81  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla will accept $ because they're environment friendly on: May 13, 2021, 05:47:17 PM
They just said that they stop accepting it as payment until miners move to renewable energy sources. Who buys a Tesla with bitcoin?  It's a store of value. Buy the dip.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Dogecoin reach 1$ soon? on: May 10, 2021, 09:54:58 PM
it’s heading to 1$. I think it will. It may not be in the next month. On the other hand, there’s so much volume and hype.
83  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HOW IMPORTANT IS STOP LOSS on: April 28, 2021, 03:54:10 PM
When I first started trading, I run just backtest and papertrade for months and one of the most significant things that I realized was what happens when you use stop-loss and what happens when you don't. Stop-loss is extremely significant in my opinion. It is a safety net.
84  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there such thing as a “safe strategy”? on: April 22, 2021, 05:30:38 PM
Well, definetely there is no 100% riskless strategy. What matters I think  is to minimize your risk as much as possible while taking the return you aim into account. Golden advices are: Excellent risk&money management, making your plan real good before trade every details and possible scenarios, entering/exiting plan and stick to your plan at the very end of the trade. Sounds easy but it is quite hard and what is called as trading discipline and it requires time, experience and patience to master it.
85  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Never Be in a hurry on: April 21, 2021, 03:31:17 PM
Patience and discipline is the key. It is vital to not to make decisions based on emotions. Make the plan well, enter the trade and out as planned. Stick to the plan very end.
86  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government Controls Crypto? on: April 18, 2021, 06:13:20 PM
Governments can't shut down bitcoin because the network is decentralized meaning any banning of nodes is undermined by the large miner adoption rate.
87  Other / Archival / Re: Binance, please stop spamming at email on: April 14, 2021, 06:28:33 PM

88  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is private and decentralized, ok but what if someone dies? on: April 12, 2021, 02:03:35 PM
Those coins will forever be lost, I expect a lot of this in the future. It will just increase the scarcity thus increasing the price. The day will come when very few people actually have an entire coin. Fractions of a coin will be the norm.
89  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: beginner trader: Are trading signals and bots worth it? on: April 12, 2021, 01:55:17 PM
Bots defitinetely have advantages. There are two important point, I think you should be aware of:

1.Bots can be as much as useful in your own hands. I mean you need to know idea behind the bots and how to use them in your favor during your trading. Bakctest and papertrade them first see the micro and macro shortfalls and fix them and test them again. If you consider the bots  something like a magic wand, just turn it on and let the money flow in, I strongly do not advice you to use bots.

2. The platform you are using in order to create your bots, I would suggest the well known and transparent platforms. I personaly prefer platforms that lets me create my own bots and test them out. I dont really prefer some shady bots that are created by someone else.

92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / What made you prefer Hitbtc over Binance? on: March 01, 2021, 04:05:26 PM
I am using binance for a while but I am hearing hitbtc quite often lately. I was wondering what Hitbtc have that binance doesnt? What's Hitbtc's advantages compared to Binance?
93  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie should trade or not? Please give me idea. on: February 12, 2021, 03:57:53 PM
I think it is important to test your strategies and learning on backtesting(bases on historical data) and Papertrading(Bases on Live Data without real money involved) and study those results and improve your strategy before you jump on the real trading. There are some good platforms who offers backtesting and papertrading. You should definetely need to be testing your strategies based on bakctesting and papertrading for months before going for real. You need to understand certain circumstances, market behaviour, understanding the underlying strategy etc. That is also what I am doing as well.

I think what is important is get to know yourself first by practicing and learning and how to you use this knowledge. Learning your weak points. You can have that practice by paper trade and backtesting. Trader generally are considered to be risk averse, risk seeking or risk neutral.

