1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Cryptos and NFTs are you Excited about? on: October 25, 2021, 03:03:46 PM
Maybe I am late to this post but I I just found out about FireAntsCoin. I don't know if I am excited but I am very interested to learn more. FireAnts foundation will send donations to real world philanthropic, scientific, and historical projects. They are trying to better the world! This is a really cool project but I want to look into it more for myself. The concept is amazing. I love to see projects trying to help better our world. I am going to do some more research on this coin but I was wondering what you guys think?

FireAntsCoin (https://fireants.global) might be one of the coolest cryptos I have ever researched. Looks like your can stake your ANTS as well as wrapped BEP-20 tokens on yieldfields finance using wrapping services.
A few pairs are available rANTS-BUSD, rANTS-BNB and wANTS-BUSD.

Looks like team has put in a lot of work and the roadmap is all setup. (See it in the first link above).

I also found this article taking about the projects current status posted yesterday:
https://www.bitcoininsider.org/article/131442/fireants-bringing-benefits-blockchain-community-amidst-security-and-technical

What do you guys thinks of this project? Have you heard of it before?

The main goal of Divi is to make crypto easy. Starting with their easy wallet, where you can send to your friends by simply tapping their username. No more confusing addresses!

I agree with you. DIVI helps new investors with get over some of the hardest hurdles with Crypto. Using the DIVI wallet contacts to send and receive any crypto the support (DIVI, ETH, BTC and LTC at the moment) makes it way less likely you will send it to the wrong person. All you need to do is choose the contact. Also, who does like passive income? Setting up DIVI staking vault is by far the one of the easiest cryptos I have staked so far.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How reasonable is the long-term investment in Altcoins? on: October 21, 2021, 02:57:50 PM
We all know that long term investment in Bitcoin is reasonable but how reasonable do you think long term investment in Altcoins is?
I think long-term investment in Altcoins is full of risks but short time investment is more profitable. Do you agree with me?

I think a lot of altcoins are filling in the gaps that BTC can't do. ETH is the best, and oldest, example of that.
A lot of the alt coins I look at, I am looking at the tech. I also really love ones that I can stake. DIVI is a prime example of a coin that I am slowing DCA into. I love the core team, the tech and how they are trying to bring crypto to everyone. Not to mention how you can easily setup staking or a master node in few clicks in the mobile wallet. Easy passive income.

Today 15 October, Bitcoin crossed 59000 usdt and we are waiting for Next Bull market, and all Buyer already fill his bag with Altcoin. I want to know that share your best Altcoin that you hold for Next Bull market.

DIVI Project. I have been slowing DCA on this coin for a while now. I think it has some amazing potential in the future to help bring crypto to the masses. Passive staking is always attraction to me when looking into coins and DIVI does it right. Extremely easy to setup in the mobile wallet to start getting that APY right away.

One of the coins that I am slowing buying is the Divi Project. I think a lot of people are overlooking and shouldn't be is DIVI. It has some massive potential and could easily have a lot more gains the others. You can also get passive income by staking it in the official DIVI mobile wallet or create a node yourself in a few clicks. This is my opinion, do you own research of course.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it true that NFT is the best investment in the future? on: September 13, 2021, 11:25:00 AM
Yes i cannot wait for this and for the winners too. Sadly too i just joined it by now Sad Just set it up with my players hope i can get some of those prize pools. Love it all about NFT Draft for sure and WAX P yummy i love WAX P. Love with their concept with american football and cards also the cost set on each players are updated per a week from what i heard. So that will be a fair play for all users then. Hope this NFT Draft will go more successful. Check this out and you won't regret it make sure to do own research first

I think the week is still going on as a NFT game is scheduled tonight. I will be interesting to see if we get any WAX out of it. I didn't get to many highly ranked players/cards and also didn't get to many points through the games yesterday. It will be interesting to see how the prizes are sent out. None the less I see some of my card values have gone up because of it and I can't wait to see where this games goes. NFT draft is something everyone should check out. Still have time to get early.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it true that NFT is the best investment in the future? on: September 10, 2021, 11:40:29 AM
One should be very careful with NFTs now. The hype around this sphere is calming down and you can easily notice one day that you NFT-tokens worth nothing Smiley

