761  Economy / Gambling / Re: Worst/Best Betting Mistake Made By You? on: December 30, 2015, 02:15:01 AM
I did a supposedly safe martingale. You know, "It works great until it doesn't".
I would always make 5 tokens easily, then that time it was like 5,10,20,40,...  I knew I screwed myself when I was about to do a 640 bet. And woop, there I was. 1k$ gone with the wind.
762  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Accidentally sent BTC to Bitmixer.io donation address but no refund on: December 29, 2015, 06:28:07 PM
It's a hard lesson. Sorry for your loss, OP. Normally, there should be no reason for the Bitmixer guys being assholes, but if they decide to, there's little to nothing you can do. Sad

I'm sorry if this comes out as rude, but in Bitmixer's shoes, I'd do the same thing they did, and wouldn't feel guilty, or like I'm scamming you.

I'm sorry if this comes out as rude, but if I knew who you are, I would want nothing to do with you. You are the kind of person that delights in taking advantage of another's misfortune. If someone accidentally overpaid you, you would keep it. If a guest accidentally left something valuable at your house, you would keep it. If a friend (assuming you have one) accidentally disclosed a private key, you would spend all of their bitcoins. But you don't care because you are a guilt-free non-scamming scumbag asshole.

All of what you said is correct about me. Except the part about friends. Bitmixer.io were never his friends, pure business-to-client relationship. My conscience is very selective, and honest. You can trust me with any valuable goods of yours, and I would never steal or scam you, no matter what the situation, or the amount of funds. If me and you build a relationship of trust and good friendship, a mistake of yours just can't be handled that way, so my kindness kicks in. But "accidents" are unforgiveable in life. I learned the hard way, you probably yet have to face a situation like OP's, so your opinion will be like that, and it's expected to be that naive. There's a huge difference between being nice, and being fair, you need to know when you have to draw that line. You can't be nice to everyone, because not everyone will be nice to you.
763  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there a difference between buying shares in the stock exchange and gambling? on: December 29, 2015, 05:52:26 PM
Gambling is instant, and could count as a "high-risk, high reward" sort of thing.

As opposed to investing in stock markets, the risk that you lose it all, is extremely low, unless you're deliberately trying to. If you play the stock game very patiently, you're almost guaranteed to not lose any funds.
764  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Master-P's scammed funds summary. Post your case here if you were scammed. on: December 29, 2015, 05:46:13 PM
If each of the victims could publicly post an address to send refunds to I would appreciate it. This way we can all monitor the progress (or non-progress) of reparations. If you could please op add these to the original post.

I agree with this. I will post my address along with my PGP signature here soon.

Noted, but due to recent developments, I think I would rather wait 2 days and see if the original user is indeed legit, and is planning to refund the money to all affected users. If not, we have all eternity to ask for community support.

What is the "extra 4.32"? I would somewhat assume that he has at least some amount of BTC that actually belongs to him. So unless there is a substantiated claim on these funds then I would say this amount belongs to him.

You're right. I corrected it.
765  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is there any difference between bot and manual betting.? on: December 29, 2015, 05:30:58 PM
There is absolutely no difference. Whether you press that button, or the bot sends the request, it's exactly the same thing. The hash generated for you was going to be generated for the bot anyways.

Only difference is that the bot can probably "click" 10x faster per second than you will. So, there's your difference.
766  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Looking for Ideas for New Crypto Web/App/Platform - .01 BTC for Top Ideas on: December 29, 2015, 05:26:20 PM
An online wallet, that generates a multi-sig address for each triplet of people (buyer, seller, escrow) intending to make a trade. Then it shares 1 private key with each one of them. So if 2 people out of 3 agree on where the funds inside that wallet should go, they will let it out themselves. Would it be escrow + seller, escrow + buyer, or buyer + seller, in case of a defective escrow.

Here's what a multi-sig address is : http://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/3718/what-are-multi-signature-transactions

A service such as that is deperately needed at this time, in light of recent events.

