2601  Economy / Economics / Re: Saving one third what you earn monthly is not that hard, isn't it ? on: January 09, 2023, 01:59:35 PM
Haha, if i earn up to $3000 after tax in my country, I am sure that I will able to safe up to $2000 monthly even as a family man that I am, Saving is easy, but most times, we are the ones that make look like a big deal.

If for example i earn $500 per month and i am still able to save $200 after all the expenses as a family man, earning $3000 per month means i can still save up to $2000 or $2500 if i want to,

How is this possible?

Its simple, Don't introduce or bring in new expenditures just because you now earn higher, just continue to maintain the previous expenditures, its not easy but discipline yourself to do it, at least, until you have saved more than enough.
When it comes to determining if it's possible to save as much it all depends on the cost of living in your country.

For example sounds like your rent and other expenses isn't taking much from your salary.

In where i live $500 wouldn't cover 1 bedroom apartment. Not to mention insurance, water and electric bills that come to top of that. And i am talking about apartments that are considered as cheap.

I can't get over the what that you are using gmail as official email for a casino. For a site that should signal professionalism that's just weird oversight.

Now i don't know if it's my browser but i've seen pages running smoother in year 2000. I don't know who has coded it or if you just bought it as a turnkey solution but you need to step up on GUI. Because usability is step one and i can't get to step 2 to tell you what that would be as step one was just too much for my browser.
2603  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Are Players Going To Trust Casinos If They Don't Show Solid Evidence on: January 08, 2023, 11:10:06 PM
There are accusations that have or cannot be resolved because they always ended up with your words against their words, players show screenshots of your proofs and even take up or accept KYC but in casinos cases, they just hold on to their words that the player has cheated, manipulated or exploited a bug without showing strong evidence like screenshots of the log they just hiding in their defense that they cannot show proofs and add further to protect the integrity of their platform, so the accusations remain open.
Many casino's defenses are like that.

I don't need any evidence if the casino has a strong community and history of happy customers. And i don't mean testimonials page, that would actually turn me away. I rarely trust new casinos at all because i don't need to. I get my gambling fix from trusted casinos and don't want to risk my money with some unknown newcomers that might pay or might close my account.

So why would i risk it? Maybe for some insane bonus, but even with those i would wait until someone in the community had withdrawed their winnings.
2604  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A superstitious strategy? on: January 08, 2023, 10:47:52 PM
-cut-
Now, let's be some superstitious and say, if you play only when luck appears to be on your side, would you call that a good strategy?
Well, basically magical thinking works as well as martingale (as they both don't work), but funny enough they don't hurt your changes any more then any other strategy. So you might as well go full superstitious.

Good gamblers must know that "there is not real luck" but on only statistics / math rule that can be applied on your gambling games.
Ok maybe there are some times when you feel to be "lucky" and you're winning more of the "normal" chance, but you cannot real take advantage on this since it's just based on casualty. Not more, not less.

For sure applying martingale is a destructive option for bet, " you will loss more trying to recover your previous loss".
I agree with you. Technically there's no such thing as luck as what word comes with a package of different meanings, but i think that's the best word to describe the situation when you are against all odds winning a lot. It however doesn't necessarily mean that word "luck" would contain anything magical. Or that there would be some items that bring luck or or that some people would be born lucky or anything like that.
2605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: what do you expect from cryptocurrency? on: January 08, 2023, 07:48:39 PM
I have invested at the wrong time when the price of cryptocurrencies is really very expensive,
of course what I hope is that altcoin prices can return to new ATH again, especially now that I'm currently holding altcoins like Verasity, Crypto.com, and Fantom,
Let's hope that 2023 will be a bullish year for cryptocurrencies.
It most likely is bullish, but i can't say if it's bullish for the tokens you are holding. Especially for tokens like Verasity i wouldn't automatically count in to be a part of next bull run, or some other tokens no one has heard of. Some low caps will why high but there's really no way of knowing which. Fundamentals doesn't necessarily matter. In the time of hype, hype counts most.
2606  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price, January. $20000 or above possible? on: January 08, 2023, 07:41:27 PM
2023 was not a good year for crypto, the price of bitcoin has already fall massively, those leaving coin on exchanges were taught real life lesson by FTX implosion, what that led to more bear market. What would be the highest price of bitcoin in 2023? Make your guess here:

