So folks another quick update for those interested I am currently working out a few bugs with passing variables but it is all cosmetic really, and actuallly.................. So in the interest of being quite happy with my progress. Here is a little picture, same thing the w/Fedoracoin team has posted but this time it isn't a test by them. This is me another step closer to selling services and merchandise for TIPS Honestly I am so happy with how easy the system works. Just fantastic really. I have only gotten my own shit together just finally to be able to get this going but on their end, this system is flawless so far. Well keep the updates rolling. I will also mention that although the shopping cart is quite basic that I have gotten together, more found and slightly modified to be honest, when I am complete and the w/ team gives the go ahead to go live I will put the code for a sample site up integrating the shopping cart with the w/fedoracoin example app to make it that 1 step easier for people to accept TIPS. Sign up guys, be on the frontier of the TIPS Revolution Time for sleep.

I think thats just hyperbole. Price sure hasn't increased, nor has anyone confirmed that.
So things are coming along for me on the side of getting TIPS accepted on my sites. Just if anyone is interested. Bad planning on my part I guess. Had her almost ready to go and then I realized, its all fine and dandy to accept TIPS directly for a purchase on the site, but what if someone wants to buy more than a single product or service? Sooooooo, I have spent some time getting the answers I needed and my shopping cart is just about ready to go.

I have also sent all hash power at TIPS this week, no matter what the shareholders say haha.
TIPS has become the coin I have faith in. I much prefer holding TIPS then any other coin besides BTC. It is the coin I mine when I do not know what to mine, it is the coin I buy when I feel like spending some money, and it is the coin I am willing to sell goods and services for. Man this coin really has me hooked.

Well I can say that as of right now there are a few people working on adding Pay with Fedoracoin to their website. Not live yet but the work is being done to implement and then let the games begin. I will be offering TIPs payment on all sites I manage, at this time that is about 4, ranging from training to merchandise to pc tech support Implementing these things as we speak and then will go live with the Go-ahead from the Pay with Fedoracoin team once all us first testers are ready to go. Also guys you have to remember, the price dropped not because the coin is currently worth less then it was yesterday or the day before, look at the price of LTC. Has gone from $12 to $18, currently sitting at mid $17 range. It was a quick rise which lead to most coins trading against LTC to "look like" they dropped in value, but now the stabilizing uptrend can begin as the LTC becomes a bit more stable again

I want to mine TiPS on my MacBook, anybody has a link for simple step by step guide? (i did mine like a year ago on linux, but now it seems I forgot all i knew about how to do it and never have the time spend on searching again..)
Yeah there is. there's an script miner made for litecoin but since TiPS run scrypt you can use http://www.asteroidapp.comIf you need anything else, let me know. awesome thanks! I'll try it. Hey FWA any word on front post? Also, don't forget to download and use the android wallet guys, spread the word Oh and to all the buyers out there, congrats on the cheap coins

this is a rare coin, lets go guys get em while diff is low!
Man why are people still dealing with this coin, it has laid here dormant for weeks now. And where is the premine going, I havnt seen many giveaways or anything. And has anyone else noticed the only posts from the Dev recently are about exchanges....... Can you say waiting to dump?

PND holders, we need to put a few btc more at 1 satoshi so the pnd at 2 satoshi will get bought. So who got a few btc left? I just put 0,7 btc at 1 satoshi to keep this coin alive.
And if you have got sellorders on 2 satoshi, please remove them and wait till there is enough buy support
Yeah. Almost 3 BTC at 2 satoshi now, can't believe how stupid some people are at the moment... That is because they can still make nice profit from the mining if the difficulty is 15 or lower. Some people can even make profit at 1 satoshi, depending on the electricity price. So the best thing you can do to drive up the price is to hash yourself and raise the difficulty so that it is not profitable to dump at 2 stoshi. Calling a person stupid for not following the same patterns as you is ignorant Don't be angry because you are currently holding the bag. Anyone that is making a profit and selling at these prices is just giving more cheap coins to new potential investors so lets stop with the calling everyone an idiot and moron and other shit I have seen in here.

