21  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinos not asking for KYC to register and play, but do require it to withdraw on: April 05, 2024, 07:58:37 PM
I find it simple - dont gamble at all if you dont want to play under their rules. Open your own casino and do whatever you want. I strongly believe that casino will never ask for KYC just for fun, just because you are some kind of a special player and their security team decided to pay attention to you. They do ask KYC if they find there is something suspicious about you. If you havent violated anything, there will be no problem to pass it. Scared of loosing identity, go to decentralized casinos. Quite simple, clear and no need to stretch this situation, turning topic into hundred pages long.
Gamblers are free to make decisions about registering with a particular casino. Now if a casino makes KYC verification mandatory and a gambler is not interested in doing kyc then that gambler will refrain from joining this casino because casinos will never force gamblers to join their casino. However, if some casinos do not make kyc mandatory, casinos use kyc as an excuse to withhold the gambler's winning funds when the gambler wins big. And the casinos that engage in such activities can never be trusted casinos, they can create even worse situations for the gambler in the future.
22  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BetCrypto.cr, won big now feeling scammed out of 26,000 Euros on: April 05, 2024, 07:03:53 PM
Before I mistakenly gave your casino a shot, I was using Gamdom, and they support multiple accounts & are one of the biggest casinos in the space.
Before creating an account in any casino, it is most important to read the T&C of that casino properly. But you missed everything here. T&C may be different from one casino to another, it is not good to ignore T&C while creating account on assumption which may lead to problems at one time. You're in that problem now and the casinos will take advantage because they have you to catch, and that's what they're doing.
23  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CEX.IO & My Frustrating Experience BE CAREFUL on: April 04, 2024, 09:25:00 PM
Due to CEX.io's poor support team, there are currently many complaints against them. It is really sad that they are delaying solving their customer's problems, so that the aggrieved customer has to wait for his problem to be solved. I think CEX.io should provide their customer support faster and resolve the pending complaints, their reputation is getting worse day by day because they don't manage their customers well. Because customers are losing faith in this exchange.

25  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam Emails requesting Bitcoin. on: March 29, 2024, 08:33:23 PM
Exactly, that's how they do it with a lot of these scams, once they know that you can be ran over and they can easily get more money from you, they're definitely going to try again, basically paying them once will make them hold you by the balls. This was taught in one of our cybersecurity course in college, you got your computer infected by a ransomware, don't pay them, just learn to back up your files and move on because the moment you pay them, they'll just come back again after some time.
Since they send emails to a specific account holder in a targeted manner, once that account holder sends money, they will target him again and again in various ways. This is the character of scammers. And this is why it is important for crypto users to have knowledge about cyber security, because the main target of scammers is crypto users. I always use my secondary email address on various websites and scammers flood my inbox by sending such emails. So those who work online and need to create their accounts on various websites, there is a high chance of their personal data being leaked and that's why never trust such emails.
26  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Freewallet.org - SCAMMERS CONFIRMED - Pending Litigation on: March 29, 2024, 07:27:44 PM
For everyone who has suffered from Freewallet's actions!
We managed to contact British law enforcement. They are prepared to launch a formal investigation, but only if the victim reports the crime to the UK or local police authority.
I kindly ask everyone who has lost money to write in private messages or email freewallet-report@tutanota.com
We will help you draw up a competent application; all you need to do is send it!
No law enforcement agency is taking action against this Freewallet despite so many reports which is actually beyond the expectations of the crypto community. You keep collecting complaints, I think one day due to these complaints someone will successfully take action against this scam. I will also tell crypto users who are victims of freewallet scam to report them and remove this scam from crypto world and those behind this scam should be arrested.
27  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] BC Game closed account with my winnings! >$90.000 on: March 24, 2024, 07:42:00 PM
Can I at least ask them to show evidences accordingly to their terms of service, of any failure from my side? We are talking about over $90.000 claim, so I'm not asking too much. More than "interpretations", physical evidences supported by their terms.
BC.Game has already decided their decision on this case, the charges they filed against you make it clear that you violated their ToS, until you can provide any proper information against their charges then it's a settled case. The community agrees with BC.Game's decision, because BC.Game has enough evidence that your claim fails. Now nothing depends on what you expect, a decision has come and explain whether you have any evidence against the allegations made against you in that decision or else your claim will fail.
28  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bothered about every DIP? It's just a mental check. on: March 22, 2024, 08:34:46 PM
Traders always think about both scenarios, when there was speculation that bitcoin would go to 100k among maximum crypto investors I thought a correction in bitcoin price would happen soon. Because when maximum people are on one side, the market reacts in the opposite direction. Bitcoin went to new ATH without any correction from 50k, so a correction was expected here. So when the market is now correcting here I am not surprised because I was prepared for it.

