85  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BitMarket.Eu has closed down. A new secure site Bitalo.com is coming soon. on: June 15, 2013, 05:05:14 PM
Bitalo is NOT buying user data (and will not), we have paid Maciej for reproducing the source code for the website functionality and will be paying for further technical consultancy.

Regarding the user base, there will be no connection. Every user would have to sign up from scratch and Bitalo is neither taking over users nor is Bitalo using bitmarket.eu database for any marketing purposes.

loss of opportunity is very unfortunate, and it happened to all of us, but as hard as it is for each individual, this cannot be taken into consideration for potential reimbursements. You could have bought back bitcoins "immediately" after the loss was announced.
87  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BitMarket.Eu has closed down. A new secure site Bitalo.com is coming soon. on: June 14, 2013, 07:56:28 PM
Just to remember, the current investors from Bitalo have made a HUGE effort, time-wise and also financially to make these first reimbursements happen! We took this all from our private money and in addition to that we have queued our OWN demands against Maciej/bitmarket.eu behind everyone else. Just one of us investors has lost over 3200 Bitcoins on bitmarket.eu (!) and did NOT demand anything back just to make this new project happen.

Please support the current effort we are undertaking and give Maciej a little more time, he still has 3 jobs in parallel: to do his removal, to reimburse coins AND to consult us in our new project.

It was a tough job to set up the new company and get the contracts in place. Thanks very much. And thanks also for your patience. Reimbursements will hopefully continue and we also hope that we can provide a good service for the bitcoin community on www.bitalo.com

We have been working hard on the new bitalo project.

Many contractual issues have been settled, pay-ins into the company have been completed (all 75.000 Euros) and we have applied for the trade registry.

Currently we are in the final phase on deciding on our Logo, you can also give your opinion here:
http://99designs.de/logo-design/vote-a18vc7

First reimbursements also will start quite soon, Bitalo is about to conclude the contract for the web-code still this week-end.

You will receive an update from the admin of bitmarket.eu  on the proceedings quite soon i suppose

92  Local / Projektentwicklung / Re: Eigenentwicklung eines ASICs innerhalb Deutschlands on: May 26, 2013, 03:31:42 PM

93  Local / Projektentwicklung / Re: Eigenentwicklung eines ASICs innerhalb Deutschlands on: May 25, 2013, 06:08:59 PM

94  Local / Deutsch (German) / Re: Metalair plant Skype-ähnlichen dezentralisierten P2P Bitcoin Handel on: May 25, 2013, 12:11:48 PM
www.bitalo.com plant ebenfalls eine dezentrale exchange auf der Grundlage von "zero trust" mit multi sig, bei der selbst die admims keinen zugriff auf die coins bekommen.... interessantes konzept
95  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Raising capital and profit sharing with BTC on: May 23, 2013, 03:35:55 PM
we have founded a traditional company based on FIAT, but we will pay out dividends in bitcoin. founding a company with butcoins is tricky, as you go automatically bankrupt when the butcoin price drops

The current total reward for finding the hacker is 600 BTC

I have basically figured out a person with a level one connection to the hacker, "sam.rankin@me.com" who lives in Florida (1607 CAMBRIDGE DR, CLEARWATER, FL 33756-1805 (PINELLAS COUNTY)
). This guy should have information about this hacker, as he has sent a small amount of 0,34 BTC to the hacker.

He was unfortunately not willing to cooperate towards me and did not disclose the information to me.

But at least... not a hopeless case, quite some reward and not solved yet.

Just a short update about Bitalo,

On Friday 3.5 we have successfully signed contracts with the notary in Bad Dürkheim (Germany) and the shareholders will pay in the shareholder money into the company hopefully by the end of this week.

After that we still need to apply for the trade registry, pay our fees and only then we are fully operational. We are working hard on the new service, but we have still many issues to solve.

This founding process is independent from the reimbursements from Maciej as this is his obligation(s). But we will try our best to put him into a position that he can start reimbursements soon.
