161  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is never going to be extinct on: October 16, 2019, 10:22:47 AM
Bitcoin is still awaiting for major adoption, while we are confident on it, we are still unsure what the future unfolds. There are also many altcoins there that are trying to replace bitcoin. And if ever bitcoin becomes a normal currency for everybody in this world, there's still the "never say never". Because change is constant. Everything has an end. Super fast computers in year 3000 might make bitcoin nuisance anymore. We never know. Let us just embrace what bitcoin brings today.

Thanks for the nice transaction. I received Office 2016 Pro Plus. It is working well. Thank you. I will look forward in dealing with you again.

And just to inform you that most people here in bitcointalk and crypto people in general are in Telegram. Maybe you should have one and include it in your contacts.
163  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Erdogan Invades Syria on: October 16, 2019, 04:53:24 AM
Do you really believe in your mass-media? They are manipulating people about Middle-East.

You are totally brainwashed. You have no right to invade a country. Someone said to you that the reason of this invasion is to build apartments and houses. Those refugees had their own apartments and they had no reason to abandon the Northern Syria before Turkey started to drop bombs to their heads...

Lol. You are brainwashed, not me. You don’t know anything about Northern Syria. This area was invaded by ISIS and then YPG. Therefore, Syrians got away from Northern Syria to Europe and Turkey. We’ll save this area and give back Syrians.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5193009.msg52765896#msg52765896

Turkey have never drop bombs to civilians. If we do this, we can invade all Syria in 3 day but we didn’t because Syria isn’t our enemy. We will agree with Beshar Esad, then we’ll send Syrians to Northern Syria. We’ll bring peace this area.

You always tell people about the bias but free western media. You didn't realized that all media are bias but yours don't have the same freedom unlike the western media? Who's more bias then? You really believe entering another country with your army and bombing locations aren't invasion?

If Turkey is a friend of Assad then you will never invade its territory. Assad didn't ask Turkey to invade his country. If Turkey agrees with Assad then you don't interfere. Remember that Assad still have the mighty Russians and the Iranian troops. Assad can easily destroy the Kurds if he wants.

You always said that Turkish invasion in Syria will bring peace in Middle East. But you should know that there was peace already when ISIS was beaten. Now you are bombing and sending military against Kurds. You are helping the releasing of ISIS prisoners. Killing Kurds and helping ISIS stopped the Middle East peace and will result in another years of killing and fighting.

You are just one of the many products of your strict beliefs enforced unto you since birth. The result is a perfectly brainwashed person that is also ready to pass it to its next generation.

Many lost their money when Hillary Clinton lost that presidential elections against Trump. Trump was a heavy underdog when it comes to media talks and news. The betting odds look the same as the what the media portrait it is. I wish I did a bet on Trump that time because I felt it was a bit closer than in the news but still an underdog.

Media being bias, misleading and their mind conditioning strategies are actually normal as they are serving what benefits them and their sponsors most. Looking at this video just brings us back into reality and some deep realizations.

Correct, many bet on Hillary  since  she is very popular during the campaign. So sad to them that Hillary lost.  Cheesy Media is always biased to Trump, and this 19 minute video expose them. Unlucky for  Pres. Trump that he is not popular president, and media also play an important role here. Most of his decisions/policies  are meet with criticisms and many controversies.

To be fair, Trump does have too many surprising decisions and odd movements as a president. Just like this present and continuing Turkish invasion in northern Syria and massacring the Kurds. This didn't helped him as mainstream media is also making it look worse. But I don't think he will be impeached, not in his first term in office.
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance: $BNB The Future of Exchanges. on: October 16, 2019, 04:06:37 AM
TBH, this is a very nice achievement:

BNB-Based Crypto ETP Now Live on Swiss SIX Stock Exchange

https://www.coindesk.com/bnb-based-crypto-etp-now-live-on-swiss-six-stock-exchange

BNB is turning out to become highly possible of getting into mainstream use than many altcoins in the market. Thanks to Binance exchange that remains consistent on top in volume trading, partnerships were easier on other crypto projects. Regular burning of BNB supply is also a big factor as it continues to climb into the top ladder. BNB also has the funds compared to other project that are tight on their budget.