Bitcoin price guess, 2023

This thread should not be mistaken for what the price of bitcoin would be in 2023, it is about what the price could in January 2023. The open price is $16550. Will bitcoin price be less volatile like January 2019 or not? If not for FTX implosion, probably bitcoin could still be around $17500 to 21000 by now, but the implosion led to the present price bitcoin is at now, if no further bad news which is likely and possible, good news will later be what is going to be everywhere and it will be a sign that bitcoin will increase in price, but will the price of bitcoin in January reach significant high price?

Will bitcoin price increase in January?
Is bitcoin getting back to $20000 in January or not?
If bitcoin breaks out tomorrow, maybe. But even if it doesn't, everything in my core says that this year will be interesting. And i am guessing it will be profitable to buy anything. Well almost anything. Some projects always will get left behind when the bull run starts but i am guessing bitcoin won't be one of them.
2607  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Ukrainians hijacks Russian Bitcoin, Donates it to Kyiv Charity on: January 08, 2023, 07:29:35 PM
You guys are happy about this ?
Man stole the bitcoins from the master wallet. Are we even hearing this right? All the time we talk about bitcoin Privacy and how it is safe with the private keys, this tech that tech and we ar enig worried about how Alex did the job to steal money from wallet and that too embedded in the deep web? Wow, are we drifting away from the main principles of using bitcoin. Never thought we will also see such news and come to conclusion that everything was just illusion about the security of bitcoin.
I am happy about this. But i don't get what you are saying. This doesn't in any way change the fundamentals of bitcoin. Weakest point of the security has always been and will always be the one one who is holding the privatekey. This isn't about security of bitcoin, this is about personal security.

do not believe in memecoin other than DOGE and SHIBA,
because memecoin is very dangerous for future investment, unless you just want to trade it
People didn't believe in memecoins like Doge and Shiba when they came.
Some people warned not to invest in such a crap.
Some people didn't listen to warnings and made lots of money by investing to them.

So how can you tell this is  not one of those cases in the future?
Personally i wouldn't know. One thing i've learned is to never underestimate stupid people and their willingness to keep meme coins high in charts.

Fun token is among the altcoins I've been debating whether to buy and hodl or not, considering the fact the token is really cheap right now at its current price of $0.006, makes me really hungry to buy it,
But am not really a fan of buying a token and staking it for reward alone, I always like to know what other usecases is attached to the altcoin, a token with out any tangible or significant usecase that's outside staking will just keep doing down in price over time.

So aside the staking and other casino benefits holding Fun token offers, it would really be interesting to know what plans Freebitco have for their token in the future, I think this will encourage more investors to come in.
Are the usecases for this token purely only inside freebitcoin or are other casinos using this as well?

I am a little conflicted. One one side i want to wait until Funtoken is worth next to nothing and buy the max amount i can in order to get my bonuses/benefits.
It could still go down and confidence of the markets haven't restored yet.

On other side i am sure that there are whales looking at this and balancing the cost/profit ratio for staking. They would stack their accounts full of it when it's cheap enough. And if i wait long enough whale activity could make price peaking before i get change to accumulate.
2610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Real Estate Tokenization on: January 08, 2023, 06:19:03 PM
you couldn't be more wrong about your post.... they have been working since 2017 on this and they have taking minimal money from investors
you can lead a horse to water, but you cant make them drink it.....
I didn't say that they weren't working. They would be sued if they didn't use their ico money for something productive.
I was explaining to you why their tech won't be widely adopted, it's not because it's too new and high tech. It's because it's unnecessary and doesn't solve anything.

But please, elaborate how i was wrong.