This is what I was going to say as well. NFTs are young still. Who knows where they will go. Assuming governments finally start accepting Crypto then NFTs will be a great use case for records. You could have your passport, health card and information stored as NFTs on the blockchain.
From a current platform side of things, it is really fun to watch how some companies are doing with NFTs. The biggest use case currently is NFT related gaming. I love seeing projects like NFT Draft coming out (later this week) that are using NFTs on WAXP to push through normal NFL "Drafts" and make it a fun game. Winning massive money prizes are nice as well. Smiley

I love WAXP too personally because they're really great and no withdraw fees also recently they really known because they just list on Binance from what i see. And American football players as NFT? Why not? I mean i love American style of Football, really great and we can compete against each other on Tournament. So i cannot wait for those tournament and see who will have a chance to take the huge prize pool of $15k. Check this huge NFT Project

I first week actually kicked off yesterday and I forgot to set my lines. I just sent it now so at least I don't miss this weeks games. Did you end up getting enough cards to play?
I see a massive 27000 WAX prizepool for one of the tournaments, that is the one I entered. I hope I gets some prizes from it. That would be nice. I found the website was easy to set my lineup, not that I fully understand/good at fantasy football.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFTs with intrinsic value, is it possible on: September 09, 2021, 12:13:57 PM
I do not see why not. When can records be created as NFTs. NFTs are young still. Who knows where they will go. Assuming governments finally start accepting Crypto then NFTs will be a great use case for records. You could have your passport, health card and information stored as NFTs on the blockchain. this is probably not the intrinsic you were going for, but hopefully doing it in a "green" blockchain would help with physical records/papers.

Are you excited for a first week this weekend?!?! I sure am. I am really excited to get started and see what we can do with this game.
They have been posting some very helpful videos on there Youtube channel explaining how things will work.
Might be worth checking out before the launches. This is the latest video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xfVLeAFbULc

Glad to see a lot of people here are getting so much interest on this promising project already. I already has a promo pack which I've gotten for free from our discord server. I'm planning to buy more. Just need to load up my wallet with some WAXP.

I find WAXP has a bit of a learning curve to understand how the CPU/NET/RAM.
I think it is worth to learn, especially before NFT draft's first week happens. You should really get your pack opened before the first week kicks off so you are ready to play for that $15k in bonus.
I am glad they released some explanation videos on Youtube recently. Worth checking them out for some more information before the first week kicks off.
Best of luck!

Same with you haha i got cardpacks but cannot unpack them because i still not have wax on running for my PC. Maybe i will give it a try and give my Wax to run on my PC for unpacking those cards. Hope i can get rare cards then, so hard for those people who got rare cards. Because they said it's only 5-10% for the chance to claim and get rare cards from those pack. Will looking forward too for this Huge NFT project really amazing and for those who participate on tournament, Best luck!

I have officially opened 3 packs of 5 cards each with no rare cards yet. But with the low %, I wasn't expecting any.
I cannot wait until the end of the week when this game kicks off and we can really get into it. I hope I can get some of the massive addition prize pool. I am really interested in NFT games that work with sports. Two things I really enjoy.
WAX can be a little troublesome, you need to stake some WAX on your address to get extra RAM/CPU/NET if you need it.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [NFT] NFT Draft - Adding $15,000 to week one prize pools on: September 03, 2021, 11:10:54 AM
So for now you offering 4 packs of football cards as I read, and each pack has advantages. Can you tell more about advantages? Also do you plan to create more packs?

Each of the current packs have different percentages of getting different rarity of cards.
You can see the percentages on the official site: https://nftdraft.io/packs/
As I right now I do not see any new packs as part of the roadmap; but I can only assume some will come as the game grows and different seasons take place. I think the dev team is really focusing on the week 1 tournament. Have you got any packs? Opened them yet? Did you get any great cards?

