901  Economy / Economics / Re: Food prices in Germany - Tell me what you want to know on: November 06, 2022, 09:41:21 AM
There is no guarantee that Turkey will be having enough gas for their own usage. There are two gas pipelines running from Russia (Blue Stream and Turkstream), and there is another pipeline from Azerbaijan. I am not sure, but there seems to be a gas pipeline from Iran as well. But the supplies does not cover the total demand, and therefore apart from the pipeline gas, Turkey usually imports LNG as well. Total consumption is around 60 billion cubic meters of natural gas per year, and around 40% of that is made up of LNG (mostly from the US).

Türkiye has no problem in finding resources. Their commercial relations with both Eastern and Western countries are very good. But the real problem is the prices. It's difficult to access everything while the purchasing power of the people decreases. There are goods in the market, but there is no money to buy that goods. Everyone is borrowing, the amount of credit is increasing day by day. The future is mortgaged to save the present.
That's why I said Germany's situation is good. People can still live humanely. Accessing basic consumer goods is not difficult. They will survive this winter by saving a little, but they won't face such a problem in the following years. Because they don't have structural problems like we do.
902  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Turkish Super League 2022/23 Season on: November 05, 2022, 08:26:50 PM
The biggest problem was midfield, only Gedson had a solid game. Both Josef and Salih played awful, especially Salih did nothing in whole game. Josef's mind is not on the field after he got attacked in Ankaragücü game. I think he won't show his old performances again, he already stated that this is his last season here in Turkish league. When you have these kind of problems in the midfield you should look out for alternatives. Even Necip Uysal could've played better in midfield. I really wish Atiba was ready, we felt his absence whole season.
Rosier got injured and right wing attack quality dropped dramatically. Şenol Güneş made his moves only after Beşiktaş conceded second goal. Dele Alli didn't even play, that show us he's not ready to play at this level. Squad depth gives alarm for Beşiktaş, we can clearly see that. There are players but they are incapable, especially Turkish rotation is pretty weak. It's hard to compete with this squad.
Icardi played his best game since he came to Türkiye. On the other hand Weghorst missed a clear position again.
This one match is not an indicator but from what I've seen I don't see both teams to get the trophy this season. It looks like Fenerbahçe is one step ahead.

If you are just playing games like that expecting to earn money regularly then P2E games is not for you.

What? Did you read your post before you write? Do you even know what P2E means? Roll Eyes You don't expect to earn money when you literally play a play to earn game?
There is a difference between traditional games and play to earn games. "Earning" part is that exact difference. There are not many successful P2E games so I don't blame anybody to not realize the difference. This industry is huge and open to development, but P2E is just at the beginning phase. It's whole another issue that companies don't allocate resources to marketing while receiving such big investments.
904  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Play2earn games on: November 05, 2022, 07:31:01 PM
I continue to play Lost relic in another event. In this post, I talked about mir4 and Lost relic, in short, mir4 game was eliminated for me. Right now I'm only interested in the lost Relic. A really nice Halloween event was organized. It is extremely competitive and has a lot of competition content. If anyone is thinking of playing, there are still 9 days until the end of the event. It started in 2 weeks. It will be almost 1 then I started this game at the beginning of the year event.

Mir4 game was looking promising but they couldn't market it well. Actually there are a lot of similar games which don't contain blockchain integration and some of them are quite successful. I thought Mir4 have the same potential but more than a year passed and there is no big development or marketing plan.
On the other hand Lost Relic is still in early access phase and you have to invest some money to start the game. If you don't buy pendant which gives you access to the game, you can't play it at all. I registered that in early days but never buy pendant, they never send me invitation link. I think that's a problem, what are they really waiting for? Just go on with Beta phase and you can still develop the game, at the same time you can grow your userbase. They don't pick this path. We'll see how that affect them in the long run.
905  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Turkish Super League 2022/23 Season on: November 05, 2022, 04:42:12 PM
Besiktas seems to be a little superior on paper, but honestly I think that in this game it will end in a draw and the best bet option is the BTTS which has an odd of @1.58, it is not a bad value

