The difference between this token and the others is that it did not require ico to raise funds to be developed and is only waiting for the support of the community, just as the BTC was at the beginning, was what drew my attention to it.
I agree, this is my favourite thing about it. The dev kept so few behind and distributed it between everyone evenly, no need to be already rich or have a dozen high-end graphics cards to participate in this one, it feels like the early days of Bitcoin. Let's hope it can capture some of the magic.
I hope more developer gets interested in the Satodhi21 project and contributes to the development of EBTC.
Not to mention that he is not cheating anyone and left open for people or developers to become interested in EBTC.
Yeah, maybe they will but I don't care if the team expands. I kinda like the idea of a tiny indie project coming out of nowhere, with 0 hype and going to the moon.
I'm sick of fancy websites with photographs of guys in suits promising the world and not delivering.
eBTC is as basic as it gets, no scam, no hype, just a good project distributed freely and fairly with grassroots support.
By distributing it this way and being so generous he gave 8,000+ people a real reason to have his back and go to bat for him. I think more devs could learn from this less-greedy approach.
You succinctly dissect the intent and purpose behind the distribution and selfless Dev! What more can i say! You've said it all. The atmosphere of sharing and culture of giving will attract best brain for this project and transform this token to what it was made for and the valuable will rise!
