I have a board that is completely DOA --- all chips Sad.

Already arranged to ship it back for RMA. Still sucks.

Who did you get a hold of for the RMA I can't seem to get an answer from anyone??

If anyone can find out how to rma a bad board from FC or Canary's GB please post info here, thanks.

Did you send them each a pm?

I did yesterday as well emailing the customer service address and posting earlier here with no response from anyone as of yet. I have a board that has one bad chain (---) and will only hash 157 out of 205. It's a holiday weekend here so I will give the benefit of the doubt and see if someone responds by Tuesday.
good luck man. i hope they fix it fast.

Thanks, appreciate it.

When I tested I did so against east2, it had a quick ping return time.

I know it is a controversial pool but it works on mining.bitcoinaffiliatenetwork.com pool also without proxy.

Thanks for the responses, was thinking about bringing my hash back over so that helps.

Left a week plus ago to let things get addressed, have the payouts (amount and time for payout) and bonus been fixed yet? Don't care about all the S3 controversy. Thanks.

Canary, have you been able to determine how to RMA a bad board we purchased in your GB? I haven't been able to get a answer from anyone yet?Huh

Hey guys, on the Test Status, what do these periods and hyphens mean? Is there anything I can do to correct this or are those chips just dead?

The dashes have been there since first boot, the period showed up later.

They are dead, I have the same problem with one and trying to get an answer from someone on how to RMA but haven't been too successful.

Yeah hit the back button and refresh the page manually. Flashing takes maybe 10 seconds.

what version does it show after the flash I am showing 1.41 still.

Mine are 1.41 after initial flash.

Thanks, and so everyone know they do work on Slush Pool without Proxy.

Canary how do we handle bad boards I have one with a bad chain in it also. Hashing at 181.

SNIP

Also sidehack sent you a pm on worker.10. I was also able to get the device to work on slush running it through BFG Miner for windows.

SNIP

I got it running on eligius through the bfgminer proxy as well, but it keeps crapping out. I get an "error from bufferevent" message and then the controller stops responding.

Mine has been up for 28 min so far but I have installed on a 2003 Server that I am pointing it at. So far no errors.