TIPS Fedoracoin, the dev team keeps adding huge development updates. They were the first with a coin mixer. They have the first implementation of a multi user wallet that is being finished up.

How do you set it to mine just one coin, and then the others by default?
You don't, they have a set distribution according to their site. I'm trying it out but seeing 70% rejects....I average <1% on wafflepool. The rejected rate and accepted is totally false. I have read somewhere else which I will find for you but because of the way it works by checking muliple blockchains those numbers are not right. How do you set it to mine just one coin, and then the others by default?
To mine a coin you must first add your address so it knows where to pay. To not mine a coin simply do not add that address. So if you would like to mine only doge and then the 4 secondary coins, then only add those wallet address. Hope this helps That's not true, you just don't get those coins. There is no choosing coins. Source on this? This is my reason for not mining. I don't want to mine the other coins, but I'm not going to let them just go down the drain. I am not sure myself, it is quite hard to figure out proper stats for some of these large coins without a larger hashrate. I can confirm that I had my doge and LTC with all the others, except org because I cannot compile it , and I was getting DOGE, LTC, and PTC. I read USC has most blocks being found at f2pool now because our hashrate is low.

This looks interesting so I wrote about it over on CryptoCoinsNews. If someone from ManicMiner is reading this, please contact me via PM. I'd like to ask you some questions. Awsome, I am awaiting a response from some Devs myself for some more clarification, hopefully the article will help.

I would like to point out a bug in the wallet. In the android wallet - minor - when you change denomination the currency converter does not change so the reading is off. In the regular wallet - windows anyway - when sending TIPS there is a dropdown so you can send as TIPS, k TIPS, or M TIPS. The dropdown does nothing haha I tried to send 500 k TIPS, and it sent 500 TIPS. Just some FYI's

And he did it like a boss too Bountied up like a real supporter, we can all learn from this android wallet. It was worth $1000 for one true believer. Koodos to him, I am getting TIPs on reddit to send him as we speak.

I actually remembered TIPS when i saw this on the TV. $1000 is more along the lines of 300,000,000 TIPs if I am correct.

... Say you normally mine Doge coin. You can choose not to mine the other main chain coins if you would like so it would be more like this.
DOGE 1 Mhs HUC 1 Mhs ORG 1 Mhs PTC 1 Mhs USC 1 Mhs
...
Are you 100% sure? Excerpt from the documentation ( http://manicminer.in/docs/mining ): Mining power is automatically balanced between main chain coins, in order to maximize the probability of finding also a valid share for secondary coins and complete a block as soon as possible.
Bear in mind that your power will only be divided among main chain coins, but it will be full for all secondary ones.
At the moment, we are allocating more more power to DogeCoin because it is more profitable. This could change in the future, because the pool will adapt its strategy to get maximum rewards for our miners.
You don't need to do anything, no coin choice, your power will be allocated automatically. Just make sure you get wallets for each coin in order to receive your rewards. It is not clear. My interpretation of the doc is that you have no choice of the hashing power repartition, and you simply do not get paid for the hashing you provided for a coin when its wallet is not setup. Can someone from ManicMiner confirm? (their forum is 404) Here is some more info http://www.reddit.com/r/dogemining/comments/1yyske/merged_scrypt_mining_is_here/Still waiting to confirm your question about choosing a single main coin.

Huntercoin should be on top of the list of main chains. Its a coin that is grossly undervalued and I don't understand why.
Can you better explain how this pool works? The pool allocated a percentage of your hash power at the main coins you have chosen. At the same time the secondary coins get your full hash power as well. Check the chart. Real power for 1Mhs
Coin Power DOGE 333 Khs LTC 166 Khs DGC 166 Khs 42 166 Khs CAT 166 Khs HUC 1 Mhs ORG 1 Mhs PTC 1 Mhs USC 1 Mhs

heres a bit more information https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Merged_mining_specificationI currently have a rig pointed at them for DOGE and LTC and all secondary except ORG I am working on compiling an org wallet since that is what the pool is mostly finding since the network hash of the other coins is relatively high. If we can get more people on this pool it is by far the best way to mine, much more efficient when your incorrect hashes can be correct on another chain.