I have written many times that Bitcoin will go to 100k but it needs time for the market to make a healthy correction and regain momentum to move to new ATH and even go to 100k.
What we called a market is something that its price would be going up and down and its composed of buyers and sellers and the market sentiments that plays around isnt something that could be know but we could always make out those assumptions on how it would really be moving basing up on the history and past events that we had been able to experience. This is why if you are someone who had been here on this market
for a while now then you would really be expecting those price movements and possible dips or corrections on which we know that this is something that very normal for a market to have.
It is difficult to predict which direction the market will go, we can only guess how the market will react in the future. Those who trade for a short period of time analyze the market movements and try to come to a conclusion. Market price moves depending on buyers and sellers, and after going to ATH, there were many sellers which made the market not stable in that price range. There is much more discussion when the market goes into a correction than when the market goes into an uptrend. We're talking about market prices because we're here, and I never panic about short-term bitcoin price corrections because for me it's the long-term price that matters.

~~~
Some weeks ago, I contacted you regarding this matter in order to resolve everything accordingly. However, my attempts were ignored, as you may be aware. Despite completing my KYC process and providing all the necessary evidence as requested, my account was closed without any satisfactory explanation or evidence provided, and all my funds were confiscated.
I no longer have confidence in your services and will not engage in any further verification processes directly with you. In the meantime, I will retain my winnings while pursuing alternative avenues for complaint, including your gaming licensing authority.
Moving forward, all communications pertaining to this issue will be conducted through a third party, as I no longer trust BC.Game.
You already possess all the necessary information from me; this appears to be yet another pretext to avoid fulfilling your obligations.
~~~

It is just another pretext from them to keep saving my funds. I'm not against it anymore as I mentioned. I requested them to send me a meeting to do the video call through email. What else do I need to do now?
They are sending you invite link, if there is no problem with your KYC then join the video call and clear all doubts. The document, photo that you used while doing KYC verification of your account is of a woman, now if this account is controlled by a man and if you have used any fake document then there will be problem with that, because if that woman is not really with you. And you know very well what you have done and what is the story behind it. So you are putting all the blame on BC.Game to cover up your work so that your story is covered up. So my request is to join you on video call and solve your account issue if you have done everything with real documents.

31  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CEX.IO does't let me to use my wallet on: March 21, 2024, 08:18:02 PM
At CEX.IO, we take compliance extremely seriously, which unfortunately slows down the verification process. On the plus side, you can rest assured that we do everything by the book. Your safety matters more to us than our profits - that’s why clients' patience is key.
It's been 3 weeks since the last message!
My question about it is not seen for 2 days!
CEX.IO - is it normal?

They have not resolved your case yet which is really frustrating for a user when his funds are stuck in that exchange. The previous complaints against this exchange were resolved in time, but I don't understand why they are taking so much time this time. When a support agent doesn't see a message for two days, lower your expectations for a quick reply and let them work until they finish all their investigations and give you a chance to withdraw your funds.

I know it's hard to be patient in this situation but give them more time to complete your work till your problem is solved.

There may be also many victims who speak Spanish, Vietnamese, Hindi etc. If someone can translate the texts it might be useful.
If this good idea is translate into local language it will help to understand the bad working of this wallet. I think the victims of Freewallet are all over the world, because they are marketing their scam in such a way that this scam wallet is noticed by crypto users all over the world. All means should be used to warn crypto users so that no new crypto users fall victim to this scam wallet trap.

When BC.Game has concluded to solve your problem and they have found a way to clear their doubts about your KYC, then you should not have any problem to verify on video call, if you actually used real documents. During KYC verification. Why would you want to give up your winnings if you don't have any serious problems? Your activity now looks suspicious, is BC.Game's finding against you correct? Can you clear why you are not interested in video call verification?
34  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC power on: March 17, 2024, 09:31:49 PM
Smart decisions can give such returns that people can make big money without hard work just by investing. By investing in Bitcoin many people got big gains which changed their lives, those who were earlier investors in Bitcoin and held their Bitcoin with enough patience even after the extreme level of volatility in the market they patiently held Bitcoin the road to come so far was not easy.

But before Bitcoin came, people used smart ideas to invest in stocks, gold and got huge returns without any hard work. So if you think smartly and invest in the right place, you will definitely get good returns from that investment, as a result of which it is possible to earn a large amount of money without hard work.
35  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Mexc wont unfreeze my account on: March 17, 2024, 08:36:15 PM
To what extent? I've been told contracts have been ruled unenforceable if one party can unilaterally modify terms to their sole benefit in bad faith. Certainly they have the right to do what you said but if any violations were found they SHOULD have to provide proof, no?
When you create an account with a centralized exchange, you agree to all their T&Cs. But if you agree without reading all their T&C then it's your fault, their claim to modify T&C without informing their customers is definitely bad practice. But what you are claiming about T&C modification is there any solid proof that they actually modified, and if you are making this claim without any proof then it is baseless. Each centralized exchange reserves the right to recheck the account of any of its customers at any time.
Hey.

