1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I quit trading on: April 17, 2016, 09:28:51 PM
i think now is best time to quit trading.
because if i see the chart if btc prize in several months, the price is stable  Grin

Trading is still counted for if you are buying and holding...

Which I assume the holding part is where you heard about the halving hype. If you are quitting, that means you have no envelopment of buying..
2  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I want to start trading on: April 17, 2016, 09:27:20 PM
To trade effectively, you have to be able to understand the relevant indicators e.g.
RSI
Bollinger bands
Short term MA vs Long term MA
Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD)
Etc

Study carefully, invest small amounts at the start.

Yeah, but all the TA talk and reading charts doesnt predict the actual trade on where its going...

At best you`ll wait and get the few trades youre looking for, but most of the time its against you.
3  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Holding Bitcoin a long time good way to make money? on: April 17, 2016, 09:24:25 PM
I would hold it and keep it invested. You can grow your btc while linking it to a real-world index e.g. the S&P 500.

Some are doing both while selling at the same time.

While its wise to hold for the longer term, you gotta factor its going still take time to get to the real world index..
4  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Investments on: April 17, 2016, 09:22:37 PM
some people say investing in gambling is a very lucrative investment. I have tried and the results are so satisfying. I recommend gambling.

Gambling is not at all the right method to make the investment. Only a very small amount can be invested, if found unlucky at the beginning better stop it, so you may get rid of great losses in the future.

If they do decide to gamble it shouldnt be taken seriously to where they really want to make money.

Since the odds of losing greater then winning, unless they just go all in on 1 roll lol. At like a high percent, but also the chance of losing it.
5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Receiving SEPA payments ---> BTC wallet on: April 17, 2016, 09:21:11 PM
Kraken is what others commonly use.

Although you might want to verify with them on the limitations of the transactions so you wont wonder why certain transactions are withheld.
6  Economy / Speculation / Re: How it will go to $0 again? on: April 17, 2016, 09:06:55 PM
The price can only go to 0 euro of people lost faith in bitcoin. Which can happen if some new cutting edge technology comes and/or it will be banned to use bitcoin.

Youre talking about I dont know how many people exactly, but thats a ton of people to lose faith overnight.

And to see this even happen, it would have to be some historic moment back like in 2012.
7  Economy / Economics / Re: Spending Bitcoins on: April 17, 2016, 09:05:41 PM
Even if people will start making a plastic cards in different countries you will not have a chanse to pay with bitcoin cause it's illegal, better to leave bitcoin now and wait when it become legal everywhere.

There are countries that bitcoin is ban but most countries have embrace bitcoin and companies there are now investing and making a move for local user of bitcoin to used their bitcoin locally.
I think do not need legalized on a state for spending bitcoin. although bitcoin has no legal status in many countries but we can still shop around online.
you're free to shop any online using bitcoin

In the US, its still a questionable moment for bitcoin despite all the legal stuff.

Like you can see in newyork localbitcoins is not allowed, yet you see here in the other states its able to still trade for bitcoin.
8  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Buying Reddit Accouns on: April 17, 2016, 09:03:35 PM
I am confused on the price thing..u say u want to buy accounts for 4 cents or ??

I dont think he is paying 4 cents.. lol.

Or else no one would bother on seeking out his request. He probably meant 0.04 in btc value.

As for op, I dont mind doing this for you.. just give me 1 month like you say lol.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: April 17, 2016, 08:55:36 PM
Yes and the current market value of bitcoin is 432$ you wont imagine that a crypto currency would have a value like this.
Many people are trusting in bitcoin thats why its value in price matters.

I think its a full on mixture of things, while 1 side is trusting bitcoin in their cold wallets.

The rest is being sold etc, or just because it has a price its proved enough to obtain in general.
10  Economy / Speculation / Re: What price should I buy at? on: April 17, 2016, 08:53:52 PM
Not sure how much is the amount available to buy right now bitcoins but I am planning to buy them at a very lowest price. If there is possible that I can buy them at below $300 then this would be better.

Good luck,

But with halving close it is hard to believe that $300 it can be reached again.

I can see the high $300 range, if the price struggle backfired somehow with bitcoin.

Only can see similar events like something scandolous which is always possible in the bitcoin community, like a exchange going down something shady.
11  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to hit $2016 by the end of 2016 on: April 17, 2016, 08:52:07 PM
It sound more like to a joke, However another approach would sound better $2020 by the end of 2020.

$2020 by 2020 is easily achievable. It is more difficulty to reach $2017 by 2017. But it is still doable.

2016 add +4 years and its 2020.

