The delegate does not know which block he will forge.
If it is not random then it can be calculated beforehand.  Keeping blockchain updated and processing transactions into forged block are very different tasks.  And, of course, Litoshi is not technical part of our team, because no reason to ask him for this these details.

Does not matter which Delegate forged which block. As Max explained... there are 101 blocks in a cycle....... the top 101 delegates each forge one block, then at the end of the cycle, the fees earned by all 101 forgings are combined and then divided between all 101 delegates.
I just showed to starik69 how it looks. If delegate knows beforehand which block he has to forge there is no need for him to secure network between his blocks, or i am wrong? |

I invested in Crypti from the beginning and want to keep it going right. Your statements are contradicting each other. Again you are wrong.  Here you say, that only at Bitshares you see progress. Now we are taking their consensus mechanism and you flame us to the hell. It was 6 months ago and seeing progress doesn't mean that this progress is going in the right way You also say that the development of the 2.0 coins are stagnating, here we are actively developing a nice system and you are only hindering us with all these.
Again, that was half year ago and still Crypti didn't left pre alpha stage. Max wants to avoid a 3 page post in this forum, if possible. We had 3 hours with 5000bitcoins.

No one has expressed CONCERN over Crypti FANS being able to create 70 or 101 delegates. Creating a delegate is no different than expressing a desire to run for political office...... you need votes. After spending 25K XCR for each of 51 delegates, few of us would have enough XCR left in a node to vote the delegates very high.
Only i see here contradiction? As I understand the latest version, the foundation will have 101 delegates at the start of DPOS, and will then be replaced by non-foundation delegates as they register and come on line. The foundation delegates are "place holders" to ensure there are always 101 delegates.
