701  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you afraid of hackers? on: February 09, 2018, 07:08:01 AM
Recently Bloomberg posted the information that it took hackers less than 10 years to steal over 14% of all existing Bitcoins and Ethereum from the wallets of their holders. The total sum they have stolen is more than $1,2 billion! How to protect yourself from hackers attacks? Are you afraid of this stuff?

I'm not afraid of hackers. If you do not take care of your security, hackers can steal money from a bank card. I think that money is stealing only from those who do not observe basic security rules.

702  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum will overtake Bitcoin on: February 09, 2018, 07:06:45 AM
In the next year ETH will overtake BTC as the number 1 cryptocurrency.  I would unload your bitcoin while you still can.

I see that on the background of a deep correction the broadcast did not fall as much as bitcoin. I think that this year it has all chances to outrun bitcoin in the price even for a while.
703  Economy / Speculation / Re: What caused Bitcoin goes down very hard recently? on: February 09, 2018, 07:04:39 AM
Bitcoin is going down very hard till now after touch ATH last year. Any idea what caused it? And what the impact to other altcoins? Any opinion when bitcoin will be rise up again?

Feel free to answer my questions and thanks for your participation.

I suppose it is almost evident. The bans of China and some vague ideas coming from the government of South Korea, rumors about crypto restriction in India, ICO ads prohibition on Facebook has a great negative effect.
704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Ripple comes to 2 dollar by end of Feb 2018 on: February 09, 2018, 04:23:50 AM
Will Ripple comes to 2 dollar by end of Feb 2018? Please give us your comments and analysis.

Yes, Ripple coins used to cost much more, but since that time the company lost a lot.  Suppose it they use some money from fund for ads of their alt, share optimistic prognoses with the others, if will have an effect.
705  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hotels accepting bitcoin on: February 09, 2018, 03:54:48 AM
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/videos/b/4a0b16dd-6783-4dac-9fa0-76e923c9a774

According to this link, a bloomberg news site, it was mentioned that there are two hotels in LAS Vegas that accepts bitcoin as payment for hotels, food and drinks. If you want to visit this place as a tourist or to gamble and you happened to lost your money to gambling you can always use you stored bitcoins to get a room to sleep and relax and enjoy the food and booze.

That is cool! Besides it, there are many other well-known places, where you can pay with your Bitcoins. Here is the link for this list: https://99bitcoins.com/who-accepts-bitcoins-payment-companies-stores-take-bitcoins/
706  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] Agrivita - organic farm on: February 08, 2018, 07:07:28 PM
I am very interested in developing agriculture so that people can eat quality food. Of course the price of the token will not be too volatile to make a big profit, but the idea is good.
707  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which alts should i buy now? on: February 08, 2018, 06:55:32 PM
Ethereum. They have a very good plan for this coming months that I'm sure everyone will benefit on it. So I'm planning to buy Ethereum now while the price is right. But if it's price goes lower, that's the good time to buy.

This is a good advice. Hurry up to buy it until it grows and reaches at least 2 thousand. Ethereum has the coolest potential, so that you will be in profit if you buy these coins. I also recommend you investing into NEO.
708  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethreum the new king of crypto? on: February 02, 2018, 06:13:07 AM
Hello Folk, is it the time for ethreum to lead from the front ? As bitcoin is going through rough ride along with other altcoins but ethreum is turning out to be more stable platform for investment and also new ICO's are based on ethreum. Do you think Ethreum will dethrone bitcoin from 1st rank of crypto this year?

I think Ethereum is still a Prince, but very soon it can really conquer Bitcoin and become a King of the crypto world. That is why most of guys now are interested in buying ETH, and I know some of them who exchange their BTC coins into Ethereum.
709  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If the BTC crash, will it take every other coin with it? on: February 02, 2018, 06:08:17 AM
Hi guys, BTC is going down again today.
I don´t hold any BTC because I don´t see future in this coin, but...
Always when BTC is going down so everyone else, do you think that in case of dramatic fall will every other crypto go down too?
And it brings me another question, when people sel their BTC, where the money goes? Do they make instant withdraws in USD and get out of the trade completely? Cos if BTC is going down some else should rise but whole market is on decrease.

I suppose it will not take all the altcoins to the bottom even if it crashes. As soon as I am a person who supports Bitcoin, I hope it will never happen. I think that at least during the nearest 5 years we will see BTC is the best coin.
710  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are there any Bitcoin car rental websites? on: February 02, 2018, 06:02:03 AM

Thats the only link I could find too. But doesn't look like there are any services or any merchants in that industry.