Wooah that's huge for this nft with card packs and unpack things. Really wanna see their project become huge in nearly time, hope people will more get attracted to this nft huge potential project. The fact that they run and built on WAX Platform is really great too. Because i do love WAX for real. Check this out guys, buy collect your football players and set your strategy and team to join to their tournament. I have 1 card packs but i still not unpack them hehe hope can get rare cards there

Please let me know what you pull! I have not gotten any rare cards yet either. I really do enjoy the WAX Platform also. It was a little confusing to start off with but once I got the hang of how RAM/CPU/NET worked I haven't had any issues with it. I love the concept of this game and I am really excited to put some of my players on my team for the week 1 tournament coming out soon. Hopefully we can all win some of the extra prize pool money.

Oh wow i just checked this and already fall for it. Is this an NFT project? Wow looking so huge, cannot wait for it. What's this about? Football too? Because recently i'm into Colosseum Cards and already fall in love with Colosseum Cards now for this too i think. Will check immediately then. Thanks for this info anyway.

I am glad it interests you. It's great NFT projects like this that I think NFTs are not going anywhere. When I look to invest in crypto or NFT projects, I always ask myself if it has utility. In this case not only does it have utility, it seems to be extremely fun utility. I cannot wait for week 1 to start so I can give it a go.

NFT Draft is a NFT game based on WAXP.
Website is: https://nftdraft.io/

*At the time of writing. Countdown will end at 9am EDT Sept 5th (I think)*

Card Packs can be purchased on the above website and more information can be found as well.

NFTdraft.io is designed to make fantasy football more equitable in who wins and individualize the tournament experience.

We require users to own cards (NFTs) that sync with professional football positions. This lessens the likelihood everyone plays the same team.

Some of our unique features:

We return 50% (fifty) of card-sale revenue back to the community.
Every tournament the first year is free to enter.
Each common card is playable 50 (fifty) times per week.
We created a new position: Defense + Kicker.
We allow users to enter two QBs
We allow users to enter two Defense+Kicker.
We allow users to enter two Kickers.
We allow users to enter two Defenses.
    Users must enter one QB
Users must enter one of the following: Defense, Defense+Kicker, or Kicker
Users can enter a maximum of three: Defense, Defense+Kicker, or Kicker

Users will have 135 points to spend creating their teams.

High end cards cost 20 points.
Low end cards cost 3 points.
Users may design their team within those parameters, interjecting RBs, WRs, and TEs as they deem appropriate.
    This system diversifies teams.

We have added a rarity system to our cards, which adds scoring variety. Each of the five-hundred twelve cards will be minted as follows:

    20,000 Common Cards (gray)
    1,000 Standouts (blue)
    100 Team Captains (purple)
    10 MVPs (orange)
    1 GOAT (gold)

Each rarity above common receives the following scoring bonus:

Standout earns a one-percent scoring bonus.
Team Captain earns a two-percent scoring bonus.
MVP earns a three-percent bonus, and costs one less point to play.
GOAT earns a five-percent bonus, and costs two less points to play.

This scoring system allows individuals to hold places rather than large chunks of tied players. These modest scoring bonuses help but won’t dominate the field. Strategy still rules this game.

A Carolina RB #1 GOAT doesn’t guarantee a win. If that position has a record game and earns 50 points. Our bonus adds 2.5. That two point five will help, but it takes more than the GOAT of Carolina RB #1 to place in the money.

NFTdraft.io will host at least four tournaments each week. Here’s how we’re envisioning payouts:

Tournament #1 is a normal payout and will receive 8 shares of its week’s pot.
Tournament #2 is a “share the wealth” payout and will receive 4 shares of its week’s pot.
Tournament #3 will be called Beat the GOAT. It will receive 2 shares and be a normal payout. One NFTstaff.io staff will enter a team of GOATs each week. Anyone who beats the GOAT, even free entries, are eligible for promo packs. If the GOAT wins any money that money will be matched, up to $1,000 and added to the following week’s tournament.
Tournament #4 is a normal payout, and will receive 1 share.

Getting an NFT is like getting any other asset, just because it is digital doesn't make it any different.
Your asset is worth whatever someone else is willing to pay for it.
I like looking at NFTs that have utility like Colosseum Cards. In this upcoming NFT game you can get Football players as NFTs and use them within the game. No difference the collecting and trading magic or baseball cards back in the day. The only difference with Colosseum Cards, since they are digital, they can be traded worldwide, used in the utility of the "game" and also you as the original opener of the NFT card can get passive income when those cards are ever traded again.