So youre saying within 4 years you can easily see $2k? I mean the circulation already is at 80% almost, and the price is where $410 as the lowest average..
12  Economy / Speculation / Re: I'm dumping my bitcoins so you should on: April 17, 2016, 08:49:56 PM
This is one of the most interesting point of view I have ever read here, and there are several points that I agree with.

I also think that bitcoin never will be a massive option for every human being, and never will replace the fiat.

Even I have some doubts about the permanence of this pioneer altcurrency in the long run.

But I will remain storing some bitcoins, but not as a possibility of getting rich, but only to be part of a good and revolutionary economic concept.

I dont know its actually questionable, because the bitcoin debit card allows traditional users to adapt bitcoin.

The question would remain either if they even bother to purchase it though, but I`m sure natually they would since it can be traded back for fiat if they are looking for extra ways to make income. Other then that, I still dont know if the debit card does anything for the mass adoption.
13  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: April 17, 2016, 08:44:42 PM
Saving usually put into the safest places or products that allow you access to your money at any time like savings accounts and certificates of deposit. But here you earn very little interest.

Theres no doubt the question of saving, but the real untold question should be is where?

Where do we put a sizeable amount so we can continue buying bitcoins at a steady pace..its hard to find a secure good investment.
14  Economy / Speculation / Re: to buy or not to buy on: April 17, 2016, 08:43:25 PM
On this moment. It is not good to buy. Because the value is not low and you can also see that the price is rising. So that is very good for who already have Bitcoin.

If you anticipate on a price increase then it's a good time to buy but if you expect the price to go down again, better wait and hold off.
For me the current time is good to hold.

Agree guys,

Only that price will rise yet more due to halving, So it could be good time to buy I think, Of course the better time to buy was a year ago aproximately.

Yeah I bought when price was around $250 and still I am holding, but I am also buying at a moment in small parts as I feel price will be much higher at the time of halving.

You should not wait too long mate, I think this is the time you should sell your coins and earn profits from it as no one is sure whether price will rise or fall at the halving, you are trying to risk your profits.

Any buying choices now till the halving actually is done is a profit zone.

Even though it may not be much, its a definite price increase. Just dont hope for a huge profit zone though unless you see it happen.
15  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: April 16, 2016, 11:07:31 PM
People who are comfortable with paper money will only use paper money even if bitcoin hits the mainstream as they will find easy way to spend their money, and paper money will take care of it.
These are some people who do not want to accept the change. They cant digest change from paper currency to Digital. If it is possible we have to educate them so that they get to know the benefits of this Bitcoin currency and hence they start using it.

I believe change is already happening either we like it or not lol.

Money has been evolving in our generation form, like the whole square, apple pay, etc. Its only natural if we see bitcoin becoming the new form.
16  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: April 16, 2016, 11:05:39 PM
Anyone tried to buy gold at spectrocoin.com? Just got an email they got the option but was just curious if anyone used the option yet.

Kinda hearing it for the 1st time.

Most people go with that new one with the bitcoin debit card by bitgold I believe? I havent looked into it much but Id start there since they have some sort of insurance supposedly on the bitcoin trade in per gold whatever.
17  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin rise up to 800$ this year ? on: April 16, 2016, 11:03:43 PM
sure it can, but will it?

i think it will, but i have been wrong before, however i'm pretty sure this year will be pretty big.

I think it has the potential, but like anything else in life nothing is certain lol.

But the halving scenario and everyone talking about makes me feel like Im just sipping on that price dream kool aid.
18  Economy / Speculation / Re: Everyday where the price hasn't exploded to the moon yet is celebration day on: April 16, 2016, 11:02:29 PM
I can only imagine if this thread was like 100 pages deep.

And we see a similar price several years still here, being the same price lul.
19  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Scientology on: April 16, 2016, 11:00:53 PM
What are your thoughts on scientology. Religion or cult/group? Let me know what you think?

Scientology is definitely a cult group. These people call up spirits, do not be deceived.

Not that I believe scientology or stand up for it.

I believe the word cult can pretty much be anything these days, like mlm conventions, to relgious conventions, all these things portray a form of a cult. So its not just scientology.
20  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why are all women leaders so fucking terrible... on: April 16, 2016, 10:59:26 PM
Almost all of them are shit regardless of gender. I can't say I've been any more disappointed by women than men. The problem is the type of person such a job attracts and the fact that even if they get in it's all stuck in aspic anyway. That's a societal problem. Not gender.

I was about to point this out as well lol.

Despite whatever gender everything is garbage.. and the comment with women leaders is just sexist. Im sure both will always have a different way of finishing the job in their own different view, but will intially get the same job done.

The problem goes way beyond like mentioned.
