1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is a poor form of money for terrorists. on: October 09, 2018, 06:25:49 PM
Yes, Crypto is a poor form of money for terrorists. Terrorists purchase their all items in cash. The reason that why don't they transact online is that they are purchasing illegal items such as arms , bombs and various types of guns. Crypto is totally online , so they can't afford to transact online.
Secondly most of the terrorist are from rural areas, and those areas are not having better internet connections.
2  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the best Cryptocurrency to Invest? on: October 09, 2018, 06:11:31 PM
Personally I have faith on Bitcoin And Ethereum only. This may be because that I had invested in these two only and have never thought of investing in any other altcoin. Though each and every crypto currency is very risky as these are of highly volatile nature, but I trust on btc and eth only.
3  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen to bitcoin after 5 years? on: October 08, 2018, 06:26:34 PM
We don't even know that what will happen to bitcoin in the next 5 minutes and you are talking about next 5 years Grin Cheesy . Though this question is under speculation aspect ,so i would say that it may surpass $50k in 2024. Again its not sure as this is just my prediction.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin be sent, received or traded (used) without the internet? on: October 08, 2018, 06:18:53 PM
A big No! Bitcoin and altcoins are crypto currencies and are not having any physical existence. So that thing cannot be used as a consideration which is not physically present. So if you want to use crypto, internet connection is must.
You can request your government to provide internet facilities in rural areas.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Safety can not come to the bitcoin investor on: October 08, 2018, 06:13:43 PM
Safety can not come to the bitcoin investor. Nothing and absolutely safe. Everything has its own risk, its danger. No one knows what tomorrow will be like. Only know that if we do nothing then there is no danger nor money
riskrisk

Very true. A bitcoin investor can never be safe because of bitcoin's highly volatile nature. You never know what will happen to btc price the next minute. All you need is to be careful and study the market very attentively all the time. A bitcoin investor is always at risk i.e 24*7.
6  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I lost 10000$ in trading, what should I do? on: October 06, 2018, 07:03:15 PM
Hi, I am a crypto-hamster and bought bitcoin when it cost 17,000 and decided to trade on the Bitfinex exchange withe margin.
In this business I was not experienced, so I followed the advice of different traders and their signals.
In the end I lost 10 thousand dollars when bitcoin fell to 6k , but it was money that I was ready to lose, i.e. free.
Now I do not have the desire to trade, but I want to earn money on crypto currency, because it's interesting and I believe that the future is for the crypto currency.
Now I want to try to make money on bounty programs.
And I want to ask you advice in this difficult matter. Where to start, and is it profitable at all?

Going for bounty programmes is a good idea. You can earn alot even without investing anything and at 0% risk. According to me signature campaign is best, you should go for that. But if you will again move for trading in future, study the market carefully and take advice of some experienced traders.
7  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin reach atleast $10,000 ? on: October 06, 2018, 06:59:19 PM
Considering all the ups and downs which we are witnessing from last 8 months do you still think that bitcoin will atleast reach the value of $10,000 by breaking the boundary of $6,000 to $7,000 which is going on from the long time.

Yeaa sure , don't worry. Bitcoin will definitely surpass $15k in the near future. Its true that bitcoin is fluctuating between $6k- $8k from last few months. But according to me btc will surpass $10k in November and will surpass $20k in December. Let's see, what happens.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the worst thing you have heard about bitcoin on: October 06, 2018, 06:54:31 PM
The worst things which i have listened about bitcoin are as follows:-
1.Highly volatile
2.High transaction fee
3.Have spoiled the lives of many investors.

There can be various other things which are treated as a worst about bitcoin such as people become greedy etc etc
9  Economy / Economics / Re: Diversify Investments on: October 06, 2018, 06:51:12 PM
Usually they recommend you to diversify your investment, so you avoid losses.

But as a real approach, having $1.5k, would you invest in how many cryptocurrencies ?

What if I invest little by little, only in Bitcoin, would that work as well ?
See what i think is ,always diversify your investment. Investing all your wealth in bitcoin or any of the single altcoin ,will be very risky . As if that currency falls, then you will loose major portion of your investment and definitely you will quit. But if you are investing in 5-6 coins, then if one falls there are 5 others to compensate your loss.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Future of Bitcoin in India on: October 05, 2018, 06:53:22 PM
What do you people think about the future of bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies in India under the current government policies? Shocked
According to me, the future of btc will be dull in India. As per the speech of Indian Finance Minister, the use of bitcoin is not acceptable in Indian markets. So such a decision by government will definitely lead to the downfall of the currency. In India, till today , no company is accepting bitcoin and moreover there is not even a single bitcoin atm in India. So the future of btc in india is monotonous.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin is a security, a currency or a commodity? on: October 05, 2018, 06:46:41 PM
The endless debate... Do you think Bitcoin is a security, a currency or a commodity? We came up with a few reasons why it could easily classify in any of those categories: https://cryptocoin.news/analysis/is-bitcoin-a-security-a-currency-or-a-commodity-2-18643/

