Siehe unten:

It looks like there is currently an issue with the Betnomi poker software. It's not loading for me and it won't show the tournament overview. See screenshot below:

Even though I think the problems will surely be fixed soon, just a quick note in case you have the same problems as me.  Smiley

Daaamn, really Manchester City just a 1:1 against RB Leipzig? Come on boys, what are you doing.   Sad

Jikesss, today's results make our pool more exciting than ever. I guess the race for the top five is finally open.

Congrats on the yellow cap and extremely good performance @caperBGD. Well deserved buddy.
1764  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: German Bundesliga Season 22/23 - Discussion & Prediction Thread on: February 22, 2023, 10:06:18 PM
Yes you are right. If FC Bayern don't improve its own performance, they will have a hard time against Union Berlin and could even lose their first place in the table if they suffer their third defeat. My gut says I shouldn't bet on the game and I probably won't. I can well imagine Union Berlin winning, but FC Bayern would be capable of that if they had a good day. It's not for nothing that they're still number 1 at the moment. It's really difficult to predict how the game will end.  Smiley

I agree with you there. I honestly also don't know how I'd bet on this match. The odds on Bayern aren't high enough to make a bet pay off and a Union win is still relatively unlikely, even if FC Bayern is currently in poor form.

However, there are a few other interesting matches this weekend. Borussia Dortmund has to play Hoffenheim and the two Champions League teams Frankfurt and Leipzig face each other. Pretty exciting, if you ask me.

Source: Google, Bundesliga

For me the odds Dortmund @1.80 and RB Leipzig @1.72 look pretty interesting.

Especially Leipzig seem to be in better shape than I thought. Their performance today in the Champions League, playing 1:1 looked pretty strong. I didn't expect that, tbh.

The other piece of good news is only for bullrun2020bro who has won the Ledger giveaway Wink Congratulations!

Wow thanks a lot. Another one.  Cheesy

Holy moly, that's the 3rd Ledger I win in a Betnomi raffle, lol.

Since I have won a few Ledgers already, I would give it to someone else from our pool. Just send me a PM, if someone is interested and I will let @buwaytress know.

If nobody sends me a PM, I will take it of course, haha.

/edit: To avoid any missunderstandings. I would give it away for free ofc.  Wink

I am running pretty lucky with my Sportsbet free bets lately and I won another one yesterday.

Thanks again to @sportsbet.io & @jeremypwr. Really appreciate the regular contests and opportunities.  Cool

By the way, the daily odds boosting feature is extremely cool. I compared the odds once with other providers and you don't get such odds anywhere. Pretty sweet! Thumbs up!

In terms of our team, we need to start looking at the transfer market and making some smart investments, bringing in some quality players who can help us improve our team and make us competitive again.

Do you really think so? RB Leipzig's last matches were rather mixed (see screenshot below) and I think Manchester City will have no big problems to win the match tonight.

Source: https://www.sport.de/fussball/te29680/rb-leipzig/spiele-und-ergebnisse/

I mean in February they scored one win, one draw and lost one match. They are in a "ok" form, I guess but City shouldn't have much trouble if you ask me. But my picks haven't been on point in the last few weeks either, so it could go entirely the other way, haha. In any case, I expect two high-scoring games tonight and hope that we get a similar spectacle as yesterday's Liverpool vs Real Madrid.

~

You're right there are many iconic threads and posts, but I doubt it's necessary to create a new board tbh. The threads will do, I guess.

However, if you're interesting in the history of Bitcoin and the forum, why don't you create detailed and comprehensive thread/linklist which features the most important milestones/threads/posts of the forum. Other users would surely help you with that.

While there are various threads that already link other historic posts and threads, to my knowledge, however, they are not comprehensive and/or are not regularly updated.

A good start would be xtraelv's historic and educational topics, which @GazetaBitcoin linked already.

Real has given Liverpool a proper football lesson in second half. Did not catch first 30 minutes so basically I have only seen Real play.

Indeed, Madrid's win is also quite interesting for our pool. Before tomorrow's games things got a bit closer.

Source: Superbru, CL pool

I bet nobody expected this scenario in first half when Liverpool scored first two goals, but that is the beauty of this sport Smiley

Uff, didn't remember Liverpool losing a 2:0 like that. I was already celebrating a bit when they took a 2-0 lead in the first half (since I picked 2:1 LFC). How on earth can they let in five goals, lol.
1771  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🦊 Betnomi.com | Champions League Pool ⚽️ Discussion Thread on: February 21, 2023, 09:19:34 PM
Extremely crappy start for Real Madrid (especially Courtois's mistake), I hope that at least at the end of the game the return game will still make sense. Real Madrid knows how to do miracles but no one can do them endlessly.

WTF, what a first half. Who would have expected Real Madrid to come back like that after being down 2-0, crazy.

If the teams continue to score goals at this pace, what will be the final score?  Grin

Haha, if they continue like this Vinícius Júnior will surely strike a hat trick. Pretty interesting to see how LFC comes out of the halftime and if they can recover from this two maor setbacks.

