EOS.IO is software that introduces a blockchain architecture designed to enable vertical and horizontal scaling of decentralized applications (the “EOS.IO Software”). This is achieved through an operating system-like construct upon which applications can be built. The software provides accounts, authentication, databases, asynchronous communication and the scheduling of applications across multiple CPU cores and/or clusters. The resulting technology is a blockchain architecture that has the potential to scale to millions of transactions per second, eliminates user fees and allows for quick and easy deployment of decentralized applications. For more information, please read the EOS.IO Technical White Paper.
Website: https://eos.io/FAQ: https://eos.io/faqWhitepaper: https://github.com/EOSIO/Documentation/blob/master/TechnicalWhitePaper.mdGitHub: https://github.com/eosioTelegram: http://eos.io/chatTwitter: http://twitter.com/eos_ioI am in no way connected or affiliated with EOS or block.one. This has kind of become the thread for EOS on Bitcointalk, so I thought I would edit the OP with links and information. OP May 6, 2017: In this market, anything can happen, and even such a large and strong project can die, due to lack of investment or internal problems in management. This is a cryptocurrency, everything can happen here.

in this month whether bitcoin will reach the highest price?
Now I think that it can surprise us only at an even lower price. The smallest price he certainly will not show us, but for the heart you grab, I assure you. That's how we live.

Please tell me how to known a scam ICO to protect myself BTW now i should buy ICO coin or buy coin on exchange? Thank so much
It was quite difficult to do. Recently, fraudulent projects have created such beautiful sites and found such good actors that even an old and venerable investor came in and gave their money.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not yet an end for crypto

There is a saying that the road to success is not always smooth. This is just exactly what crypto inves tment portrays. In the business of crypto, uneasy lies the head that wears the crown. The fact that there is a very high level of dip in crypto market currently is not enough reason to conclude that an end has come to crypto.I know that the bearish market situation at present in the crypto world would make many crypto lovers to be having a second thought of relinquishing their ardent commitment to crypto investment since no tangible profit is forthcoming but honestly, that is not the best option. What crypto is going through now is just a bend and not the end . In a short while from now, things will amend for better .This is not yet the end for crypto but rather a bend for something better.
I understand the level of interest of institutional investors in this area, so the end is out of the question. This is just the beginning, the car hasn't warmed up yet. I think we'll see 25K soon .

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should leave the market?

A little discussion about the market. Do you have belief in this market? In my country, people are frightening when the capitalization is reducing dramatically, many of whom have drawn out from the market. And some experts suggest that people should only invest in 20 coins which have the highest capitalization, and stay away from the low-capital ones. What is your opinion about this?
I believe that if you decide to leave the market, you should ask yourself 1 question. Why did you do all this? You set a goal for yourself when you came here. So far disappeared this goal. You already have?

Which are the best competitors to Ethereum, and why do you think so?
(I know on top of my head that Cardano and IOTA try to challenge Ethereum, although they still haven't proved much from my understanding?)
I was thinking, and how it will help him. At the moment, he has a lot of competitors, but he is somehow generally cold. Look at NEO and Cardano, strong projects that the Chinese government loves, and Ethereum doesn't care.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to move to BTC

I think to have a bull market up-coming is the best way to move all the money that you have in altcoins to bitcoin, because with market dominance of Bitcoin the market will go green, and the bull run with start, as far as I am concerned from the previous experience of the bull run more than 55% bitcoin was dominant in the market. Suggestions?
How could you forget about diversification? Even if you are 80% sure of your idea, you still can't do that. You understand that the market is constantly changing and in the end you can lose a large share of profits because of their rash movements.

I am sure that it is better for beginners to start working with reliable coins. For example, bitcoin or altcoins from the top-20. Moreover, now is the ideal time for profitable investments, while the prices of most coins are at their minimum level. Part of the money can also be invested in the purchase of new coins with good development potential.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which wallet do you use for storing ERC-20 token?

Which wallet do you use for storing your ERC-20 token? I personally like MEW because it's very easy to use. Some people like Trezor or Ledger but personally I have no problems by using MEW In MEW you have complete access to your private keys. Are there any mew replacements? I've only heard about the project, which was created by one of the creators of MEW, who just had different views with most of the team, but I do not remember the name of this wallet.
