Never had problems with this exchange. And its little bit questionable that you define fake volumes or orders as scam. Scam is If they steal your money or coins, thats scam.
I feel scammed because I (1)wasted time (2)lost money on withdrawal fees (3)lost money because I expected that I will be able to trade at a price which was shown but I wasn't able so I had to sell at price even lower then at other exchanges.
None of this happened if they were fair and didn't have fake orders - I wouldn't even deposit my LTC in that case.
I'm not saying this exchange stole all my money. But they are using fraudulent practice and I suppose "Scam Accusations" is the appropriate board for this thread to warn others. When I consider a new exchange, I always check if there are some threads about it on bitcointalk. If this thread existed before, I would stay away from ExtStock exchange.
Hi, now I know what you was talking about. I had the same issue as I tried to sell LTC and buy ETH. I tried to sell, but the orders didnt go through and I pumped the LTC/ETH price just through my buy orders, It was obviously that there were no sell orders and they just disappeared to make me sell more expensive. At the end the price was up 12% until I could sell all LTC. You were right. I never traded these pairs, so looks like the big pairs are problematic.
Is your problem solved now or is your money still in the exchange?
honestly, this is my first time using Extstock exchange
when I checked coin marketcap and coingecko the reputation was pretty good but after I tried it it was very bad