And the Napoli Frankfurt game goes as expected tbh. Napoli is the stronger team (by far) and a lot closer to a 2:0 score than Frankfurt scoring a lucky 1:1.

/edit: 4:2 Real Madrid, WTF.
/edit: And Napoli 2:0. As expected.
1772  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: German Bundesliga Season 22/23 - Discussion & Prediction Thread on: February 21, 2023, 04:04:40 PM
Yes, unfortunately lost. Found the red card against FC Bayern was not justified. But whatever. Either way, I should have listened to my gut feeling and not bet on Bayern. Well, luckily it was only a small amount I bet on Bayern Munich. After all, RB Leipzig won and so did my bet. The win made up for the loss on the lost bet.  Cheesy

Yep you're right, the red card was a pretty harsh decision, so it's not surprising that Bayern coach Julian Nagelsmann went bananas, haha.

Gladbach's performance in recent years against Bayern has been quite solid, though. Except for one high loss, all results were pretty close.

Source: https://www.weltfussball.de/teams/bor-moenchengladbach/bayern-muenchen/11/

And it looks like Union is not afraid of Bayern, or else the statements below cannot be interpreted, haha:

Aïssa Laïdouni (Union) on Sunday's game against Bayern: "Bayern have the same point tally as us, we don't need to be afraid. We have a lot of quality. You saw that against Leipzig. We need courage and confidence, then we can get something out of the game" [@BILD]

Source: https://twitter.com/iMiaSanMia/status/1628051728900792320

IMHO, if FC Bayern cannot significantly improve its own performance, it will also be quite difficult against Union. The Bundesliga looks more exciting than it has in a long time. Sweet!
1773  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🦊 Betnomi.com | Champions League Pool ⚽️ Discussion Thread on: February 21, 2023, 03:45:43 PM
I will continue to take risks further, because if I have to rob betnomi, then for a good amount, and not for a trifle.

Sick one. Congrats buddy! Cash some BTC out and don't lose it all on some risky gambles. I talk from personal experience haha.

Bookies are disrespectful of Napoli though. I'm pleased, because I've been spamming Napoli on my tickets and they've seldom let me down. It's a huge boost to a few of my accas (not to mention I need them to win to help register my freebet as a win heh).

Haha, same here. The odds of @2.20 on Napoli are quite a joke, but that's nothing we can't take advantage of, haha. Eintracht Frankfurt is playing a relatively solid season in the Bundesliga, but I can't imagine that they can keep up tonight. That's why I think that tonight's game will be quite clear. Frankfurt will need a big portion of luck to grab some points tonight.
1774  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🦊 Betnomi.com | Sportsbook & Casino 🎲⚽ on: February 21, 2023, 03:01:23 PM
I am not surprised with anything this season, there are so many unexpected results like never before.

Haha, well you kind of get that feeling every season. At least it feels the same to me. In my Premier League pool, for example, it doesn't matter what I pick (if it's Liverpool they lose and if it's Manchester City they also don't want to win, haha). Somehow the opposite always happens and I'm stuck in the midfield without any real chance to get to the top. Even though there are still a few match days left. However, I don't think I have much of a chance.

Well done for guys who are in CL Betnomi pool top positions, they deserved every reward they are getting, while I slowly sink in mid table Sad

IMHO, the Champions League pool is still relatively close. The first place is already quite far away you're right on that, but everything after that is still quite open. At least I wouldn't give up here yet.

And the Betnomi BTC prize pool for the top 10 is quite impressive. Good luck buddy!
1775  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🦊 Betnomi.com 🔐 Icarus Poker Series | Discussion Thread ♠️♥️♣️♦️ on: February 21, 2023, 02:45:15 PM
the poker cards are finally finished and you can see the result below. you can see 4 different colors of these cards.
the white one will be given to all participants of the final table, the bronze one to the third, the silver one to the second and the golden one to the winner of the respective tournament.

Sweeet! These Icarus cards look extremely cool @cygan. Pretty good job.   Smiley

I saw that there is already some info about the buyin and the tournaments details. Is there any info on the blind structure? I saw it's a 8k starting stack with 8-minute levels. Is it the usual Betnomi blind structure, I linked below?

In any case, I'm pretty excited and hope we'll get started sooner rather than later.

Today is the day. Our bullrun2020bro has reached the 3000 merit mark. Just gave him the final push to reach that milestone! Congratulations my friend! On to the next goal of 4000 merit.  Wink

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I'll do my best, but since I've been critical a time or two in the past, I've been a bit slow with new Merits. But that's okay, after a certain number it doesn't matter anyway.

What actually bothers me more than my own Merit score is that without new sMerits, I can only reward far less valuable posts from other members.  Tongue

Here I have someone else for this thread. Willi9974 managed to get 2000 merit today and something like that needs to be recorded. Congratulations Willi!  Smiley

Congratulations Willi! After all the years here in the forum, you really deserve the 2000. Keep it up! Your effort is really an important asset for the forum (especially in the German-speaking section).

This thread will be updated sometime next week. I will have a little bit more free time then.
