741  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: i am new here in this forum on: July 15, 2020, 12:43:20 PM
I can see myself spending many hours in this forum as I try to absorb as much info as I can.I'm working very hard to get up to speed with blockchain applications and the possibilities they might offer moving forward.

And last but not least, i am hoping for something better with the help of seniors.

Thanks in advance everybody.

Your motivation is your big help and if you have a lot of time to read and very much interested in these subjects then you are on your way, everything you will need to advance, depends on your motivation, not because people are seniors here they already know many things.
742  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The Bodies Of Two OneCoin Promoters Have Been Found In Mexico In A Suitcases on: July 15, 2020, 11:12:15 AM
Recently, the sad news is that the bodies of two OneCoin promoters – Oscar Brito Ibarra and Ignacio Ibarra (they are not brothers) – were found in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, in a suitcase.

This is a risk and a big warning sign for people who are promoting Ponzi scheme you never know people that you are going to invite and invest big in a Ponzi scheme projects if they can invest huge amount of money, they can hire people to harm you and get you in trouble so stop promoting Ponzi project.
743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto mass adoption closing in on: July 15, 2020, 10:35:03 AM
Everything with crypto keeps getting better, thanks to binance, the team and CEO isn't aiming for their pockets only but helping crypto in general, they understand how important mass adoption is for crypto to survive in future, now I heard binance card is getting launched soon, thank you binance and team

Another good news this year is about PayPal involvement in crypto currency, imagine how easier mass adoption will become if PayPal implement crypto payment?

I even believe that Decentralized Finance and Stable coins will play major role too

So far.....So good with crypto, at least we are getting some where, step by step, bit by bit
Binance is such a big help to the community, he makes us believe, that an exchange is capable to make a big difference in the industry and the company contributed a lot by helping investors find a good projects on their IEO based crowdfunding, they acquired Coinmarketcap for transparency in volume and liquidity, there's more to come for Binance that we have to wait.
744  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin market continues to gain momentum on: July 15, 2020, 09:19:38 AM
For those who patiently waiting, they have seen the growth however small but for those who are looking for bull run I don;t think they can see the growth because they want to double or triple the price right away, market continues to improve and the right time will come when we can say we are finally in bull run period.
745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stable coins for bounty hunters on: July 15, 2020, 03:03:44 AM
Majority of bounty hunters will prefer getting paid with stable coins because they can easily trade it, bounty hunters are spending electricity and paying internet connection they must find a way to make a quick profit and not wait for tokens to have value.
746  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you trust, BNB or ETH? on: July 15, 2020, 02:13:51 AM
Based on the poll the gap is very wide not even half of the voters sided with Eth, majority still choose Ethereum over Binance, maybe because of the impending transition from staking and people are more likely to support this new algo than the present one.
747  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam Alert - Trx Doubler Ponzi scheme on: July 15, 2020, 01:38:54 AM
They are manipulating the smart contract to make the developers rich, we will see many more of this because people wants to make money as the fastest possible way using a smart contract because smart contract do not have an admin but the developers find an exploit to make money from this scheme.
748  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Have you ever heard of FAKE Elon Musk giveaways? Here is one... on: July 14, 2020, 04:00:37 PM
I wonder when this will end, we are having to much of these scam giveaways, are they not going to give up are they still getting a lot of money, it cost them to launch this kind of giveaway it will only stopped if people will stop sending coins, to their wallet, but there are still so many newbies who are unaware of this.
749  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM Alert] Cradano (ADA) fake giveaway. Promoted by hacked youtube channel. on: July 14, 2020, 02:08:23 PM
Are these Youtube channels really hacked or they sold it to these scammers there's to many of this right now, the scam section is now populated with reports of scam Youtube and Facebook giveaway, I'd like to believe that these Youtube owners sold their channels to these scammers.
750  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Motivation on: July 14, 2020, 12:53:09 PM
I just found out here that there is no such thing as continuous success, everything is not sweet all the time, failure and losses are inevitable no one is safe everyone can experience getting scam we all just have to  minimized it and try to recover our losses.
751  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance upcoming delisting on: July 14, 2020, 11:20:12 AM
Binance plan to delist the following coins very soon, I believe they are doing this because the coins failed to meet their level of standard, if you are holding any of these coins I suggest you think twice about them

Based on our most recent reviews, we have decided to delist and cease trading on all trading pairs for the following tokens at 2020/07/20 10:00 AM (UTC):

Aeron (ARN)
Etherparty (FUEL)
Lunyr (LUN)

