yeah i did participated in this polling. it's cool to know that your favorite movie is the best movie ever.  That's unexpected. I couldn't agree more about this movie and this is really one of the best films that I've ever watched and thanks to my friend who have talked about it with me. yeah right! i usually tell my friends who never watch shawshank to watch it once in their life. 100/100 watched it many times. also if you want a really sad movies i'll go along with The Green Mile |

Drink more water
Eat less junk food
Exercise at least 30 minutes every day
Eat more fruits. personally i eat 1 apple per day. to keep the doctors away. lol
lastly do yoga for at least 30 minutes also. preferably 2 hours before sleep to help you fight those working stress.
i applied this to myself. December 2020 i was 150 kg. now i shed it to 120 kg. 1st week is the hardest.
need motivation? look at your mirror before exercise and harass yourself. You'll feel motivated after.

Yes, most gamblers today are unaware of the risks they are taking, which is why they are unconcerned about the negative effects of gambling without regulation. They gamble to entertain themselves at first, but soon become compulsive or addicted to it. They can only understand their errors after they have suffered a loss and the negative impact it has had on their lives.
Ah, if that so, they only waste their money, time, and lives because they search for entertainment themselves. It would be a pity if they did not have friends who will always remind them about the negative effects that they can get from gambling. Maybe that is happening because of a lack of control of themselves in gambling, making them do not stop or do not know what can happen to them in the long term. It is a lesson for us and before that happens to us, it is better we must have control for ourselves. i agree, all of my friends are bettors, but luckily all of us still can control ourselves and help to remind others about our bet and lose limit. |

newbie itu biasanya terjebak di either money game, atau nggak invest scam gitu gan kalo menurut ane. ane pribadi pernah ngalamin kena scam dari temen sendiri. abis minjem BTC 0.005 orangnya lari  stay safe dan jangan pernah percaya orang lain yang biasanya too good to be true. crypto ga akan bisa kita lacak. |
