181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFT for money laundering? on: October 11, 2021, 12:00:28 PM
I have speculated that NFT will be the next part of the cryptospace where much of the money laundering and tax evasion might occur. Why is this? This is because NFT is art and much of the art world is unregulated.

I think not only NFT . all services related to crypto can be a place for money laundry such as exchanges, mixing coin services, cloud mining, defi platforms, all of these services can be used for things like that. as well as tax evasion. no tax for crypto holders.

We're now in the main event.

Team Secret is on the upper bracket and their first opponent is none other than the TI defending champions, OG. While the good and great contender for this year's championship, PSG.LGD will be having their match against T1.

Those that are at the upper bracket have a quicker way to the finals but they also have a chance at the lower bracket once they're out of the upper bracket.

Yeah upper bracket only need 3 wins to go final while lower bracket need 6 win to go final . and on the first day of the main event, there was a big match against secret against OG. Surely many are waiting for this match. and from head to head statistic, Team Secret is more dominant than OG . because of their playstyle we will see .

186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: No one talks about Sic Bo!? on: October 11, 2021, 02:19:11 AM
I haven't noticed anyone talking about this game here on the forum! You can find this game in many places, it's not like some new game, but still looks like this game is under the radar... sort of speaking! I think this game is crazy as it can be! This is one of the games I would play "live" if I have the chance!

I wonder what others think about this game? Do you play it? I never had a chance to talk with anyone who loves this game, so I decided to bring it up here... I admit, after playing it once again with some crazy bets! Smiley

I've tried playing sic bo live by evolution and at first it looked confusing because there were too many numbers. in the end just play high and low only  Grin . it seems like it almost similar to roulette. There are many choices of bets that can be made and can also choose specific numbers can be another alternative for gamblers who like to play games like roulette.
187  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I am new to Bitcoin and have been using Coinbase only. on: October 11, 2021, 02:16:40 AM
I am new to crypto and everything I have done has been strictly through Coinbase. I don't have a key or anything like that.
Is my crypto safe?
is it completely safe? the answer is no. because you do not have a key to access your wallet. you have an account with their wallet for your. so if it's completely safe the answer is no. but is it safe? Yes, because they are already big and popular, let's just say you are safe even though you are not.

What can I do to make it safer?
Everyone talks about keys, what exactly is a key. Where can I purchase one and how does it work.

Try creating a wallet address from non-custodial wallets . google it for more details. Simply put, it's a wallet that only you have access to and when you generate an address you will get a backup key. private keys and others. as others have mentioned, maybe you can try electrum for first time.
188  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reason why businesses should accept Bitcoin payment on: October 10, 2021, 06:14:49 PM
So the company gain in two ways for accepting bitcoin for payments and if the price of bitcoin goes upward interest are generated also.

it is true that implementing crypto in a business can provide convenience and expand a business. maybe the consideration is because a volatile value doesn't always mean a good thing. because it could interfere with the money flow of their company or their business. therefore it takes a high level of confidence and trust for a company to implement crypto or bitcoin in their business.

189  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker Tips- what kind of strategies do you use when playing? on: October 10, 2021, 06:12:23 PM
I'm just curious what kind of strategies you guys employ when playing?  I know there aren't a ton of tricks one can use, but there are some out there.  I guess there's also a big difference when you're playing in person ( bluffing strategies ) vs playing online.  I'd like to hear tips/tricks/strategies for both!

In my personal opinion, bluffing when playing poker for real money requires high confidence and analytical skills. not like poker games with virtual money. you can go all in just like that. I definitely always play with strong hand and don't always call every round with weak cards. Always play with the best cards.
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is your best investment tool recommendation??? on: October 10, 2021, 06:05:13 PM
I have a capital of about $1000 that I set aside for investment purposes. What do you think is the right investment tool?

with that capital can start with cheap coins that have the potential to be successful. or with NFT games and defi things that can provide huge returns in a short time. both have the same risk. depending on each person's belief in a project or the coin itself.
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to store 1 Million $ to Stable coin on: October 10, 2021, 05:58:32 PM
Have a plan to sell some of my crypto, Now I can store with USDT, USDC, DAI, BUT There are serious question:
Both USDT and USDC can blacklist any address without any reason, So I dont think this is safe way to store 1 Million $ on them.
USDT is big nowdays So what If SEC Sue USDT? in that case maybe USDT lose Value.

Store $1 million in stable coins ? why ? Wouldn't it be better if you held it yourself in the bank? You can get interest from deposits in the bank. well i never hold stable coin for long time . stable coin for me just for temporary asset transfer. and for stable coins I usually use BUSD.
192  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESports betting -CS:GO, DOTA 2, LOL- Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: October 09, 2021, 10:00:56 PM
No more lower bracket for them?
T1 did a great job today compare to the first 2 days of the tournament and 2 more wind to enter upper bracket, I’m still rooting for them but it seems like IG dominates the Group A. Well, good picks and a good strategy can win them agains the top teams, can’t wait to see games in Day 4.