This is to keep their standard that only the best coin in the market will be traded in their platform, that is a good decision by Binance, if you are an investor you must be quick to dump coins that will likely get delisted or you will be left trading with other exchange with not so good reputation.
752  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Brave Browser: Now users can earn Basic Attention Token (BAT) for viewing ads on: July 14, 2020, 10:51:07 AM
I withdraw my Brave Tokens (BAT) after one year! It was very funny collect these tokens and now I has more than 100 BAT. I found on more forum people that love this coin and love BRAVE, one of the best browser ever

There's also a lot of haters too because of the redirection issue, now they have a new direct competition taken from their site's features it's called Bolder Browser, let us see if they will have an impact in the market, I don;t much information about the new Browser but there's a possibility that they will also launch their own token.
753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC for the DFINITY airdrop on: July 13, 2020, 06:09:02 AM
Comrades, I need your opinion. I signed up for an airdrop from the DFINITY project, which promises to send coins for an amount equivalent to 100 CHF. At the same time, they ask to participants to pay $ 9 for the passage of KYC. It seems to me that this is a fraud, but what do you think?
Can the project require money for the passage of KYC and should I do it?

You are not claiming an airdrop, you are actually buying their coin, and I consider this kind of scheme as dubious, airdrops should be free, we have so many scam giveaway where you have to send a fee to claim it and we have proven that this kind of scheme, so don't fall for it.
754  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Etherscan or Ethplorer on: July 13, 2020, 02:46:54 AM
Both are good and I'm sure majority of eth holders are users of these two explorers but I am more inclined to use ethplorer I like it's interface and they show the price of all the coins in my wallet, compared to etherscan where they only show the price of coins with good volume.
755  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's your favorite crypto for gambling? on: July 12, 2020, 02:43:21 PM
My favorite are Doge, litecoin and Ethereum we want something fast and cheap I have not yet tried Tron and Eos but I read a lot of gambling sites created using their platform I only use coins that I have enough to use in gambling.
756  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam through making you install an extension... on: July 12, 2020, 04:21:53 AM
Coming from a new account and you go for it, then you have yourself to blame, people should be responsible, enough to know the truth and how these scammers works, people are looking for every opportunity to scam people and it's your responsibility to check it.
757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What was the first-ever ICO you’ve invested? on: July 12, 2020, 01:52:16 AM

What about you guys? Could you share the very first ICO that you’ve invested? Thanks!

I am very unlucky on my first investment because I invested in a scam project the name of the project is Adab only a small amount, but I lose 80% of my investment the project looks good from the start until there a lot of bad reports on it, I learn that looks can be deceiving here in Crypto world.
758  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't get moved by fake good news on: July 12, 2020, 01:11:04 AM
You are browsing through Twitter or telegram and you come in contact with news like this '𝙄 𝙖𝙢 𝙨𝙤 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝  Mr George Anderson ịt has been a life changing experience and a God sent to humanity 𝙞𝙣𝙗𝙤𝙭 𝙝im 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙖 𝙨𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚'
Join link???

When ever you come across such it's a total scam, it's never real to begin with, it's just a fake good news to lure you into a trap, do not bother to read

The fact is people who make it big aren't always ready to share news about how they do it

Yes they do sharing their blessings and how they acquire their wealth but not in a way that they are trying to hype a certain program or projects, the only way to combat this kind of FOMO or hype is to do research and verification, sometimes these people are paid to shill.
759  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Back then and Now, lesson learnt on: July 12, 2020, 12:46:17 AM
I don't know if some newbies are still doing this today, if you are you'd better stop right now. Many new coins can be easily mined through a single CPU or GPU but 90% of them are trash coins, you need to understand how important use cases are.

In the old days, three to four years back I was so obsessed with new coins simply because they are easy to acquire, mining them is easy and difficulty are low, this got me blind so I started mining coins without getting into good research first, I ended up with coins like

Today I asked myself why did I do that back then, I guess it's because I never knew the difference of high quality projects and why some coins make it to top 100, If you are reading this make this your targets

The importance of real use case

I'm not yet active on Cryptocurrency when these CPU mine coins are ruling the industry, but I read that many coins have died down or become obsolete because there is nothing on those coins that will give them value and people have matured that they are now looking for usage.
760  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Dogecoin prices crash if TikTok continues to get banned? on: July 11, 2020, 01:32:09 PM
It has started to dump.
Those influencers that have told their communities to buy dogecoin probably are enjoying the profits.

It will likely to happen, but Dogecoin will stay on and maybe another application like this will push the price of Dogecoin again, and you are right for every pump there are influencers and whales that's going to profit, but it's still good to hodl Dogecoin but another pump is unlikely.