167  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA EURO 2020 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Qualifying on: October 15, 2019, 02:24:28 PM

It is still unbelievable France failed to score even twice against Turkey's defense. But after losing more bets i'll try the safest ones  this time in a parlay, ML on Israel and Georgia while Italy vs Liechtenstein at over 2.5.

I like Switzerland at home against Ireland but i'll try not to be tempted.

Once again I wonder why you would prefer over 2.5 for Liechtenstein vs. Italy @ 1.21 instead of (HC 2:0) and Italy to win @ 1.36 (odds taken from Sportsbet.io)

Do you expect Liechtenstein to score? I´d say 0:3 is more probable than 1:2 so I would take the better odds for the "bit more risky" handicap over the totals - just an idea Wink

No, I don't think Liechtenstein can score or maybe one. Italy should be able to score in this game maybe 3 or 4 (worst case scenario 2).

Italy to win @ 1.36? Italy ML is only 1.01-1.04 in most books right?

I am mostly betting only under/over and ML in soccer.

170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's most important to you in a crypto betting platform? on: October 15, 2019, 10:43:19 AM
These are the things that I wanted for a perfect crypto betting platform;

KYC - Should be only an option.
2FA - For security purposes.
App - Most of the time we are not facing our laptops and computers.
No Withdrawal Fees - Many platforms are offering this and you need to do the same to impress users in joining your platform.
Cool Interface - If possible there should be options or themes.
Fast - We do not like platforms that are too slow to navigate.
Auto Credit - Winnings should be credited right away.
Competitive Odds - This matters a lot too.
Multi Currency - Not just bitcoin but some other popular altcoins.
24/7 Support - Quick in solving problems.

I think all important stuffs are in this list already.
171  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Erdogan Invades Syria on: October 15, 2019, 08:34:43 AM
New Northern Syria means we will build new houses and apartments to sent Syrian refugees from Turkey and EU to Syria. People will go back their country and immigration problem will be solved for Turkey and Europe...
[/quote]

Did Erdogan guaranteed to build new houses and apartments...? Or your own assumption?

Do you really believe in your mass-media? They are manipulating people about Middle-East.

Private media or state owned media make no difference at all. They all work according to their own benefits.

Western media are annoying and bias but at least they can anything and even against their own government and leaders. Can Saudi, Turkey, China, Qatar... media do the same?

So which one is actually better?

Even if are all Muslim, we are not like catholic, we are like protestant.

Did your parents teached you to disrespect Catholics and Protestants?

Then how can the world be a better place for all?

30 percent of population are deist or atheist included me.

Are you? Care to explain a little more?

172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does scalping is the best way to earn when trading on a bearish market? on: October 15, 2019, 07:28:20 AM
In a bearish market even scalping is not that easy especially when you are just spot trading. You can minimize your losses but you will also ended accumulating your small losses and trading fees. Leveraging is the best way to earn in a bearish market as you can short positions. I don't like margin trading though, it isn't just working for me and I am losing most of the time, so in a bearish time like this I am in vacation or stay put mode. But many people are doing well on margin trading.
173  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does trading fees really matter ? on: October 15, 2019, 07:08:05 AM
Most of the exchanges have a minimal trading fees of about 0.25%
I see many people discussing trading fees here and there and that how high the trading fees is.
Does 0.25% really make a huge difference if you are earning at least more than 2% ?

Yes it matters a lot. A whale with 100 btc per trade (0.25% fees) means it incurs 0.5 btc after his buy and sell transactions. 0.5 btc is already very big. Many scalpers are making 3 to 10 positions daily with 1% to 3% as their targets. If you have 5 positions or 10 trades daily then that 0.5 btc fee will be totaled to 10 btc at the end of the day. And there is no assurance that you are winning on that 5 positions.