This guy gets it.
2611  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's the best strategy for high wagering/low losses on plinko? on: January 08, 2023, 06:01:18 PM
Indeed getting a win is luck, but if we use a strategy it will be possible to get that luck.
Luck cannot be obtained by people* who only rely on faith and self-confidence. However, we can get my own luck by trying to minimize the percentage of defeats by continuing to use deep strategies and accurate analytical calculations.
If strategy is just a substitute for luck, why do people who can get continuous wins in a game like poker just luck, even though the basis of the game of poker is ingenuity and intelligence in dealing with cards, so it is very different from the game of dice, which really only relies on luck without having to think hard while playing
Strategy is not a substitute for luck and poker isn't based purely on luck, it's a setup of various skills like counting probabilities, choosing what hands to play and in live games, getting inside of your opponent's head.

I was talking about in-house games like plinko.

What i meant by pure luck is that implying that there's a winning strategy means that casino would had a flaw in their calculations. Game wouldn't be profitable to the casino if probability of every setup wasn't constantly work slighly for them.

There's no strategy that affects the pre-programmed constant probabilities of the game. There's only "luck".

2612  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's the best strategy for high wagering/low losses on plinko? on: January 07, 2023, 11:50:44 PM
I've been messing around with plinko on a couple sites. My normal strategies are 14 lines low payout and 16 lines low payout.

There are times I am dropping 200-400 $ balls so I get to wager alot, but seems like everytime I drop a big ball I hits a loss spot.

You play 16 lines, there is only 1 bad spot and that's directly down the center for .5x money lost. I've seen that slot hit 5x in a row.

So what's a better strategy?
Strategy? Isn't that based on pure luck? And no matter the setup, winnings and losses are calculated so that casino wins in the end?
I think that best strategy is a cliche, and it's not to play more you can lose.
I personally just trust my luck and play all my budget with one big bet. It's not as lasting fun but payoff could be huge.
2613  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🎁XMAS PARTY for $1 200 000| Win Mercedes-Benz G-Class & Crypto😎 on: January 07, 2023, 11:40:22 PM
That's mainly for two reasons. First of all, all those other big casinos make all the profits, so if you lose money there, that money goes into the pockets of the owners whereas in betfury that money goes to us as well, we are sort of owners here too which means there isn't enough money for them to do constant marketing that could cost that much. Secondly, how do you cut the marketing down?

Well, you do marketing when you have something to say, and when there is a special offer, they do signature campaign to amplify the effects of it, that way you would not just hear about a casino existing, but you would hear about a good casino that has something to offer that moment.
I have to say that them paying bounties with their own BFG token was a genius move from their point of view. They instantly created people that would advertise it for freee in the future because it's suits BFG hodler's interest. And it didn't cost them anything. Those were earmarket for promotion and they didn't have value at the start of betfury. They could have easily afforded to give them even more.

However releasing those tokens was a mess, where they totally served first themselves and got rich by selling their own tokens first.  Our tokens were released way after price was already crumbling. That made me angry.
2614  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the motives that drive you to gamble? on: January 07, 2023, 11:17:26 PM
I do not know about you guys, but I gamble because I like it and because it is a hobby as well as an addiction. I'm good with myself, as I already admitted to having an addiction but tried to find and apply techniques to avoid getting off track and spending all of my money on gambling. It's quite easy for me to control my gambling anxiety as I already follow strict rules that help me stay on the line.

What about you guys? Do you have any addiction to gambling? What drives you to gamble? Is it the long shot of having a big profit coming in or is gambling simply a way of spending time for you?
Money is the first one. That i have small change to win large amount of money with pocket money. But that's not everything. Games i play need to be rewarding in some way. Crappy craphics and poor user interface would drive me away even if there were higher changes for me to win. I am illogical that way. And games need to be interesting. Either it's betting sports that i can watch live, or complex, beautiful, social, etc. Something i can look forward to spend time with.
2615  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay away from BONK on: January 07, 2023, 11:09:26 PM
It's like whales are trying to exit from Solana using this coin.
How does that work ? Converting the coin and then dumping you mean here ?
That's just some weird "whales are bad" conspriracy.
Only way that would work is that those whales would buy every BONK from everyone who got it airdropped and after gaining most of the tokens they would use it on pump & dump scheme.
Some people aren't accepting easy and more plausible answers because they see everything as some interesting plot they uncovered.
2616  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Real Estate Tokenization on: January 07, 2023, 01:19:51 PM
I have been researching Real Estate Tokenization for many years and I'm keen to hear your thoughts on the subject. I've gathered a great deal of knowledge on the topic and I'm excited to share what I believe is the most promising project in the space. But first let's talk about real estate tokenization.
-cut-
So you are so heavily invested in BST and you made a PDF to tell us why you did it? Sounds like BlockSquare haven't been completely honest with you. Tech suitable for something like this doesn't exist yet. It's not going to be suitable for ETH or any existing blockchains, nor there is layer 2 solution. You can tokenize synthetic assets but that's nothing special.

