I don't have enough to pay everyone back right off the bat. It's going to take a few months being my most optimistic guess. I do have sources of income so it's not going to be a problem, it's just going to take time because I do have to work. I'm not going to take out any loans for this, even though I'm sure some of you would advise me to just to be able to pay everyone back right away. But no, I'm not going to take out a $15k+ loan for this. I will make sure people get their funds back over time when funds become available.

So I tried contacting the block chain guys, thought they could just freeze the wallet, this is what they had to say
you seem to be misunderstanding what blockchain.info is or does besides it would be the end of bitcoin if such a thing were possible only the owner of the private key can have access to the coins period Yeah I know, just throwing random tries wherevwr possible if anyhow by any means to help out the situation. However don't you think blockchain would have your private keys if at all you have an account with them? I mean for validation purposes they will surely have to match the login details from the server? if you mean blockchain.info wallet - no, they don't have access to your private key, it's encrypted with your password and gets decrypted only in your browser it's unsafe and prone to browser exploits but that's another story Master-P seems to have used armory and may have used blockchain.info only to broadcast txs so this wouldn't apply to him/her anyway |
