21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ⚡️ PECUNIO - blockchain investments safe and easy ⚡️ on: June 20, 2018, 10:33:58 PM
Pecunio did not have a kyc b4 when buying and when they did do the token verification for referrals it was quick and simple now I cant even withdraw those tokens without doing a kyc meaning people were baited (scammed) I've promoted this on my YouTube since last yr had craps Ron's of people buy now all of a sudden they still cant withdraw or sell everything says after the ico which has been over.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Radix - Tempo Whitepaper on: June 20, 2018, 10:32:15 PM
I think open source and open licences are one of the foundation of internet culture, and of cryptocurrency. If someone has a good idea based on Tempo, it would beneficial for the whole community that he can implement it. You could just adapt it to another use case, without even being a direct challenger.

I understand the concern about forks, but see for example IOTA they also tried to fight fire with fire (with their hidden voluntary obfuscated bugged code, meant to avoid forks), and it backlashed against them. What makes a cryptocurrency good is the capacity of coders to constantly improve the product, if I fork Radix tomorrow Radix would still be better than my fork on its next iteration, because I could not deliver the same quality as their team.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PoW/PoS/MN][FPGA SECURE ALGO] Project SONO [SWAP is ACTIVE] on: June 20, 2018, 10:18:19 PM
Any manual action required for the swap or is it enough to upgrade my wallet only?

Is it more like it was during the altcom/sono rebranding or a complete chain swap?
24  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: How does the wallets know which addresses to recover in Hardware Wallet recovery on: June 20, 2018, 09:50:13 PM
I have been reading the BIP32 proposal explaining how HD works but it didn't mention on any point how one wallet in one phone can recover from a simple mnemonic seed.

   1. Does it just try all possible addresses related to that seed's master key by doing the entire blockchain look up for addresses at the same time ? (This seems impractical imo).

   2. Are there standards on the max nth of address to generate from the wallet side ?

As far as I know there are standard recommendation drafts that determine how to generate it from the wallet side.

You should reach out to the support of the appropriate hardware wallet you are using, like Trezor or similar.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are the Green Days back ? on: June 20, 2018, 09:38:48 PM
This situation continues for 2 months so do not be naive, just invest for a long time or become day trader  Grin
Yes, daytrading in situations like this is always a good idea.

The summer is mostly not as bullish as the winter, because many people are on vacation.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: weak period for cryptocurrency, do you agree? on: June 20, 2018, 09:19:49 PM
I think this is the most sluggish period since I joined the crypto currency. what your opinion?
What caused it?
We all know what mostly happens to extremely weak crypto periods. It will boom.

The longer the accumulation and correction will last, the more it will boom.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN][IPO][RADIX][based on Ripple]First stage 40% of coins to be distributed on: June 20, 2018, 08:41:14 PM
So Radix will be like Ripple, with the creator controlling 100% of the stock at the beginning and thus controlling the supply. Or if I'm wrong, who will be the seller when it's released on marketplaces ?
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: ⚡[ANN] Atomic Swaps Wallet with Decentralized Exchange ⚡ on: June 20, 2018, 08:37:09 PM
Found the airdrop via Telegram bot you are currently running. Interesting, but I am not sure about what ETH address I have to provide? Own address from my myethetwallet or the ETH address of the atomic wallet?
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Year of altcoins or down again? on: June 20, 2018, 08:24:54 PM
We are witnessing a strange situation on the cryptocurrency market. Over the past 2 months, the cryptocurrency has experienced a strong correction. But now I hear more and more that soon will begin a large growth of altcoins. What do you think about it, friends?
There was too much hype in the market. Would be very healthy for the market if we see some months of correction.