This may be a good bet only if we see first goal early. You might be scared if first half finish without any goals. We don't know yet if both teams start with more controlled football or high pressure. Normally Beşiktaş start with pressure and try to find the goal early but this is a derby in away game so things may be different. Both Weghorst and Cenk Tosun will look for a goal position, counter attack game doesn't suit them. Beşiktaş will probably use right wing more often. Rosier likes to join attacks but Umut Meraş stay in defense more. Emre Taşdemir may be the weakest link for Galatasaray so it's possible that we see more right wing organisations. Gedson Fernandes should take more responsibility in midfield, Beşiktaş can't only rely on wing attacks.
906  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Metaverse in 2022, which projects are value to invest? on: November 05, 2022, 04:22:32 PM
A crypto portfolio without metaverse projects is incomplete, that's why I choose very active metaverse projects in the space like Victoria VR, Everdome, Metahero. You have to be very careful around metaverse projects, this utility is the next big thing in the crypto space and that's why scammers will come up with attractive metaverse projects too only to be abandoned later.

I don't think they are good candidates for long term investment. I don't see any good Metaverse projects that already have their token either. I think we are still in very early stages of Metaverse and until there is a consensus on the protocol I don't think any of these coins have holding value for the future. You can always look out for pump & dump and make quick bucks with them but I don't see any of them stay alive after for example ten years.
907  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk Becomes Owner Of Twitter, Immediately Fires CEO And CFO on: November 04, 2022, 09:49:35 PM
I don't understand why would people think they can dictate Elon what he should do or don't. He bought the company, he has power to pick who will work under him. Did he pay their compensation when he fired them? Yes, so what's the problem here?
Personally I think Twitter was a dying place, but now there is fresh air. Maybe new management can save the app and bring back its old users.
908  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: November 04, 2022, 08:59:40 PM
Barcelona's main problem now is not knowing what they should do against very challenging opponents. It is valid for not only the Champions League but also the La Liga. The El Clasico result was a really good example for that. They just didn't know what to do against Real Madrid in Santiago Bernabeu. Xavi couldn't prepare his players with the right strategies against Ancelotti's Real Madrid. Actually I remember their 4-0 victory in this stadium last season. But it looks like Ancelotti is the manager who has made a bigger progress after that.

If Xavi solves this problem of playing worse against big teams then they will be more competitive in the Champions League also. Otherwise we might continue to see them in the Europa League often after the group stage in the Champions League.

This young group of players may win Europa League but it wasn't very possible to win Champions League. Is it better to play in quarter final in Champions League and get eliminated or play final in Europa League? With this squad I'd go for another trophy, which looks very possible.
It may also be better for them to play in Europa League for La Liga. They will face comparably weaker teams in Europe, that means less rotation.
Tomorrow Barca should win and score a lot of goals against Almeria. I'd take over 2.5 goals and Barcelona win bet around 1.20 odds. Lewandowski rested, if he returns to starting eleven I'd expect him to continue scoring goals.
909  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The future of Solana is looking weak on: November 04, 2022, 08:18:09 PM
I read online about how Layer 2 projects like optimism and Arbitrum have both flipped solana in TVL, are Layer 2 projects going to take over Solana in future? Also solana is the only project that is not EVM chain compatible, how is this not bad for Solana?.

The competition is real and obviously Solana lost too many users after latest hacks and problems. The credibility of Solana founders is not the same. When there are better L2 blockchain alternatives it's natural for people to switch. Projects also follow this path and while Solana prides on hosting so many projects, they are losing important developers to their competitors. If they don't take action soon they will also lose their top ten spot.
910  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Turkish Super League 2022/23 Season on: November 04, 2022, 07:59:52 PM
Umraniyespor Has a terrible season so far but it looks like they want to change it. They are leading against Alanyaspor 2:0 in the 55th minute and things for them are looking bright in this match plus var cancelled one of their goals. If they manage to win today they would still in last place but a win is a win.

