SPT, while I hate that there won't be a product like the SP20 offered moving forward I certainly don't fault you for moving to where your best stream of revenue is- you are a business. I do have to say out of my S3,4,5's, and SP20's the SP20 is hands down my favorite.
In this space of miners you will be missed but good luck and best wishes.

Lee, I sent you a PM as I also got an email charging me for 5 miners when I have only 3. It also has a different btc address than the one in your signature which you said to always use.

Sent a PM with Pool change info when you get a chance, Thanks.
For anyone considering I have 3 hosted here and so far have been extremely satisfied. Only suggestion would be an interface where we could make out own pool changes, as that would make it easier for us and I am sure Lee as well.

Thanks Kano, I have a question. Earlier you said tubes would be supported after the next restart. Did this every become implemented or was it cancelled due the bug you had mentioned? I tried to run them here and all shares were rejected, please look at my account stats.
You can proxy them through BFG miner and point the proxy here. I ran 3 for a while like that pointed here with no problems. If you need any info PM me.

u all must not watch the hashrate of them for the first few days, they go down a good 1-3GH / day. I have 4 SP20's... All of them run under 100C I do know for damn sure if we could custom tune the frequencies these run at they would be much more effecient! The BIST is far too agressive, at the first sign of a HW error it declocks them like mad. Its ok to have a few HW error lol! The firmware behaviour doesnt try to get the highest / stable clock at a given voltage unfortunately it seems.
if you use auto fan and don't unnecessary cap the power to loops, then machine will bump the highest temp to 115C at your max voltage and you will get more speed. In addition, I find that sometimes it does go down a few GH in comparison with first hour, but then IT ALSO goes up if you wait for longer than 2-3 days, basically fluctuating in a long waves of +/-5 to 10GH or so. this seems to be true for me. most of my machines are 1050 to 1250 gh. @GenTarkin are your machines at 1350 or higher? All 5 of mine drop a few Gh/s over several days. For example I have one that started at 1609 leveled out over several hours to 1603 and after 3/12 days is at 1592 and will probably stay around this mark until I restart. Not enough to see on graph but if you monitor Asic stats you will see it.

Just bought another 3 pack as I'm really enjoying my SP20s. Great work on the new firmware, very happy with the new features and proper xnsub implementation. If I want to run them on a gold+ power supply at 1450+gh, what do you recommend ? If using nicehash as primary pool, is it better to use f2pool versus btcguild as f2pool is PPS? Is there a benefit to the 3X gen over the current 3 pack deal with SP20Es? The way I calculated things, made more sense to buy a 3 pack.
evga 1300 g2 if you are looking to push past 1450gh Agreed, one @ 1594 one @ 1530 one @ 1522 all EVGA 1300 G2's. Only thing holding me back is temps. I use Westhash with a very high price as password just in case but mine at kano's

I just got in a couple more SP20s. My existing are at firmware 2.6.9 however the latest firmware the new ones fine is 2.6.1. Do I have to do something special to get the 2.6.9 or the 2.6.10 mentioned? I really like the auto fan capability of the new firmware.
Just log into the miner interface, click Firmware Upgrade, click manual. choose the 2.6.10 - Test Version and upgrade.

Stay tuned..... Still dont understand the price hike.
It's easy, when Bitcoin was rising up from $220 -> $300+ bitmain took the opportunity to increase the price of all their products on two occasions to line their own pockets Then when Bitcoin fell from $300+ -> $220 they took the opportunity to leave the price the same, to line their pockets even more. HTH Yep which is why I was grateful that Lee opened this at 340 a unit. He did this before the second price hike to 370 by Bitmaintech and since he had the gear on hand he did not raise the price. Now that he sold out the he had gear at 340 which I pointed out in more then one spot on this forum was a lower price then bitmaintech was selling them for. He ordered more gear at 370 price point. Unfortunately for me I only ordered one at 340 and now I am facing that same rise as the rest of us. I wish Lee had mentioned he was selling out his first 500 before he did. I won't be buying at the 370 price. As it is more costly then I think it is worth. i will try to get better price from bitmain, so i can keep the price of 340$, but seems like they canot provide me with such price currently, will give it a try today, otherwise, i have to adjust the price to 360 or 370$ It would be nice if you can keep it at 340. thanks for posting. Thanks we appreciate you trying, hopefully Bitmain's greed will eventually catch up with them. I hope you can talk them into better pricing as 370 is a no go for me also.

I replaced the fan with below and added a 2nd (push / pull) in the rear. Cools fine and a lot quieter than stock fan configuration. Fan comes with extra long connector for 3 or 4 prong. Plugs right up and reads and controls as 2nd. fan.

cool. I thought that silverstone 140 mmm does not fit and needs to be cut. Did it fit well without any cutting of shroud both in front and back? No cutting or trimming needed, just plug patch cable in first then put fan on. It is close fit but works fine without trimming. Back no problem at all.
