Tuchel will most probably get that job. First he was great with Dortmund, and then he was great with Chelsea and got the UCL with them even when they weren't that great. Now that if he comes to Bayern which everyone expects them to make a deal, then I guess he could be good enough to get them the title. I am not saying that will be this year considering he will be joining so late.
I believe what Bayern did it immediately is just to keep and focus on the champions league title, we know Tuchel has seemed a specialist coach who always wins a title when half of the session run.