Alanyaspor is getting such unstable results this season that you can't predict what will happen in which match. They couldn't do anything against big opponents but this time they lost against the weakest team of the league too. I wouldn't say it's an unpredictable loss for them though. Ümraniyespor got their first win, you know you expect a reaction from players when they have eleven matches streak with no wins.

Everybody wait for derby game this weekend. It's a Saturday game, we missed those games. I remember last derbies were always played in Sunday or Monday. I'll do detailed analysis tomorrow and I believe we'll make some bucks.
911  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: ㉫ ENJIN COIN - World's most Secure Mobile Wallet RELEASED for BTC / LTC / ETH on: November 04, 2022, 07:42:03 PM
I recently used Enjin mobile wallet and from the first look it's user friendly. But the biggest problem is Ethereum network, it's too slow and expensive. Enjin should fix this problem if they want mass adoption. It's unsustainable on ETH network. There are a lot of good projects, mainly blockchain games that are promising. Because of ETH's problems they are also affected. I heard some of them try to move to other blockchains. If Enjin lose this userbase they can't compensate it later.
912  Economy / Economics / Re: Food prices in Germany - Tell me what you want to know on: November 03, 2022, 09:49:15 PM
The prices didn't seem high to me at all. Germany's inflation is very limited. Despite this, Germans move to Türkiye to spend the winter season. Because this is much cheaper than them. Those who earn Euros because of the exchange rate can live very comfortably here. Whoever earns Turkish lira is crushed by the highest inflation in the world. If this is the rise of gas prices in Germany, you don't need to complain. You're already using everything so cheap.
913  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why would CZ go after banks? on: November 03, 2022, 09:24:59 PM
I didn't see the news but it's not shocking to me as well. CZ is a good businessman and this is a wise move if true. Banking system will change over time, he knows as an important figure in crypto industry. It doesn't have to be crypto bank or something, it's enough if it will be crypto friendly bank. I'm sure he did some good analyses and weigh pros and cons, he knows where to open -or buy- that bank. He visited a lot of countries and meet with leaders. That actually figures out now.
914  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Conference League 2022/23 Season on: November 03, 2022, 09:13:12 PM
It's a big achievement for Sivasspor. They finished the group in first place as an underdog. Slavia Prag and Cluj were more experienced teams and Slavia Prag was the favorite of this group but they were eliminated. Surely they wanted to win this game and they did everything, except to find goals early. Sivasspor managed to defend well, after the penalty goal they don't have to attack much. Rıza Çalımbay knows how to defend and keep the score. Substitutions were on point, Yatabare could play more time though. He waited until they conceded a goal. Very emotional result for both teams. Slavia Prag is shocked that they didn't win the game and even missed play-off chance. This is probably Sivasspor's biggest achievement in European competitions. I wonder how far they could go now.
915  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: November 03, 2022, 01:21:26 PM
Group A will still be dominated by Arsenal and PSV because the opponents of these two teams in the last match for the Europa League group are weak teams including FC Zurich whose defense is not so strong. I also believe that in this last match Arsenal and PSV will both get a win and increase their total points total. I don't think this game will be easy, but it just doesn't look worth it for Arsenal and PSV.

