depression because expectations don't match reality. that's always the case in crypto. before investing always imagine the bad things and how to deal with such conditions. Investing or trading does test your patience and mentality and even though you can get through it it doesn't mean you are in the right financial condition. so it's complicated.

always happens in crypto. like whatever we believe in the project, there will definitely be moments like this. what else in the newly launched coin. I've been having a big loss lately too. just make it a lesson. If ithink about it again what i do it's pretty stupid.

swing trading usually using 3hr - 1D time frame thats why dont need read chart all the time and always entry on pullback. just adjust it with your trading plan and money management .

Thats why its name Futures Trading . you trading for the " Future " ( in next few minutes also consider as futures ) and its using leverage or simply like buying power lets say you capital was $400 and you using 100x leverage thats mean you had buying power or up to $40k that $400 you had as collateral . but with that high leverage you can easily lose all your collateral. your liquidation price will very close to your entry order.