I myself used to trade a lot before. Normally with a $10,000 per position. A 2% gain and I am already happy to close it. 2% gain means $200 and if the fee is 0.25% per trade then that will be $50. So my profit is only $150 which is still good but that $50 is too material (that is 25% of my gain) for me too.

174  Economy / Economics / Re: Fiat Money Losing Worth, Bitcoin and Gold Getting Important on: October 15, 2019, 06:20:17 AM
Scarce resources will serve as good investments to counter inflation. Bitcoin, gold, real estate, silver and some selected altcoins. These are proven over time to have increase so much in value while fiats are becoming more and more worthless. Even stocks cannot be relied too.

In a gold vs bitcoin scenario the former is more stable on price movement but there are too many supplies coming as deposits are still widespread. Bitcoin is very limited in supply which makes it a better pick.

175  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Inflation With Crypto? How? on: October 15, 2019, 05:47:29 AM
Inflation is normal but a good government should always have plans that can effectively neutralize it.

Crypto currencies are just money the same with fiats so it cannot stop the prices from falling. The only thing crypto currencies are good is that its value isn't inclined to any countries and its economic performances. But if we can see, most altcoins didn't do well in the previous year up to now which is worse than fiats and its inflations.

176  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA EURO 2020 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Qualifying on: October 15, 2019, 05:31:15 AM
My yesterday's by was to close to be won.
Unfortunately Ronaldo scored only one goal and the Ukraine won the game. I wonder how Portugal lost this game as Ukraine is already qualified and they hadn't had to show much attention to this game

The same with Portugal, they will qualify too. Ukraine needs to win it because it is their home and they need to defend it in front of their people. Congratulations to Ronaldo for hitting another mark of his career, the 700th goal.

It was sad seeing Les Bleus failing to win at Stade de France with their home crowd. They don't have their star players though but I thought the remaining players are enough. Props to the Turks defense.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Brave Browser to launch a fully decentralized vpn on: October 15, 2019, 05:14:31 AM
I would love a Brave VPN. I believe they are more reliable than other VPNs.

The bad side is always taken into consideration too. The criminals are happier and more beneficial with this kind of product. But if Brave won't do this then someone will also do this. Time will tell how a decentralized VPN affects the general public.
178  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: October 15, 2019, 04:09:13 AM
Ben Askren haven't fought for over a year since his last on at ONE FC. He was shaking dusts during that Robbie Lawler fight. Robbie was only a tune up, but props to him for  making it a real tough fight. But let us say Askren was not 100% back at that time.

Ben Askren's defeat to Mashvidal could be a fluke. It could have been very interesting too see how the two combatants fared to each other throughout the rounds. Askren could be 100% back that night but we didn't see that and probably never will since he is not undefeated this time. That fateful knee deprived us at least a round or two. Kudos to Mashvidal though for making it an early night for him.

179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA EURO 2020 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Qualifying on: October 14, 2019, 04:54:17 PM
Today Matchday 8
Group A:
Bulgaria v England
Kosovo v Montenegro

Group B:
Ukraine v Portugal
Lithuania v Serbia

Group H:
France v Turkey
Iceland v Andorra
Moldova v Albania

My bets today. Parlay: Bulgaria vs England Over 2.5, Ukraine vs Portugal BTTS, Lithuania vs Serbia Over 2.5, Iceland vs Andorra Over 2.5
any thoughts?

Looking good. I am most confident on Bulgaria vs England and Iceland vs Andorra. England and Iceland should be raining attacks on their two weaker opponents.

I am leaning towards Ukraine to pull an upset at home. Although this is a very tough game for both countries. A draw is very possible.

I got France over Turkey.
180  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Technical Analysis Bullshit or Not? on: October 14, 2019, 04:28:08 PM
Trading without using technical analysis is just like playing a dice in a casino. Relying on luck minus and against the small house edge.

If there is a good/bad news then that would be a good hint to buy/sell. But you will have a hard time finding the buying/selling range, that is where technical analysis can assist you.

Technical analysis cannot be right at all times depending on how you use it, even good traders lose. But it plays an important role on trading and a good guide on long term investing.