What do you think it is?
According to me , bitcoin is a currency as it is used as a consideration for the product you purchase. But in the current scenerio ,people are treating it as a commodity and are investing in it . As people invest in gold or silver similarly people are now investing in bitcoins. They buy btc when its price is less and sell it when its price rises. So in this way people are investing in btc and treating it as a commodity.
12  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is $6000 to $7000 the stable price for bitcoin? on: October 05, 2018, 06:42:10 PM
There has been numerous discussions about the stability of bitcoin and what is the stable price for the bitcoin, as we see the market has been tending around $6000 for months and one more thing which we have witnessed is that bitcoin will not dip any further below $5000, so shall we consider $6k as stable price for bitcoin?
I agree with you. Currently the stable price of bitcoin is $6k - $7k. But it doesn't mean that it will remain in this segment only. This is just current position of bitcoin. As bitcoin is not falling from $6k and is not surpassing $7k as well , so thatswhy we can say that currently the stable price of bitcoin is $6k - $7k. Hope bitcoin will soon break this wall and reaches the greater heights.
13  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you have to make big investment before you can make profit in crypto? on: September 30, 2018, 05:57:38 PM
Its a well known fact that higher the risk higher the profits. If a person makes huge investment in crpto, this means that person is taking a huge amount of risk. So as the amount of risk is higher ,the return will be higher. But on the other aspect he may loose his wealth due to highly volatile nature of crypto. So to conclude i would say that for higher profits you need to make higher investment.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Altcoin to invest on: September 30, 2018, 05:39:10 PM
any suggestions im new at trading
Firstly you should study the crypto market very properly. Because the traders who are least experienced are failing day by day. Moreover always be calm and never panic. I would suggest you to trade in ETH. Because ETH is in number one position in altcoins.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Already lost 50% of my capital on: September 30, 2018, 09:22:09 AM
Hello guys. I just want to ask for your opinion or an advice.
I started trading since May 2017. I calculated all my loss, I already lost 50% of my capital  Sad. Some coins are still in hold.
I just want to ask what can you give to me an advice or any learnings  about trading. I'm using bittrex.
I am feeling really bad for you. I think you would have invested all your wealth in one single crypto coin, Always diverse your investment i.e invest your wealth in different coins so that if one coin falls the other coins can compensate your loss. Secondly ,Don't panic even the situation turns to be worst. Always remain calm.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN accepted for Airline fare and School fee on: September 30, 2018, 08:55:38 AM
I'm a Filipina and there's a lot of posts posted on social media that our local airline,  Philippine Airlines and STI school now accepts Bitcoin. This news will create a stir and this will help spread information that Bitcoin is not scam at all. I know in the future there will be more businesses and companies will accept Bitcoin too.

What's your view on this? Does your country accept Bitcoin too?
I don't know whether this news is true or not. But if its true then its a very great news for crypto family.
In my country(India), there are very few people who know about bitcoin ,because is my country illiteracy rate is too high and people are unaware of the technology. I don't think so that people in my country will use bitcoin to transact. In India there are some people who are dealing with bitcoin or other crypto, but they are doing this just for the sake of investment.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Or Trading? on: September 29, 2018, 06:17:17 PM
I will ask you which one is the most beneficial of these two things? what will you choose? and explain why you chose it. who knows it will give input to everyone who reads. if I myself might be a bounty can be profitable and maybe the results of the bounty will lead to trading. What is your opinion? share your experience here
If you are having plenty of money to start trading and moreover you are willing to invest that amount in crypto than you can go for trading. But if you are having nothing to invest or if you want to earn something without investing anything than bounty campaign is the optimal choice. In bounty campaigns there is no need to invest anything. Moreover i would say ,firstly earn from bounty and then invest in trading.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin safer than banking? on: September 29, 2018, 06:11:30 PM
What are you asking Grin
Definitely NO....bitcoin is not at all safer than banking. Rather banking is totally safe. The risk rate is almost 0% and the rate of return is nearly 7-9% pa. Bitcoin is highly volatile and hence its having higher risk. Those people who can't afford to loose their money or who want to play safe ,are advised to use your money in FD's , NSC's and many other banking schemes because banking activities are highly secured.
19  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Be careful with fake exchanges on: September 29, 2018, 05:58:23 PM
Be aware of fake exchanges. These are hackers and these people are trying to steal your coins as well as your private key. I am also getting number of emails daily regarding these exchanges, but I had never visited on these sites as I am very afraid of loosing by crypto coins. And very important, keep your private key very secured, don't disclose it with anybody.
20  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do older people like investing in Gold/Silver? on: September 29, 2018, 05:50:41 PM

Does anyone here know the reason behind people loving precious metals?

Investing in precious metals is one of the best approach, mostly for those people who dont want to take risk. The people of old generations are having very hard earned money, so they dont want to loose it at any cost. So old generation's people prefer to play safe. That's the only reason that they invest in precious metals. These people are strictly against investment in crypto and stock market as in such type of investments ,higher amount of risk is involved.
