Having an ad disappear after a number of views is not a good idea. I find the old but true pay-per-click or a set fee for a period of time to be the best. If it were an Ad for my web site, I wouldn't want to have to check to see if it is still appearing. 10,000 views could be 3 years or 3 hours depending on how popular your website is.
I don't have any ad plugins to recommend, nor would I use any of them if they exist especially the free open source ones. Someone could simply exploit the open source code and find a way to screw your counts up. Best bet is to find a paid closed source solution, or custom program your own ad system for your website.

I've started to play games 2-4 years after their initial release. I paid the $70 for the original Starcraft 2 game, Now you can get it in the bargin bin at walmart. I think I do the same thing with TV shows and movies so that I can binge-watch on Netflix

This is not quite finalized yet, but I am planning on selling Bitcoin Block Explorer to Liraz Siri. I really would have liked to have kept running it, but as you've undoubtedly noticed I have not been able to add any new features to BBE or even fix bugs (such as the long-broken search feature) due to lack of time. Liraz seems trustworthy and genuinely interested in the project, so I feel pretty good about selling the site to him. Previously I said that access logs would not be kept for longer than 30 days. I will no longer have control over that, though I will make sure that logs from before the sale are deleted. Thanks for your support. Just the info I needed, Thank you.

Block explorer hasn't updated since the 1st. Can someone tell me if this is due to the issues with spam transactions? Also, who is now running Block Explorer?
Thanks,

Subsequently, Soylent was developed into the first product line of the company Rosa Labs, who currently markets and sells the formulation. Rosa Labs states that the current formulation is based on recommendations of the Institute of Medicine[2] and that Soylent meets the current Food and Drug Administration requirements to be sold as a food.[3] Rosa Labs also states that Soylent includes all of the elements of a healthy diet, without excess amounts of sugars, saturated fats, or cholesterol.[4]
