody is looking at you in a bad way?
I really don't understand what happened to people.. did they forgot how to smile?!
I feel that people don't care anymore about others and i have seen so many fundraisers online that barely collect 100$. I see people acting bad with animals and nature.. and one with another. Where is this going to lead? Global corporations don't know what else to do to make money on poor people backs and step on bodies to become no.1.
I am ashamed of today's society.. we live in a cruel world and i wish it ends soon because this is not the way humans should live.
How do you feel about what's happening around us?
10  Other / Off-topic / Can AI bring reform changes in major industries? on: November 20, 2018, 11:13:43 AM
People are still skeptical when it comes to AI taking over jobs with automating processes and back office work. Some believe its just an initial phase and AI will in fact generate an entire new range of work/jobs for people. AI has a lot of potential if we know how to put it to use.
This is something that concerns me because we have created too much hype around it but honestly we are not prepared for such innovations. Its not just about technology we also need to prepare the infrastructure. We are somehow overdoing it while ignoring the actual areas that need improvisation.
What do you think about AI in our day to day life? Could it come in handy or is just going to replace us?
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Paying with Bitcoin made easier on: November 19, 2018, 08:04:30 PM
Hey guys,

I have seen this: https://www.lifewire.com/big-sites-that-accept-bitcoin-payments-3485965 recently, and I think that there is really cool that we can pay in different places with bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.
Do you know other places that allow this?
I think there is a really bright future for online coins in the future.
Where do you see payments allowed with coins soon?
12  Other / Off-topic / Stan Lee was Romanian at origins on: November 15, 2018, 11:45:45 AM
Did you guys knew that Stan Lee was actually born in a family of Romanians that have emigrated to the states before Stan Lee was even born?
I think it's a shame that people still think that Romania is the country of Roma people (gypsies) and nobody actually researches and looks on how beautiful that country is and how much it actually gave to the whole world. From insulin, to planes all the way to the pen and many other inventions or innovations.
On the other hand, now we realize how sad it is that will the technology at hand we have today, we can't yet preserve someone's personality or consciousness.. that would have been something in this case. Don't you agree?
13  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst things in your country? on: November 13, 2018, 11:09:11 PM
In the country i was born in the worst is the government. They rule like they want to not like they should do it. I wish someone will be able sometime soon to stop them.
In the country i live in, the worst, is the doctors. I feel that they take the medical education like a game.. they don't do anything to you unless you're dying.

I really hope that in both countries these things will be solved. Mostly in the country i was born in. Maybe some sort of AI which will be able to scan all the corrupt ones and put them in jail and to filter all the laws that are not given for the people but for the corrupted ones will help the future of the country.

Do you think we could get AI to do that?
14  Other / Off-topic / Re: Future of Technology ?? on: November 13, 2018, 10:53:47 PM
I think technology evolves really fast nowadays and people are looking for more and more. As long as there is demand there will also be offers. So, in order to say that in the future we will have this and that it's not possible. We can only say that if we (more people) need flying cars (the demand) we will soon have them (offer). So that's how i see technology innovating in the future.
15  Other / Off-topic / Re: So Stan Lee is dead on: November 13, 2018, 10:28:43 PM
I wonder how many of you know that Stan Lee was actually son of 2 Romanians immigrants that moved to America around 1920.
Is crazy how much Romania is giving to the world.. from planes, insulin, pens.. all the way to the song: O-zone: Numa numa iei.. up to Stan Lee and many others.
16  Other / Off-topic / Entertainment options on: November 12, 2018, 10:07:47 PM
What do you do to entertain yourself?
Ok, so my life sounds like this: wake-up, work, come home, get bored, sleep, repeat.
With what do you replace "get bored" ? Do you have anything that one can do to not just sit in the sofa and watch tv?
Help me out Smiley
17  Other / Politics & Society / AI can help web search engines on: November 12, 2018, 09:51:32 PM
Together with the crypto market growing, scams and fake website have also started to pop up more and more.
With all the innovation and tech at hand today, do you see a possibility to use AI to filter genuine websites based on user opinion and can sort them out on the basis of customer satisfaction and product quality?

18  Other / Off-topic / VR and entertainment.. on: November 09, 2018, 08:41:33 PM
I am planning on getting myself a VR gear and i am not sure if there is any other use of it other than games.
Is here someone that can explain me some more features you can have when owning a VR ?
Let me know if you can get entertained in the world of VR..
19  Other / Off-topic / Is VR becoming less attractive to consumers worldwide? on: November 08, 2018, 09:23:33 PM
I was reading an article recently saying that VR is no longer the hype of the moment.
I guess by not innovating enough and not bringing more and more updates and including more real life in VR is going to make them lose ground.
What do you think?
20  Other / Off-topic / How can corruption be ended in today's world? on: November 08, 2018, 09:12:51 PM
I am reading everywhere about corrupt governments, corrupt police, corrupt law, etc.
How can regular people put an end to this?
Do you think there ever going to be a "clean", free of corruption world? People with no financial interests?