My btc address is 1KingZeeW97uLvngcUA3R6QJx18Fn78ddb.

"Legally" (for whatever sense that word holds in the crypto-world) you donated 30btc to bitmixer.io. It was your own choice, and your personal mistake. God knows do I check my addresses thrice before sending, even after copy-pasting I can't help double-checking.

So in the end, if they don't refund you, you need to understand that YOU messed up, they're not liable for any of the damage you did to yourself.
Again, I'm sorry if this is rude compared to the other people sympathising, but this is what it is, you have to accept it and never make this mistake again.
768  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: December 29, 2015, 05:13:06 PM
Any sites you recommend?
Strategy?

The whole question you're asking is wrong. You can't "earn" with gambling. The moment you think you're doing that, you get addicted. And addiction can only lead to bad things. Gambling should literally be taken as a game, you spend whatever funds you feel like it's really OKAY if you lose them all, and try your luck. There is no strategy, or technique to guarantee you a win, or else casinos wouldn't exist. So in the end, all I can really wish for you is good luck!
769  Economy / Gambling / Re: which Dice site you recommend for gambling? on: December 29, 2015, 05:09:49 PM
If you're looking for a good website , I have one that accepts up to 7 altcoins, with a very user friendly interface, and 3 of the most popular games : Dice, Slots, Blackjack, in addition to the new Lotto system where you buy tickets and compete against other users as to who will win the jackpot.

I tried it myself with some Play money because I'm a wuss, ended up losing all of it, but the thrill is there, so if you wanna have a round, all you gotta do is click my signature. Good luck!
770  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Master-P POSSIBLE SCAM. I lost complete faith in this forum now. on: December 29, 2015, 01:27:51 PM

If there is an address I can find that I used here prior to these events, or in even any transaction then I will sign it.

I will be home in less than 2 days to try what I can. If I fail to recover the wallets/funds then I will work on paying everyone back out of my own money. I won't be able to pay everyone back right away but will work towards it at the best of my ability. After all is done I will disappear from this community. Assume that the master-P account will never be in my control again if it ever resurfaces for any reason. I'm not going to bother chasing it down at this point, no reason to recover it when the hacker can basically assume my entire identity with the information they've stolen.

Well, for the sake of all the users that got scammed, I hope you're honest.
771  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Master-P POSSIBLE SCAM. I lost complete faith in this forum now. on: December 29, 2015, 01:19:53 PM
At this point I don't think it matters who believes me or not.

If I can't restore access to my wallets to return everyone's funds, or the hacker succeeds in transferring the coins out of the escrow wallets then I will compensate everyone out of my own pocket at the best of my abilities.

My reputation has been tarnished. Scammer or not, my poor security practices to allow such an event to take place has forever ruined my reputation in this community. Therefore after I have (hopefully) resolved and repaid everyone, I will be leaving this community permanently. Regardless if I get "dox'd" or not. I am not a scammer, this whole thing is just a huge misfortune for everyone including myself.

Chances you're legit are about equal to Real-Master-P's trust score / master-p's trust score.

How do we know its not master p scamming and just telling us he sold his account?

After reading all of this, it's my thoughts as well.

The only proof we have that he did sell his account, is coming from him. While he was a trusted member back then, right now, all of that is going to ashes. In his situation, anyone would definitely lie to try and keep a straight face.

The only ones who can prove if it is indeed him, or not, are the two forum admins that have access to IP logs. He can't be that much of a smartass and remember to change his IP to another one every time he logs in after August, or at least I hope so.

If he did sell his account though -which is still just a theory that is only backed by one untrusted person, him- then he should still cooperate and make public whatever info he has of the buyer, which should include at least the e-mail, or whatever info he used to contact him with, and if he did indeed sell everything to him, from bitcointalk account, to PGP, and even potentially paxful. Which is exactly why I am still skeptical about this whole account sale. People are just getting biased because of his trust, and can't give equal weight to the fact that he himself might be fucking everybody over.
776  Economy / Services / Re: Master-P's FREE Escrow Service | IPO/ICO/Sig Campaign 1% | Acc Trades 0.005 fee on: December 28, 2015, 05:15:00 AM
I don't think cluttering his service thread is going to do any good ,all of this will be a regret if he comes back and returns/settles down everything with some genuine reason and some kind of compensation.