I think trading style shapes within the person's personality. Everybody has different risk appetite, different goals, different way of seeing things, different mentality. Psychology plays a big role in trading so people's trading style varies a lot. There are quite lot of of factors actually, some people do their trading only by listening the influencers and carried away by the herd psychology which means they are most likely to lose. According to some studies more than 50% of the traders ends up losses coz of psychological factors. We tend to act with panic or ego or greediness or over excitement etc. during our trade which drift us away from rationality. In order to eliminate pyshological disadvantange I can suggest you do a bit research about automated trading. But you need to search well because there are plenty of misunderstandings about this concept. Here is an article that might help you to get a bit of a sense about the concept.

There are also rules of thump, well planned risk and money management. You have to do the planning before entering the trade and stick to it till you are out. Self discipline is crucial. Since not everybody cant manage that it ends up with quite different results. Personality is heavily involved when trading and because of that it ends up with so many trading different styles.

96  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tips for Trading on: February 09, 2021, 02:04:03 PM
  • Do a lot of backtesting (testing your strategy based on historical data) and papertrading (testing your strategy based on live data with no real money involved) before jumping on real trade. You can improve your trading skills and trading strategy without losing any money. You will learn your weak points and also it will help you understanding the market behaviour. There are couple of good platforms who offers that.
  • Definetely research for how to make a proper money and risk management. Within the lights of you have learned, decide how much you are willing to risk per trade.
  • Do your own research and analysis. I wouldnt suggest you to ask for advices other people. Everybody's goals, expectation and mentality differs. On the other hand, You can use different perspectives for sure.
  • You can get some online courses. It is important to understand kinds of trading. How do things step by step. Understanding the crypto market and its concept definetely matters.
  • Learn to stick to your trading plans always which requires for you to learn trading discipline and it is really important. Most of the people lose because they dont have the trading discipline, no research and no enter and exit plan, no well planned risk and money management.
  • Learn how about how to mitigate psychological risk which is super significant. Understanding psychological concept is extremely important. That is one of the big reason why people lose a lot. If I explain the concept in short, when we enter the trade things can be fine at the beginning but during the trade we tend to act with greediness, panic when market goes against us, ego, mental accounnting, etc and this ends up with losses. It is good to understand those risks and try to avoid. This concept also affects our trading discipline very badly. There are some ways to avoid this such as automated trading which lets you eliminate the pyschological disadvantange. But before getting into automated trading it is better research about it well and which platforms to use.
  • Think of your losses as a valuble lessons that you paid. Try to figure out why you ended up loss and keep a track of those losses. You can write what you have learned from your every losses.
  • I highly suggest you to write down your notes and trading plans and goals on a paper. Which makes it more real rather than keeping them on a digital space.
  • Things can still end up the way you dont want but dont forget There is always tomorrow.
97  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to tell when a trading bot is a scam on: February 09, 2021, 02:00:27 PM
I am using bots for a while and through my search for a realiable platform  those were the main criterias I cared about. Now I am using a platform for bots and all I had to was just sign up with my email. Actually, I do respect the work they are doing. They just offer you the service of creating your own custom bots. So you dont just use a bot that someone created and let the money rolling(which is not almost in every cases). Second thing they put emphasis on disclaimer about high risk warning. Everything is transparent and they show their platform in a realistic perspective not wrapped with lies.

Last thing I really like the content they have on their blog. So if you find a good and reliable platfrom and know the concept and mentality of bots then bots are really useful. People think like  switch on the bot and let it do the magic. Bots are just a tool for your trading skills and if you will know how to use, I think it has a great advantange.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which stablecoin do you trust the most? on: February 04, 2021, 03:42:36 PM
Dai is the safest imo. It's the only one i truly trust as it's based on smart contract on the eth chain. It's a decentralized stable coin, not a custodian coin.
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Elon Musk shill for DOGE on: February 04, 2021, 03:37:39 PM
That was funny. He was explained that he was making a joke. Which means he was joking about a joke coin
100  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Best Exchange of the 2020 on: February 04, 2021, 03:24:30 PM
If you want trade shitcoins, Binance is great choice, rest of exchanges are absolute thrash in volume. If you dont trade or only trade majors, kraken, huobi, gemini, bitfinex are decent but shitcoins only Binance.