I would not really like that, but the moon cult would disappear then maybe.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is this the end of crypto? on: June 20, 2018, 07:58:46 PM
as we know all altcoin prices are all down, and bitcoin prices have also entered the price of $ 8000 is this a sign that crypto will end? and bitcoin prices will return like the starting price in 2016? because every thing has its time and I hope this is not the time for crypto to expire and in the future I expect altcoin and bitcoin prices to return normal again and increase the price.
Always when I read questions like this I makes me smiling, because it is an good indicator for me that the correction could be over soon.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bithumb hack affect Altcoin too? on: June 20, 2018, 07:46:11 PM
Few hours ago i read on CNN that one of the world's largest cryptocurrency Exchange site was hacked and the thieves got away with $30million dollars worth of cryptocurrency. According to the news, the news of the theft at the exchange hit the prices of cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin fell around 2%.

What is your view. Will it affect all altcoins too?
Yes, because when a big exchange is getting hacked we see the entire crypto market cap dipping. The reaction is mostly that people are exiting all crypto markets including altcoins.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The most crypto friendly country in Europe is Switzerland. on: June 20, 2018, 07:34:55 PM
Switzerland has been named the most blockchain-friendly country in Europe by the Blockchain Conference Europe 2018. Study results released at the event website identified Switzerland as the best country to start a blockchain business.

Gibraltar at second place, and Malta at third joined Switzerland in the list of the top 10 countries to start a [Suspicious link removed]pany. Other countries that make the cut were United Kingdom, Denmark, Germany, Portugal, Netherlands, Finland, and Belarus in that order.

What would be effect of this good news ?? What is your suggestion to make a crypto friendly country?

I also like Switzerland a lot, especially Zug. Met a lot of crypto influencers there.

My suggestions for making a really crypto friendly country would be tax payment in cryptos like BTC or ETH.
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Tell me some profitable airdrops on: June 20, 2018, 07:25:55 PM
The currently running Hashgard airdrop seems to be very interesting. The team members and advisor board looks really promising and they are aridropping a huge amount of tokens.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Buy Monero then Hold? on: June 20, 2018, 03:36:25 PM
What about Monero (XMR) performance, is it still popular, can we get big profit from it?
Let me know what everyone thinks about the Monero!
I think the XMR price will at least be stable. The supply is also getting lower day by day. Storing your money in anonymous crypto assets is a good idea in my opinion.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: how to manage losses? on: June 20, 2018, 02:50:36 PM
how do you manage stress if you loss biggest amount because the value of.your token.is hitting down ..? in your opinion how diversify your investment in other alts to cope up your losses?
thanks in.advance..
#
Best way to deal with huge losses is to forget about them and always try to keep some funds in the pocket to buy more of it in bad market situations.
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Nodum - Masternodes Community on: June 19, 2018, 08:13:21 PM
Any updates or has the project been canceled?

Seems like the dev is no longer actively developing or am I wrong?
37  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Price < $3000 soon on: June 13, 2018, 09:10:57 PM
Bitcoin will drop to $3000 soon, trust me

Too many bear calls in this forum, on Twitter and all around in my environment. I dont think we will dip that deep. But if we will, I will be happy and buy more coins.

I think institutionals will keep price over 5k USD.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Patience is the key on: June 13, 2018, 08:53:44 PM
I keep my patience in a box for 6 month but i still not seeing any hope in my box. I don't know  what to do but still awaiting hope one day i will make profit like yours.
Yes, it is mostly about patience but it is also about market timing. The crypto market is much easier to read and to understand than complex stock markets. When people around you become euphoric you should think about leaving the game.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People move out from cryptocurrency! on: June 13, 2018, 08:45:37 PM
I have heard from many people that there are many people to leave the cryptocurrency.

Is that right?
If  yes then what are the reason behind on it?
If no then why people spreading that kind of news regarding cryptocurrency?
Yes, I also saw some statistics that the majority of crypto wallets is changing from hodl to speculation/trading. My recommendation would be to hodl strong during time like these.

Don't make the mistake to leave the station too early, but always take profits on heavy spikes.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are the Green Days back ? on: June 13, 2018, 08:31:52 PM
Does not really look like a recovery to me. I am not byuing any alts right now. Still waiting for huge Bitcoin price recovery which is needed to get crypto back on track.
