Well if somebody was interested to mine this coin but didn't like the launch time, there has always been opportunity to complain on this forum. So I mean that nobody complained out of the group of people who were aware about this coin and it's launch date. If nothing else, we can vote when we relaunch. Obviously, DEV must be confident that he doesn't screw this up again. There won't be a third chance I think.

Launching at Midnight is a joke. hopefully Dev wont make that mistake!
It's always midnight somewhere. If you've got miners in Berlin, Los Angeles and Beijing to cater to, one of those 3 is going to end up with an unfavorable time, no matter what time you pick; Berlin = 4pm, LA = 7am, Beijing = 10pm. Berlin = 5pm, LA = 8am, Beijing = 11pm. Besides, it's a weekend. If you can't stay up 'til midnight on a weekend night, you're doing something wrong  Today we were launching at 12:00 CEST, so my EU time. Nobody complained. So why not re-launch tommorow at the same time. Simple :-) |

ETA to relaunch?
Hopefully at or shortly after midnight (00:00 CEST) Please don't relaunch that late, it's again not fair for EU. I am already tired of these launches which start after 23.00 at night usually and half of them always fail at some point. I don't know where you are from but adjust the relaunch date so that it is in some time convenient for US,EU,China as I believe these are the continents with most miners. Today's launch time was just fine, 12.00 EU time, so let's do it tommorow at the same time. |

The last block is 160 and here it stopped for a while. I see this for relaunch to be honest.

Reorder, until you fix the issue it would be fair from you to shutdown your testing CGMiner. You are now taking all blocks with your (probably only one) working cgminer. Not talking about the fact that with CPUMiner I found like 10 blocks within couple of minutes and all dissappeared from my wallet god know where. If they were orphaned could be different story but I don't see them at all. Something is screwed with this coin. I would vote for Re-launch. UVC also had to relaunch, so it wouldn't be something new.

Windos cgminer is now available on mnr.1gh.com
not working/cgminer instantly shuts down and there is still date of hvc's latest cgminer (4/1/2014), not todays date Same problem. CGMiner crashes on two PCs. |

I found like 8 blocks solo mining with cpu miner and they all dissappeared. Shit.

REORDER: will you also provide "VIP channel" with for high speed gpu rigs?. The same like for HVC. Also another question, will I be able to use exactly same CGMINER config which I was using for HVC? I mean all those gpu-engine and gpu-mem settings which former HVC miners have ready already. I really wish I wouldn't need hours again to finetune the cgminer settings like we were all finetuning when cgminer for HVC was launched  |

Hey guys, maybe stupid question. It was mentioned that wallet password will be the hash of genesis block. Should I find it then somewhere on github or it will be just posted on first page? Where should people look first to have the password asap?

PoS is where i hold coins in my wallet and wait for interest right?
tried searching up both pow and pos, just making sure i understand what to expect and when to expect it.
as i take it pow is just making sure the work done isn't fake.
The PoS started with PoW at the same time, just wait for 24 hours and you will get your interests! I haven't got any interest since launch, just for the record. Also I don't see any option "Unlock wallet" which other POS coins have. I have wallet version 1.5.0.0 check your latest transaction, and u will get ur interest 24 hrs after that. It will be available on launch, and it is not compatible with HVC indeed. Great!. This means that I can already prepare script to mine on 1GH, right? :-) Of course it does. Not that there is much to prepare anyway. Will there be also CCMiner optimized for Nvidia GTX 750Ti ready? |

Are there any legit people backing this? All too often i see newbie members start coins that do nothing but waste people's time.
Just give it some time. Shortly devs will either prove they are legit or scammers, let them do some actions. I don't understand that you people dream about getting rich overnight. :-) Just look on the price chart of BlackCoin how low was the price during whole POW phase and where is it now. Anyway I think that again most of us who will wait to dump this coin at higher price will be fooled by some smart whale who "robs" us all within 2-3 days of coordinated P&D but at least this is the chance to create some volume and increase price. Just mine, hold and pray, that's what I can advice you. Mining a new coin is always big risk, don't expect miracles. |
