It's official now, Eric Bailly to Beşiktaş confirmed! He's signing one year contract, Beşiktaş won't pay to Manchester United any transfer fee.
He's a fragile player but if he stays healthy that would boost Beşiktaş's chances in all leagues.
Fans were expecting number 10 transfer but it looks like it didn't happen. The squad looks good though it could be better. Now the transfer for Conference League is over, they can still add players for Turkish Super League but it won't be logical to buy expensive players only for the local league.

Pretty busy day in transfer season. Major leagues close out soon and a lot of movement happened.

Conference League team lists have to be given tonight so I'm not sure how they'll do it on time but Nicolas Pepe to Beşiktaş is on the desk. Arsenal don't want him, Beşiktaş is keen to sign him but the time is narrow now. Arsenal paid 80 million Euro for him in 2019 but he never meet expectations and he has a huge contract so they want to get rid of him. Let's see if it finishes before midnight.

Sevilla got their legendary player Sergio Ramos back. Throughout the transfer season, there was talk of where Ramos will go. First Beşiktaş and then Galatasaray were interested in him. Arab clubs were very interested, but he didn't want to go to Arabia. He eventually returned to Spain. Galatasaray offered serious money, but for some reason the transfer didn't take place. I think it was the best for Ramos. Both Sevilla needs him and he performs much better in Sevilla than elsewhere. Now he's back to Sevilla after 18 years.

Bu takım gün geçtikçe daha iyiye gidecek. Bugün Avrupa kupalarına kaydetmek için yapılabilecek transferlerin son günü. Bugün bir transfer olmazsa sadece lig için transfer yapılmamalı diye düşünüyorum. Tüm bölgeler kadrodaki oyuncularla idare edilebilir ama bence stoper transferi kesinlikle yapılmalı.

Ankaragücü is obviously one of the relegation candidates for me. Even if they play at home, I don't think they will be able to make a presence in this match. Haaland geçen sezonun ilk dört maçında da sırasıyla 2-0-1-3 gol atmış. Bu sezona da aynı şekilde başlamış oldu. Acaba haftaya hat-trick yapar mı? Haftaya oynayacakları West Ham maçı ilginç olacak çünkü West Ham da sezona mükemmele yakın başladı.

Bir diğer hat-trick yapan isim Heung-min Son oldu. Kane ayrıldıktan sonra Tottenham'ın bir numaralı ismi olan Son ilk maçlarda gol katkısı vermemişti ama Tottenham da kusursuza yakın bir başlangıç yaptı.

Kendi evinde Nottingham Forest'a yenilen Chelsea ise beni şaşırtmadı. Bu sezon gerçekten kötüler. Nico Jackson transferi önemliydi ancak bireysel beceri olmadan gol üretmekte zorlanıyorlar. Christopher Nkunku'ya o kadar para verdikten sonra diz sakatlığıyla onu kaybetmeleri planlarını büyük ölçüde bozmuş görünüyor. Bu sezon onları ilk dört içinde göremiyorum.

Getafe played first half good but it looks like Ancelotti made a great pep talk. Real Madrid started second half pretty fast and go for a result. There are too many positions to be reviewed, VAR did an extra work today, that was interesting.
The game looks like Getafe can't resist anymore and Real Madrid will find the winning goal. I expect over 3.5 goals now. The score is 1-1 and we will see at least two more goals.
Another side note is that Joselu scored his first goal in Real Madrid jersey after 12 years.

Both Felix and Cancelo are great signings. FC Barcelona made a last day show.
Joao Felix has no buy option clause though. It was only 1 year loan deal and Barca will pay 8 million Euro for that. Seems a bit pricey but it was important to sign this kind of players to win the La Liga title.
Cancelo is also a loan player and he doesn't have a buy option, Barca only think about this season for both transfers. Now Barca has great right back and left back, just like good old days. They were the biggest contender for the title, now they are heavier favorite. I wonder what they will do in Champions League. For the money spent, they should be in the semi final at least.

Do they even care about this cup? I thought Premier League is more important than European tournaments for English people, except Champions League. They rather win Premier League title than Europa League. It's not like that in other countries.
If Liverpool lose their Premier League title chance then maybe they will concentrate on this tournament. Otherwise I don't think they will focus on this one. We will see a lot of rotation in the squad. Their group is fairly easy so I believe we will see more rotation than ever. There's really no need to start half of the actual team against LASK Linz honestly.

Almeria tried to make a comeback but Celta Vigo didn't let them. That Swedberg change was on point. He scored 17 minutes after he went in the game. That was a pretty good header.
This will be Celta's first win this season in fourth game. They started bad but at one point they had to win a game. Rafa Benitez had to do better than last season at Everton. Otherwise he'll be fired before the season ends.

Haha I don't know where my mind was. Ghezzal will not play today because he wasn't in the UEFA list. This is another problem management should think about. When you have an injured player you don't normally take him out the list to get another one. 25 player squad should already be ready for the European games. I hope board will act on new transfers and the squad will be ready in group stages.
For this to happen Beşiktaş need to pass this game of course. A draw is enough but it would be too risky. Beşiktaş have to score in this match. It's hard to hold on to 0-0. I believe Dynamo Kyiv will attack as much as possible. Defensive line have to do their best. Colley and Necip are crucial parts here. They have no luxury to make mistakes in defense. Amir and Gedson have to dominate midfield and don't give opponents counter attacks.

I believe this will be a good day for Turkish teams. Let's hope for 3 for 3 and it won't be easy for Adana Demirspor, then at least we have to go on with 2 teams in Conference League.

FC Copenhagen couldn't find second goal but they played with the lead for the most part of the game. That early goal broke the resistance of Rakow Czestochowa. Zwolinski's goal was so late, they didn't have time for second goal. Rakow still played better than expected and well deserved the respect.
PSV Eindhoven really made a show tonight against Rangers. Saibari should be seen different this season. He may be the new wonderkid.
Royal Antwerp played just as I expected. Very good defense for whole 90 minutes. They conceded a late goal but that didn't make any difference. Balikwisha pulled the plug in extended time. All three teams deserved to play in Champions League.

I think he wants to play in Premier League. If he stays he has to wait Džeko to start games. Nottingham Forest will pay at least 6.5 million Euro so Fenerbahçe won't refuse this proposal. Batshuayi had great stats last season, I don't think he'll score +20 goals in his career again. Somehow fans didn't like his performance much.
Džeko really changed the balances of the team. Other strikers have no chance no matter how good they were. Umut Nayir transfer is something I never understand though. He'll wait behind Joshua King and Morelos even if something happens to Džeko.