Using tokenization on current blockhains doesn't solve any problems. In fact it just creates an unnecessary layer of other problems, starting from the fact that transactions should be reversable if you want to satisfy regulators. They also should be private on L1 in order to prevent front running. And this that's just a surface. That's why all these projects are going to fail. They are not creating solutions nor they are taking out a middle man, the are taking out A middle man and replacing it with them. They are creating smoke and mirrors.

If you really want to take a look a platform who is trying to solve this, google dusk network.

Besides your example for sports betting  as demo is really not necessary. No one wants a trial bet to experience sports betting because the sports game will play with or without your bets and you can experience it by just watching it and make an assumption bet compared to casino games that you need to play for the result.  This is my first time to here a demo on sportsbook.
No one? I just literally said that i would like it. Or at least it would be a nice option to have. Just because it wouldn't fit on your taste doesn't mean i would somehow change my mind because of it.

Because sure, i can bet winners and results, but i have no experience using anything else then straight forward betting so i have no idea what for example handicaps or totals mean in the choices. So demo money would give me ton of confidence to execute my bets later irl as i could have tried them out. Also i could test out new tactics in betting to get a better feeling for it.

2618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the future of digital currencies? on: January 06, 2023, 03:48:20 PM
I've been wondering recently what's ahead for us in terms of the evolution of digital currencies.

There has been a lot of amazing development with blockchain and cryptocurrencies in general in the past decade. But I wonder if there's anyone working on other ideas or technologies that could also be promising. I'm not talking about altcoins. I mean real breakthrough ideas, similar to what happened when Bitcoin was originally introduced. It would be really exciting to witness the birth of something completely new in the next years/decades. I'm sure we have other brilliant "Satoshis" out there.

I'd love to learn more about cool projects and concepts that could be the evolution of blockchain (again, not altcoins please  Wink)

"No altcoins" and yet you have written this in Altcoin discussion Smiley.
Birth of something completely new would be impossible to predict because no one had even had attempted it, researched and talked about in the forums before.
I think that next big thing already has ton of failed attempts in the market. And my guess it would be related to Digital identity and Zero knowledge tech.

That could honestly change everything. Concept of privatekeys as they are probably also going to change a lot. Because when even experienced users can't always handle them safely, you cant expect normies woud.
2619  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🎁XMAS PARTY for $1 200 000| Win Mercedes-Benz G-Class & Crypto😎 on: January 06, 2023, 03:30:27 PM
That thing can be discussed. What about demo or free money then? They also give chance to test any game on a platform. They even give more chances to test any game. Lets take BetFury for example - you get 42 sat hourly. Minimum bet is 1 sat in casual games, slots usually ask 1 cent for a spin, which is more than 1 sat, and blackjack ask 10 cents for example. So I would not call faucet as something you use to test games. It is more like a way to hold customers imho.

I agree with you that demo money would be optimal with that but sadly you can't use demo currency with in-house games. Also sports betting doesn't accept demo money so you cannot try all the unfamiliar nuances of betting in there. That would be a sweet option to have to test out some specific betting i've never even tried.

Pelaako kukaan Stakella?

Mites muut? Onko tullu rolleja laitettua kasinoiden syövereihin?
Noin kerran viikossa pienin panoksin.
