81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if every country has its own crypto currency on: November 21, 2018, 07:08:29 AM
Wouldnt it be nice if each country in the world issues its own crypto currency just like they issue sovereign bonds and they raise funds from there to fund projects in their economies. I know Venezuela tried to do something like that, but the project was already being killed by the governments opponents before it took off.  Now lets assume that didnt happen could it be a good way to create some form of sanity and confidence in the crypto world.

Already, some countries have successfully released their cryptocurrencies to solve various problems of their economies. I believe that over the next few years the number of such countries will steadily increase, which will positively affect the prospects for reliable cryptocurrencies, including BTC and Ethereum.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins that will make you RICH in 2018! on: November 21, 2018, 07:05:52 AM
Hello everyone, in todays video I talked about the coins that I think will have significant rises in 2018 ( price wise ). As always the information in my video is simply opinion and I do not claim to be a financial advisor or anything of the sort.

I would love to know what you guys think about my 5 picks for 2018 and I would love to hear what your 5 picks are as well for altcoins that you think will do well in 2018.

Thanks!

It is pretty funny to read this topic in the end of 2018. Most of predictions were wrong and if people wrote true, they shoudl lost a lot.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some ICO is not scam on: November 20, 2018, 08:38:38 AM
I also absolutely agree with this statement, not all ICOs are scam today. If desired, you can find profitable and really useful projects that will provide regular payments. But you should always remember - now investments in ICO are still quite risky, given the large number of scammers.
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you doing with your bounty tokens? on: November 20, 2018, 08:31:00 AM
When I began working with bounty I hold everything.
Then, I hold 33%, 33% change to more interesting coins and 33% sold.
Now all market is dip and I don't want to sell anything..
What about your strategy?

It seems to me that the best option with the distribution of tokens is to sell them immediately. I am absolutely sure that if it is delayed, then the probability of earning will be much less
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How did you end up with shit coins? on: November 19, 2018, 11:43:25 AM
I am working on an article about how smart people ended up buying shitcoins – I need some info on why you bought shitcoins (if any). If you choose "other" then can you care to comment on what that other means? Would appreciate if you helped me get an insight!
Thanks in advance.

When I see that token will have no potential, I give it to people, who want to enter the market. They manage to trade it and make worth something.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about blockchain games? on: November 19, 2018, 11:41:10 AM
In March I used to play one game. It was very popular in China and Russia, but now all the fishes I had is useless, because game had collapsed.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 500$ investment on altcoin on: November 19, 2018, 11:38:52 AM
Try your luck in roulette: go to the ICO market and try not to invest fake. It may be very hard, but I hope that you would be luck enough.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple shows growns lately with 12% today on: November 15, 2018, 01:18:17 PM
I see no perspective in XRP. If you want to get some good stable profits, you shoudl pay attention to LTC because it is much more reliable than XRP.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoin do you invest in and do you trust the most? on: November 15, 2018, 01:10:17 PM
I am doing some research on which would be invest in. Which do you think would last for a long time if not forever? Has the possibility of being adopted by public and private entities?

Litecoin is one of the best options, since it is pretty predictable, so you are safe from any kind of instant rate drops. It is the perfect choise for newbie cryptocurrency investor.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: POSScoin (POSS) - Changing finance world on: November 15, 2018, 01:07:33 PM
It depend on the situation. Several month ago ETH was great and now even XRP has better chances. I meand tha nobody can be sure.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs now are asking for too much on: November 14, 2018, 09:19:59 AM
If you start a business and ask the bank for $10m they will throw you out on the street. ICOs should set a much lower and realistic softcap, even $1m or $2m is enough for most of these projects in the ANN thread.

Do you think they really need millions of dollars for a team to develop a program and then market it afterwards?

Yeah, but there is nobody to make them reasonable. It makes me mad, because there are so much great projects, and I am afraid of investing any of them.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Interesting Site's to check how are some coins doing after their ICO on: November 14, 2018, 09:12:50 AM
The market is down, but still there are a lot of ongoing ICO's.

Almost every day, there's a new ICO (some are scams, another will end up dead, a few will live).

I often check this webstie https://icostats.com/roi-since-ico to see how coins are doing after their ICO.

And to check out the one's that died we have https://deadcoins.com/ .

For upcoming ICO's there are lots of websites, the one's I check are: https://icowatchlist.com/upcoming and https://www.worldcoinindex.com/ico/calendar , https://www.icoalert.com/en/ but there are many more.

It would be better if the information was concentraded on a website / platform, but for now I jump between sites to see how things are going.

And you guy's what do you use to keep up with what's going on  ? Any info to add here ?

It would be good for this portal to create internal currency and attract funds, because donations will not give you 100% chance of having stable funding.
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is altcoin worth investing? on: November 14, 2018, 09:10:02 AM
I do no think that we need to invest altcoins right now, because diversification of captial across the market might damage it very much, while we need it to recover.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: New price of ETH on: November 13, 2018, 09:34:53 AM
Hello everyone !
Have you seen the latest price of ETH then? About $ 225. What do you think about the price this time? Are you panic? Let me see some of your views if you believe that their prices will return soon.
About myself, I am quite puzzled seeing their prices. I wonder if I'm blindly believing?

EOS captures significant part of ETH audience. There are too many competitors, too many dead ICOs based on Ethereum and team does not act to make it better. Price will be 30 dollars in future.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Airdrops and Bounties useful? on: November 13, 2018, 09:29:42 AM
None of huge marketing companies will take coins of ICO as the payment for their services, while ICO participants will make it and will be happy about that.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Competition between altcoins on: November 13, 2018, 09:27:30 AM
Well, this question is not so much about altcoins as such as about free and unrestricted competition between cryptocurrencies, by and large, bitcoin included. I think it is the first time in the modern history when it is possible to see how currencies can compete against each other without government intervention promoting one coin and trying to compromise another. If I'm not mistaken, right now we have over 1000 different cryptocurrencies. I don't know about you but to me it is an obvious overkill, a lot more than we will ever need, for real life. So how are things going to develop in the coming years? Will most of these currencies die out eventually and thus their total number is going to decline dramatically or will we always have an influx of a shitload of new coins?

What should we expect from cryptocurrencies on the scale of years or even decades? How many will be there and how many do we actually need?

Since most of altcoins are copies, I can see no real competiton. Only the platforms that offer something completely new and demanded have a chance of success.
97  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin To Drop As Low As $1000 This Year on: November 12, 2018, 12:43:42 PM
In fact, I am fully confident that such a major fall in BTC is impossible. Bitcoin maintains a great potential for development and price increase, has a good community and undoubted advantages for the digital society. Therefore, starting next year, its price may be more than $ 10,000.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think this year will be bad year for ICOS? on: November 12, 2018, 12:40:57 PM
Do you have any good reason to believe that the ICO market is going to grow this year?

It seems to me that this year is no different from other years, especially in terms of the ICO market. And if there are any changes it seems to me that only the most positive
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what are your plan for altcoin on: November 12, 2018, 12:38:54 PM
I now just continue to hold my altcoins and wait for the gradual recovery of the market. I believe that starting next year, the price of many reliable cryptocurrencies will actively go up. Therefore, the only successful strategy now is to continue hold and buy reliable coins with good development potential.
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What should I go for? on: November 08, 2018, 01:08:09 PM
I want to invest  $500 in crypto market. I have studied a little bit about the market. As I am not experienced in this sector, I am a little bit confused where should I invest?
I know my capital is too little.
Would it be wise to invest in Alt coins?
Or should I go for the ICOs?

BTC is good for any summ, because of number of decimals. In addition, this is the most stable cryptocurrency in the market and you will not regret.