Yes no lower bracket for them . Their last match will be against T1 who already have high points. although if they later won against TI . still not enough points because they already lost streak 7 times without points. Yes, IG's performance is really good. 6 games win a row  Grin

193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Shiba Inu pumping again on: October 09, 2021, 09:51:27 PM
Many people who bought the dip, regardless of the projection of many years to come, are in x3 or thereabout today.

need guts to buy shiba when all the negative news about meme coin and shiba appear everywhere and also see their chart that consistently goes down before. shiba holders must be very happy right now, but I still try to stay committed to avoiding coin memes. because the risk is greater than I can accept.

194  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if all the money in the world entered the cryptocurrency market? on: October 09, 2021, 09:45:57 PM
This question has been on my mind at this times ..
Will we see the price of Bitcoin at fantastic prices? i'm talking about +1.000.000$ For 1 BTC
And then what will happen to the other currencies (ALTS) ?

like you said. anything can happen in crypto. But just imagining 1m/btc first that crossed my mind, what is the total fee for each transaction? $1k?  Grin because the fee on the exchange is currently around $50. what is certain is that if bitcoin goes up, the average altcoin will follow which is a good thing.
195  Economy / Economics / Re: Is budgeting still effective in tackling the need to constantly withdraw money? on: October 06, 2021, 11:39:18 AM
Needs and wants/problems to solve with money never stop arising, how do you handle your withdrawal? Be sincere, considering that local currency is becoming less of value as the cost of things are constantly rising now, so much that the cost price today is not the cost price tomorrow. Is a budget still effective in your opinion?

The only way to change habits like that. set money for savings. investment and daily needs and yes budgeting its also important to record your financial. and must be able to refrain from temporary desires . think about which is the main priority and only desire. if you say you always want to withdraw, it means it seems more like a desire which is not really that important either.

196  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: $2.7 billion merger - Bally's Corp and Gamesys - one of the biggest in gambling on: October 06, 2021, 11:33:00 AM
It's unlikely for them to do that unless they really want to, most fiat casinos have a lot of clients already, why would they do that anyways, it's not like they're going to be successful in that space as they are with what they're currently on, yes it's expansion but do you really have to leave your comfort zone.

As you call expansion in their business, especially the gambling industry, it seems that it will be more optimal if it is worldwide and has a wide range and convenience for their users. and integrating crypto into their system could be the answer to their expansion. it seems they are aware that any business must follow the trend that is popular in their business industry.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why does AXS continue to increase in the market while others experience dumps? on: October 06, 2021, 11:24:44 AM
Usually when Bitcoin declines or dumps by a few percent, almost all Altcoins also experience the same thing, but I found a surprising thing today where AXS continues to increase in price up to 40% which seems to have no connection or influence from Bitcoin decline.
The question is whether this is a trap or just an increasing buy demand?

I think it happen in any projects that are still hype and do have strong investment fundamentals. and it happened in axie. also nft game fans looking forward to updates on their land system and other updates as well which gonna launch december 2021 later . and maybe because the community is already big and the project is going well too . i dont think its trap or trick for anything . i could be wrong but personally not think that way.
198  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice for fun or profits on: October 06, 2021, 11:11:42 AM
Different people with divergent motives for gambling and Dice is the most go to gambling game for fun seekers and passive gamblers, and this has raised some cases in the casino House where you play against a player with different motives to yours. I only visit casino houses just to cash fun and spend my free time, but you will find other players who are always at the casino at all times and always ready to play a game against anyone ready this makes me believe this guy is not an addict but have gambled as they mean of making money and dice being an easy game which relies on luck as the top choice.

Fun can be interpreted in several ways. Winning will definitely be fun. or fun because the game itself is interesting , when it comes to dice it seems more for profit than fun . because if you win it will be fun. and for games that are fun to play maybe like roulette, slots, live games. ah maybe the live dice game is more fun because you can see the dealer's expressions and chat with people who gamble too.

199  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you want to see Bitcoin legal in your country? on: October 05, 2021, 04:03:13 PM
Bitcoin is still legal in many countries and illegal in many countries. Do you want, Bitcoin to be legal in your country?
Do you feel the need to legalize Bitcoin in your country?

Do I want ? of course, there will be more services related to bitcoin will be much easier. is it necessary in my country at this time? I don't think so because the crypto regulations in my country currently allow trading and owning crypto as long as it's not used as a means of payment. The important thing for now is that there is no prohibition on the use and ownership of crypto, because it will definitely make it difficult for crypto user to exchange their money.

200  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Esports Prediction & Discussion Thread on: October 05, 2021, 03:58:45 PM
Are you ready for the International 10? Who's the team your banking on to win? Mine would be OG, it's kind of generic but at the same time they're new line up seems to be solid, Sumail is still a good player so hopefully he can fill in the shoes left behind by Ana.

I support team Secret for now. because my favorite team nigma and liquid both didn't qualify LOL  Grin  former player liquid and nigma Matumbaman I like his draft choice . I actually like the OG team because they are a strong team, proven to be a TI winner 2 times in a row. but I think it's time for Team Secret or Virtus Pro.