Visit this site https://bitcoin.travel/ and you will learn where and how to rent a car for BTC and also get some travel services for Bitcoins. Here is the information for those who travel by car in the USA:

711  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What makes Bitcoin valuable? on: February 02, 2018, 05:57:43 AM
I will call you the main factors that make Bitcoin valuable. These are anonymity and the possibility to make international transactions for a very small fee. It is also a decentralized currency, which is very important.
712  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should you be worried? on: February 02, 2018, 05:38:48 AM
Just be smart and buy all the cheap and good coins that you can. I wish I had more fiat for that. The market will recover, just a matter of time.

You are telling the truth. No reason to worry — the cryptomarket has already seen the worse times. I hope February will become the time, when all the coins will gradually start their recovering. Just be patient and wait.
713  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoins are going to change our lives? on: February 02, 2018, 05:34:29 AM
I'm sorry for all the ones looking for speculations, this is not the purpose of the thread. I want to hear from the community about which coins will be making a difference in our world over the next few years.

In my opinion, Ethereum will change our lives. It will make a revolution in people’s minds and bring blockchain technologies into the houses. Another cryptocurrency that can do the same things is NEO.
714  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do You looking for in ICO? on: February 01, 2018, 04:32:09 PM
I think that everyone is looking for a good idea and a highlight in the project, a team that is ready to work on the development of their project. Well and most likely, at investment of the means, to receive from it profit.
And the company itself is a very important moment. I suppose that you will agree that more people will support the ICO of a well-known company. If somebody unknown organizes the project, his position will be weaker and this project has fewer chances to be supported.
715  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could some coins be banned? on: February 01, 2018, 04:23:30 PM
Some coins couldn't be banned. The government in such case will take a position "all or nothing". I think in the current moment everything is going to ICO's banning and produce of new coins and tokens is going to be done one day.
Yes I also think that the policy can be like that — all or nothing. Why should be some certain coin be banned and the others are given green light on the market? It will be very unfair. Am I right?
716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 600$ - Invest in altcoin on: February 01, 2018, 04:14:14 PM
Hi, I have 600$. What is the best altcoins for long term with possibility increase 5-10x in this year. I thought about Litecoin (litepay), Lisk(near rebranding), EOS or Ethereum. What do you think ?

p.s I want to buy 1 coin.

Greeting from Poland Smiley
Hello, friend! Poland is a good country, thank you for your greetings. I would recommend you to invest your money into IOTA and NEO. Do not forget about Ethereum. If you are seeking for good cheaper alts, consider Waves and ARK.
717  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency for passive income? Dividends? on: February 01, 2018, 01:54:18 PM
Hello!

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any longer term cryptocurrencies which would provide a passive income? (like dividends?)

I usually invest long term to allow for the capital saving and a nice % return in dividends... I know cryptocurrencies are quite volatile right now but am wondering if there's anything out there like this?

Thanks! Sarah   Smiley

try NEO for GAS claims.Just keep it on your wallet and claim form time to time.
Also SAFEX is undervalued and will have divident payouts.

I was just going to make the similar often when I saw your answer and recommendation. I also think that NEO project (NEO and GAS coins) must be taken into consideration. Here is the video about these coins:

718  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Finally good news from Korea, no plans to ban crypto! on: February 01, 2018, 01:40:35 PM

South Korea's finance minister said the government has no plans to shut down cryptocurrency trading, welcome news for investors worried that authorities might go as far as China's tough action in blocking virtual coin platforms.

Actually it can affect the cryptomarket and the altcoins will start moving up. We are all sick and tired and watching their fall. My friend told me the other day he is depressed through the events of January. Hope for good anyhow.
719  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What altcoins do you prefer for middle range? on: February 01, 2018, 01:35:56 PM
Im thinking to put 10 thousand dollars in different altcoins, what do you suggest me? What to buy? Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes
I would suggest you spending at least 35% to buy Ethereum, and 20% to buy NEO. Probably you should also invest into IOTA, Cardano and DASH. Think about Qtum and Lisk – they will be rising when the market starts growing.
720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are altcoins from bitcoin? on: February 01, 2018, 01:28:50 PM
How exactly do altcoins gain value? There are so many altcoins out there and honestly you can see connection among these in terms of the drop and rise of price.
Now we can watch some fuss on the market of crypto. If several months ago altcoins were going down when BTC was growing, then today BTC is falling together with alts, and starts to gain with the other coins. Suppose that everything has changed, and now alts and BTC have the less connection than before.