Appreciate the reply and understood on T&C. I'm not claiming they are, it is my understanding that IF they are able to that can be seen the same as if they did. I'm not upset they checked my account because if they do the same for everyone it makes the space a better place. What concerns me is per their terms they are judge, jury and executioner. MEXC stated my account had abnormal transactions and if it did so be it but when I ask for proof of these violations they refuse. Would be different story if they supplied evidence for their allegations but they don't. By these standards MEXC can accuse any user of anything at any time and take all their money without providing proof if they wanted to.
If they check your account for abnormal transactions, let them check, and post an update of their decision after their investigation is complete. As long as they keep holding your funds without any proper explanation and proof then surely they will continue to be discussed and their reputation will go down in the crypto community. And that would not be good news for the exchange at all.

It's really sad that your funds are stuck on their platform, I hope you get your funds back without any problem.

37  Economy / Speculation / Re: Road to 100k? on: March 17, 2024, 05:43:48 PM
However, as everyone in the Bitcoin market now expects Bitcoin to go to this level quickly, it occurs to me that when the majority thinks in one direction, the market reacts in the opposite direction. So in the short term we may see high volatility in the market so that Bitcoin gets a base for its next move.

There is no doubt about that because we can't expect the market to keep going up straight without any dips or corrections because that is now how a volatile market works and we should expect both ups and downs in the prices of different cryptocurrencies.
Bitcoin has surprised the whole market with its current run to almost $74k because most people weren't expecting it to even get to $60k before the halving event which is yet to come but it managed to cross $74k which makes it more evident that the market in this cycle will probably go way higher than the previous bull run.
Well, obviously it is. The rapid price increase has made us surprised that there were no major correction prior to that. But we are now starting to see price correction in the market. Bitcoin price has decline slightly and we don’t know as to how far this price decline will stop. However, one thing is certain, bitcoin needs to make a correction in preparation for its new all time high. The market is highly volatile, so expect the unexpected. After all, bull run is fast approaching so most likely bitcoin price will eventually recover prior to that bull run event.
Those who have been in the Bitcoin market for a long time know about the character of Bitcoin, how Bitcoin reacts in a bull market. Now the way the market is reacting and there is a correction and after every correction the bulls are taking control of the market again. But this time bull market is very different from other bull market, now many more strong institutional players have entered the market so that it is very difficult for bears to take control of the market. The current market correction will fuel the market to push Bitcoin even higher and turn the unexpected into the expected.

We are already seeing a correction in Bitcoin and expect this correction to be further to provide a strong base for the next uptrend. When the market is in an uptrend, there is not as much talk as when the market corrects, because now we see negativity everywhere because the market is correcting. Bitcoin will go to 100k for sure but it will take time it may even take months or years it all depends on the market. So try to take your position in the market in a strong way, so that you don't have to take the same wrong decision every time.

Again, thank you all for participation in my discussion and your support!
Because you are a newbie and in bitcointalk community everyone tries to support newbies, and you want to know about such a topic, so the community joins your discussion, as a result of discussion in your thread, this thread will be helpful for other newbies as well. Hope you already understand that holding funds in Cex exchange is not safe even it doesn't matter how popular the exchange is, own wallet should always be preferred for long term fund hold.
40  Economy / Gambling / Re: I have solved the problem of complexity in provably fair games on: March 15, 2024, 07:53:43 PM
Did I say I was expecting investment? Or that it was a sales pitch?
Everyone's time is valuable and as a company executive's time is very valuable, it takes a lot of effort to communicate with them and get their attention, which is very difficult, so it's also an investment because you're spending a lot of your time with that particular person to talk about your product and at that time if they like your product then you will get the most benefit, so it is an investment.

I believe all that is needed is for you both to understand each other and get the right point of view you're both emphasizing on, there's nothing much when each one of us is trying to express ourselves and prove a fact, this is not to sound as if we are raking attack on the other, but the whole idea the other party is trying to figure out is what we should get and understand from each other without picking offence
It is difficult to come up with the right idea because everyone has different perspectives, so it is better to try to learn more from each other's opinions. And this community is also created in such a way that everyone can share their opinions. I have given my opinion here which may not agree with others, but I think it feels right to me. Yes it's true sometimes it seems like someone is attacking because everyone has a different opinion, but in reality everything is different it's just that person's personal opinion.
