Maybe paper wallet could be useful as long term solution but in my opinion software wallets are much better if you make at least several transaction per month. That's why i prefer to use non custody wallet. Coinomi, ownr wallet, etc

In my opinion any non custody wallet is a good solution for majority of users. I can recommend ownr wallet/exodus/coinomi

If it was low amounts - just forgot for the better days. Its the only one that you can really do. Or if you are risky you could out everything in margin trading and try to recover funds

It could be a real v sheped recovery. Gov is spending a lot of money for recovery, printing a lot of money. All of this keep wall street from falling. They are trading not a real economy situation. They are trading recovery already

Binance is pushing forward transparancy but actaully they are big point of centralization. And now they are controlling big info hub

This may bring a lot of new users with thier money in crypto but current situation is not looking so attractive

I think that ETH/BTC ratio will be the same. It all depends from btc price

I dont think that binance will need to do that. ETH is a infrastructure project and there are a lot of other projects already