I'm pretty sure it will be another easy game for Arsenal. They can score five more goals after Nottingham Forest. Zürich is not only uncapable team in Europe, they are also having one of their worst seasons in Switzerland, standing at the bottom after fourteen games. In fact they got their first win three days ago against Sion. I don't know what happened to them, they won the league last year and now standing is reversed. Anyway this should be an easy win with at least three four goal difference for Arsenal. Even bookmakers don't open bets for Arsenal win. The only logical bet may be over 3.5 goals plus Arsenal win bet, it gives around 1.70 odds. Either play it or ignore this game.
916  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Turkish Super League 2022/23 Season on: November 02, 2022, 08:59:23 PM
Its performance at Fenerbahçe this season has surprised everyone. This team has been consistently playing well since the beginning of the season. And the most important thing is that their offensive performance is excellent. They are able to score a lot of goals. Fenerbahce scored 34 goals in 11 matches.

Why were you surprised about this? It was kinda expected after all these transfers and especially with their new manager. Their attacking power is one of the best ones in last years. And it's not just about names, more like performances. Valencia carried them in too many games. Even Batshuayi can score now. Remember last year, he always hit the post, he was very unlucky whole season. Now he's more concentrated and relaxed after scoring some goals.
If they sustain this offensive performance they will be close to goal record. Their defensive problems get covered up quickly because they score too many goals. Look at what fans did to Altay, even Jesus had to defend him against fans. I have to say he's not very capable goalkeeper for both national team and Fenerbahçe though.
917  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: November 02, 2022, 06:01:56 PM
I was expecting Real Madrid to score early and that goal came from a clear penalty. Celtic's resistance will go down soon. Over 2.5 goals bets should come without a problem, over 3.5 goals is also very possible now. Celtic's current squad looks very weak to me, they used to have better squad. It might be enough for Scottish League but no wonder why they have hard times in Champions League. It looks like a Japanese national team on the pitch against Real Madrid right now.
Is there a place where you can make bets on which player to score in live bets? I know pre-game bets but don't know about if some site offers that in live. I'd like to put some money on Vini Jr. to score in this game.
918  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: October 30, 2022, 10:05:41 AM
After Southampton draw and a loss in Europa League, Arsenal need a fresher. Notthingam Forest is one of the most suitable teams, nice fixture for Arsenal. They should win this one and back on track. Manchester City won the game and one point ahead now, Arsenal should do no mistakes and grab three point to get back their top seat.

Nottingham Forest is in the last place but last week they beat Liverpool and surprised everybody. They actually played good, it wasn't a lucky win. Arteta and players saw this and I don't expect them to get complacent. We may see Arsenal goal in first half, if that happens it can go over 2.5 goals. Considering Arsenal's last five games finished under 2.5 goals it's time to change. I'm expecting a clear Arsenal win today.
919  Economy / Economics / Re: Can A Redesign of A Countries Currency Note Improve Its Economy? on: October 30, 2022, 09:53:44 AM
I don't see any benefit at all. It's just unnecessary cost to the country. How can it contribute to the development of the economy?
Let me tell you funny thing we witnessed. In 2005 Turkish government deleted six zeros from currency and mention it like money is more valuable. They perpetuated this misconception for a long time. In fact, nothing had changed. The only advantage was that calculations were easier. Trillion, quadrillion was hard to deal with, even reading the big bucks was challenging. After 6 zeros were discarded, of course coins were printed again. First, banknotes with "New Turkish Lira" were used, then when the transition period was over, new money was printed once again and the "Turkish Lira" was adopted. All this had a cost. Even after 17 years, there are still people who pronounce money with the number before the six zeros were deleted.
920  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did a business proposal of paying 440 nights this Hotel for 1 BTC, October/2022 on: October 30, 2022, 09:05:27 AM
Their final answer was today. They said no, to my offer. And they did not offer anything else and did not show any will to negotiate it.
At last, they simply said: "No, sorry".

- remotemass

I think you made a pretty good offer. It's their loss if they reject or just ignore it. At least they could've negotiated about the length and price. It could be a big advertisement worldwide, I'm pretty sure all news outlets around the world would make this news. It could be a win-win situation for both Bitcoin and that hotel but they just didn't realize any effects of this. Well, you tried, enjoy your holiday. Maybe one day another hotel would accept that kind of offer.
