In my opinion , ETH is now more hot than BTC because the explosion of ICOs base on ETH Blockchain. During the recent dip, ETH price even a little come up, all altcoins and BTC holders lose funds but ETH holders still have profit. So i think that ETH will reach BTC price this year. What do you think guys?
Probably Ethereum right now is not as hot as Bitcoin is (and was!), but you are right here. ETH is going ahead and it becomes more profitable. Meanwhile, it won’t reach BTC price at least for a couple of years. IMHO. |

-By explaining bitcoin to others, spread the word about bitcoin and take note you must learn more about bitcoin to do this.
-If you have skills in blogging, design, video and photo editing, web design, etc. Create something different out of your skills to promote bitcoin.
-If you have business establishment try to experiment to accept bitcoin currency.

I suppose that blogging, especially on YouTube is one of the best ways to promote Bitcoin. If you have many subscribers, you can also start earning a lot and it will be your additional income if not the main one. |

Making predictions concerning crypto is useless, but I will try. I suppose that this winter will be a difficult time for the market — all alts and Bitcoin will fluctuate. The situation will be improved close to the middle of Spring. |

Folks here are right. Each country (as well as each person) can create cryptocurrency. The question is if it is be good and if it is supported by others. Russia for instance creates its crypto ruble, but I doubt that it will be used outside their country.

I think this is not possible. Some famous people are creating an artificial wave by speculation and advertising. BCH's potential is very high. But it can not replace Bitcoin!
I have already had several conversations with people who believe in power of Bitcoin Cash and suppose it will be cooler than Bitcoin. I doubt very much that it is true. Bitcoin has a great history and a great army of followers that support it. |

I think there are people that probably could make an addiction in some activity. In my case, im not an addictive person so I like to trade sometimes but Im not trading all the day and it gets boring in a while, but there are other persons that have an addictive personality. So probably this depends of the person and his personal life.

I would argue with those who are very excited about ICOs and the benefits these projects give. Yes, it will be the best investment if you really find the right and honest company, but a newbie can make a mistake in 99%! You must be very careful picking an ICO.

The main criteria for choosing this or that ICO is sure the liquidity of its tokens. The coin price never matters for me very much. Additionally I am collecting much information about the team and check their profiles in socials. |

I am still holding my Zcash that I bought last year and I rebought more when it was at a price of 0.03 BTC per Zcash because it is very cheap and it will go up to 0.16 or more in the next bullcycle!
Late comer here. I bought into Zcash (ZEC) just recently, just above the 0.0401 BTC level - looks like it was a very good entry point... I know the floor could still be far below, but I felt the support line was strong enough. The 2018 roadmap looks solid, pretty sure overwinter and sapling can get good traction beneath them especially as they're doing it in case of government intervention. Plus there's good OpenBazaar testing already going on so that could really set the ball rolling for adoption. For me Zcash belongs to the best altcoins. It is among those cryptocurrencies that can bring a really cool profit if you start mining it. Everything has its end, and Bitcoin will have it as well. However, in several years, when all BTC coins are mined, it will be used like currency still. I do not think its holders will hurry up to get rid of it. But it will be not a leader on the market more I think |

we NEED altcoins cuz we depend on them. Who ever invest on bitcoin or ethereum its goin to tell you that its a need for them. and also they also need eth and btc.its vice verca.they feed each other. if you remove altcoins eth + bitc are goin to drop ALOT.

Will Ethereum become the world's first-largest cryptocurrency?
Although bitcoin almost overtake the price of ethereum but it won't happen that bitcoin surpass by ethereum the main reason was many people trusted bitcoin and bitcoin is first crypto-currency launch compared to ethereum. Maybe these two coins are having a good potential in the future when you hold these for a long term. The first launched crypto currency is bitcoin i think that was also the first largest crypto currency in the world and also near in the future. I do believe it can happen. Sure Ethereum will not beat Bitcoin in the nearest 2 years, but as I see the situation, ETH can become cryptocurrency #1 within 4-5 years. Its capitalization will increase sufficiently, and the people trust will grow. |

I am New to crypto and been trying to buy some ripple as a start. I used Toast as my wallet. I am looking for up to 200 ripple coins and I can pay via paypal.

Maybe we will see for a little time more the decreasing tendencies on the market but it is more difficult to predict which coins will recover and which stay down. Don’t sell your coins anyway. ETH, XRP, BTC will grow necessarily. |
