I rebooted ONE of them, and all the pools came back all to Alive on BOTH units. Just too weird. Im always reluctant to reboot these since they are hosted in a datacenter.
Ask your data center for your own IP address. I do, each device has its own remote manageable IP address. Im just worried that something could happen when they reboot or change settings and I lose connectivity to them for some reason. So far so good though.

SP 10 A lot of noise? Suitable for a small apartment??
Not really. You might want to find another place to host it. I just found some cheap rack hosting in the US through a friend of a friend. I did this for the time being. 1 inch foam around the 7 foot rack from floor to ceiling. It has a 220V AC BLASTING into the little self contained closet. NO ventalation because if I open the balcony you can hear it 2 blocks down. Ive got it down to under 25db now I think. Maybe hang a blanket down from the ceiling too would drop it even lower but I can sleep in the room. I did start using one earplug though to sleep easier. So I have the SP10s in the hosting center I mentioned earlier. Guys there did a really good job. They have never touched a BTC ASIC before to my knowledge and were even able to factory reset one with the SD Card I included for emergencies. They use static IPs so there was a little problem I think when they moved my SP10s to 220V power after an initial mixup where to mount them. So they charged me $225 a month and $225 setup fee for them. MUCH cheaper than my .35C per KWh power in Japan. Im getting between 22 and 25 degree air. Both SP10s are above 1.4GH/s with the latest firmware and custom settings from Zvisha. Im SOO impressed with the staff at SP-Tech. Always improving and helping us.

LOL, you forgot BFL.
What about BitMain Antminer as well??

I was going to do that tomorrow when Im up.
I literally watched it go dead right in front of me.
BOTH miners....
URL User Status Pr GW Acc Rej Disc Last Diff1 DAcc DRej DLast Best eu-stratum.btcguild.com XXX_1 Dead 0 1 1 1
Did I put the GHash.IO addy in there right? It shows down too :S Its just too odd.
Another option is to put the alternative BTCG server aa your second pool. Since you have the EU BTCG server as your first pool, put the US server as your second. Ive tried BOTH BTCGuild servers, both say DEAD. It said alive for 10 seconds, then DEAD. This is just too weird. I tried GHash.IO also, nothing. I cant understand why out of 4 servers, Eilgilus is the only one that will show alive. Just not normal.

Does anyone here mine on GHash.IO? I just noticed while I was checking something BTCGuild dropped offline on my miner and says dead. Ive never set up a backup pool so I put in GHash.IO and it shows dead also?? Am I putting in the address wrong? I know BTCGuild is in there correct as its been working for weeks. I finally got Elgilus to work in the 3 slot, the only one showing UP. I have - http://us1.ghash.io:3333 - X.workerid1 - 12345 Is that the correct format for the pool settings? Also, if you have three pools in the settings, does it only mine on one at a time? I thought I tried two once and it seemed to be splitting work between the two. Does it run the 1st pool as a primary, then work its way down? Was going to ask this before but BTCGuild almost NEVER goes down like this.

Didn't a few people post in the SP30 GB that they anticipated up to 6.5THs on the SP30 with good cold air intake and fine tune overclocking??

I sent him the device specs as 1250 watt each for SP10 and 2500 watt for SP30. I told him the bandwidth usage is pretty low. I'm guessing its under 100kbps average throughput. Might have helped.
I got the price quoted as $75 per U so I'm taking that to the bank. I told him they would pull about 60 - 70kWh per day for the two.
I know a Dell 2950 runs dual 750 or 800 Watt PSs and SCREAM with the fans running at hyper speed, push some heat, so its not an astronomical request for 1250 watts each.
I told him as well my next one would be 2U, 2500W, dual PS and 220V and he said sure, no problem. The guy is my hero.
I think I may be getting the friends and family discount though since hes good friends with my buddy here in Japan.
At that price, Im jumping fast and hes never changed his mind.
Only issue is static IPs only there. They wont do reservations.
So these guys have to plug it in, find the IP via DHCP if they can, and then configure it correctly. He said send him basic instructions and include the firmware recovery card and all should be well when I gave him a brief breakdown of how to and worst case if a recovery is necessary.
Oh, mistake. Its actually in Nebraska. I know in WA and ND right now its around 2C per kw H. So its very feasible. I'm sure they would host a data center for co-hosting servers at a site with the best power rates fesiable for a good location for them.
So at say 80 kw H per day for two SP10s, that's like $50 a month in power at 2C. Its over $500 here where I'm at now at 30C per.

The truth:
"Now, there is a stench coming from Butterfly Labs. It's a strong smell. "
BFL has demonstrated their monumental incompetence at the miner manufacturer game for the last 6 months (time past their own original estimate)
BFL policy and actions fly against the law in many jurisdictions, and they will come to face this.
BFL's staff and friends are overwhelmingly sociopath characters.
BFL is a toxic pillar of the BitCoin world.
The stench could possibly be from the shitty rancid sausage they are trying to make with some recipe they pulled out of their ass. This jerry rig monarch of a joke just keeps getting more and more laughable. Monarch Engineering Update by BFL_Josh , 05-21-2014 at 10:45 PM (Josh's Soapbox) I am going to try something new and see how it works out. I have avoided giving specific engineering updates in the past because it's a lot like making sausage. It's all delicious and wonderful until you see how it's made. Seeing how a new engineering project comes to life can be a scary thing. That said, here's what we are working on, have worked on or completed: https://forums.butterflylabs.com/blogs/bfl_josh/388-monarch-engineering-update.html

Please, could you guys point me to any feedback about people's experiences with hosting their miners in Spond's datacentre? Thanks
I did not go with the Sp-Tech's hosting option with my SP10 orders, or SP30. I wanted the h/w in hand first, but now that's i've touched the bloody things (actually more like after hearing the bloody things) I am going to get them hosted. Just started the process here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=622998.msg6957832#msg6957832More updates to come ... Cheers, QG I found a guy in the US, friend of a friend in Kansas, who said hed host the SP10 for $75 a U rack space. He also said 220V power wasnt an issue to hook up. If this goes through successfully I may ask him if other people can contact him. That would be TWO SP10s at $225 a month or one SP30 at $150 a month since they only bill in WHOLE U space.

Ill sell you my SP10s TODAY if you want them. TOO loud.
What's your price and location of the SP10? Cheers, QG Its gota be around 70db. Close to above a strong Vacuum sound running 2. I did some serious sound dampening and its bearable now but a bitannoying. I do sleep with them though with cheap earplugs. Electricity here is HIGH too. Still waiting on the next stable firmware to come out before I send them off for hosting in the US if I dont sell them first. Im in Japan but MAY be making an emergency trip to the US soon. Send me a PM to discuss.

Can you put a few screenshots from the web interface?
someone say screenshots?... All 5 screen shots here: http://imgur.com/a/XFVOJSmelly Cheese, QG How did you change the option for the web management port GUI? I see you have the two on the top on different ports. I wanted to do that actually. Is that a STATIC IP option?