If he can reply to my PM, saying that the payment will take a while, then go off the grid for 10 hours, then again have the nerve to ask me to wait 30 more minutes, he could have used 1/100th of that time to send a tx and release my btc.

I thought he was hashing his own block and trying to double spend my transaction only, explaining the delays.

But now it seems really obvious for me, that he just delays everything, in hope of being able to go all-out.

The only slight shed of hope is the fact that none of the escrow addresses have spent their balances yet, but why all this?? I literally can't come up with the slightest believable reason whatsoever why he isn't releasing the btc for anyone of all these users.
777  Economy / Services / Re: Master-P's FREE Escrow Service | IPO/ICO/Sig Campaign 1% | Acc Trades 0.005 fee on: December 28, 2015, 05:01:24 AM

I'm not believing in trust blindly, it's just that the entire Bitcoin populace, to make proper sales and such need to trust one another.
No matter how much you say you don't need trust to send the Bitcoins, you need trust to exchange, sell, buy and all that shit.

We're not acting like this because this has happened BEFORE, and we just want to give some extra leeway for the person.

I can trade and build up rep for 2 years. And then suddenly today, after losing 60 consecutive bets on dice, I realize I don't have a lot of funds.

I keep escrowing for people, and make up small excuses to make you believe me, I do have xxxx+ trust after all.

You have to wonder how long was it going to take for that to keep up, if everyone believes him for at least 3 days.

3 days is a fucking goldmine with an account like master-p's, simply for this exact reason. Trust.

If everyone would consider trust as a simple system for you to pick the people that are MOST LIKELY  not going to scam you, instead of actually trusting what they say, and letting them get away with "small delays", then each user, no matter how fucking legendary he might be on the forums, won't be able to stack scams and coins like this before getting busted on the 2nd user scammed.
778  Economy / Services / Re: Master-P's FREE Escrow Service | IPO/ICO/Sig Campaign 1% | Acc Trades 0.005 fee on: December 28, 2015, 04:45:01 AM

True... Master-p should be given a chance before we all accuse him of fraud.

Just wait for another half a week... See what happens.

Will be pretty interesting IMO though.

This sort of behavior, is exactly what is causing the problems in the first place.

I'm 100% sure, if I wasn't a concerned person, that doesn't give a rat's ass about trust. And waited for 24h+ like other people did, Master-P would still be scamming at this very moment, escrowing and holding as much funds as possible.

People please. Stop believing in trust blindly. Trust only helps as a history of previous payments. If he delays your payments by the slightest amount of time, Pm him a lot. On the first sign of him being seen, and not replying to you, paint him red. Accusing someone of scam, is very easy, and if your problem is solved, you can remove it easily.

If anyone here did this, this morning, I wouldn't have lost my 1BTC, and many other more wouldn't have gotten scammed, so please, stop blindly believing people with trust. A person is a person, if a junior user delayed your payment/escrow release by even 15 minutes you'd go nuts. Why not act like that towards everyone?
779  Economy / Services / Re: Master-P's FREE Escrow Service | IPO/ICO/Sig Campaign 1% | Acc Trades 0.005 fee on: December 28, 2015, 04:39:31 AM
I might not ever escrow another payment honestly.

I might never f***** exchange currency ever again..
780  Economy / Services / Re: Master-P's FREE Escrow Service | IPO/ICO/Sig Campaign 1% | Acc Trades 0.005 fee on: December 28, 2015, 04:38:01 AM

My apologies man, truly!

I was hoping it was just the 1 BTC for the sale of @Kingzee, but it looks like there's a lot more BTC at risk here :-(

Well at least now we know his account was probably not hacked.... Now all he has to do is never login again, I think there's a whole lot of btc at risk here.
