Вознаграждение выравняется если в блокчейне пула будет одинаковое количество шар, у кого их больше одномоментно у того и больше выплаты. По мере появления новых шар устаревшие выпадают из блокчейна и перестают учитываться при подсчте выплат. Образно это как лента эскалатора конечной длины в начале которой участники соревнования с разной скоростью кладут свои шарики. Чьих шариков больше находится на ленте у того и больше приз.

As a power renter I think that nicehash turned into a sad shit. It's impossible to mine profitable coins with existing requirements to a minimum of pools' difficulty, when the difficulty of these coins and network hash is minimal. If to take the pools in according to nicehash's criterias the mining will be at a loss.

Затем из кошелька взять адрес (тот для которого сохранили приватный ключ) и прописать в майнере, вот пример: Pool 1 - это моя нода URL - адрес ноды Worker - адрес из Вашего кошелька (набирать внимательно не допуская пробелов в начале и конце адреса) Password - обычно пишут 123 или x Остальные ноды из примера не знаю работаю сейчас или нет, можно не указывать. Обычно пул 2 и 3 указывается для того чтобы если одна нода не работает то майнер перешёл на вторую, и т.д.
